Amazing stop for lunch in downtown. Great taste that fills you up and gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside. The employees work like a real, dysfunctional family, bringing in that feeling of a delicious casserole made by your aunt on thanksgiving. Or grab a brat off the grill and relax with a beer at the bar like it’s the middle of summer. Can I get a witness?!?

the chicken pesto linguine was divine. I wanna eat it again and again. its also a huge portion. they only thing that I noted is that the tomatoes didn't really seem sun-dried, they looked like regular tomatoes. either way it was the best

First time here while at the Milwaukee Public Market. The chicken pesto panini was great! Good combination of flavors and service was pretty fast for being on the tail end of the lunch rush and still pretty busy.

Best burgers anywhere at Foltz! My sons will come from North Carolina to visit and they have already stated, the visit is not complete without a trip to Foltz. Awesome staff! You really can't ask for a better place!

Greatest Hamburgers in the Midwest. Prove me wrong. Consistently great, I could eat here every day. Honestly, everything is good, but if you haven't ever had one, try a cheeseburger. Update: I've been told that they may not be the best hamburgers in the Midwest, but I still haven't had anyone prove it to me. The few people that have pointed out other places, I've tried and I'm sorry but, Foltz's is still the best hamburger in the Midwest. The odd thing is, almost everyone knows of Foltz for other things, not the hamburgers, which is fine. That just means the other food must be fantastic, because the hamburgers are awesome. I wouldn't know. Blah, blah, blah, wait staff is great, small bar area, can get busy, limited seating. Hamburger.

Foltz has fresh produce, meats, and pre-made dishes at reasonable prices. Located inside the public market, it’s busy, but well worth the hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bar is fenomenal! The bartender is super honest and sincere! We had 2 sausage, but the best was the Habanero Peach!! If you like it hot, this is THE BEST! You can tase the habanero fresh and it’s clearly the Mexican one (the hottest), it’s a beauty! Loved it by far. They also normally carry a Cask Beer (which is very rare)!

Saturday of Mothers Day weekend. Dropped into The Public Market and had exactly what we were told to expect. Personalized service from proud employees, and a fabulous panini and 2 side orders of freshly made salads. Combined with beautiful weather and an outdoor table, you have the perfect lunch.

The real challenge is finding something you DONT like. Get the pot pie (seriously it’s AMAZING) the meatballs are *chef kiss*. Their veggies are incredible they had these dill carrots that changed my life. Honestly, we keep trying things to see if we can find someone that we aren’t in love with— and after 10+ trips it’s just not happening. If you want to love your life, get some food here.

Enjoyed the bacon pepper jack burger!!! Cannot say in words how flavorful my burger was-tasted the seasoned well done sirloin, the pepper jack cheese, and delightful pretzel bun. Oh, they didn’t mention the sirracha condiment option. Will definitely go back. One of my favorite places at the public market.

Amazing place. Wish I lived closer so I could get here more often. Amazing pizzas and paninis. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. We love the small bar area. A great place to sit and enjoy their food and have a beer. The female bartender who is there often does an amazing job. Definitely check them out!

Grab your Foltz and fork. This place checks every box, from quality selection (I'm talking meats, side dishes, take-and-bake, ready-to-eat sandwiches, produce and more) to price point and great Milwaukee service. Every single individual who works here is helpful and friendly, every single encounter. If you don't give this place 5 stars, I question your judgment. Like did you have a bad day? Need a nap? It's also worth mentioning all the Public Market vendors offer great, uncommon, yet essential finds. But Foltz is my favorite, and I contribute that to the service, above all else.

I was wary of spending $10 on a brat but they load them up! I'd post a pic but I ate it too fast. They also include seasoned fries and some tasty sauces. All three of us enjoyed our brats.

Fantastic place! Food was delicious! We got a burger and pizza, and we will definitely be ordering both again. The employees there were super friendly and attentative despite being busy. We decided to stay and eat at their bar area and they had a whole set up with plates and utensils. I did not expect that and it was great.

When in Milwaukee, you get a Milwaukee Brat. Wanted to check out the local food so we found the place to be, the Milwaukee Public Market, and it was definitely busy. Ordered the Brat on a pretzel bun with a side of frites. I could not believe I did not go back for a second one. There are tomatoes, pickle slices, caramelized onions and sauerkraut. Yum! Spicy meat loaf was fantastic! Homemade Hungarian sausage may be the best in town. Do yourself a favor and stop for lunch and take something home to cook later. Thanks for adding flavor to Milwaukee!

So, me and my family were going to the SummerFest at the Third Ward but wanted to grab something to eat before we get there, we stopped at the MPM, LUCKILY we decided to ask the guys at this butcher shop if they would grill some cuts for us if we purchased them there (we didn't know they do, because they have a sitting section that only looks like a bar). We order 3 Steaks and a bunch of vegatables to be grilled, and Words CAN'T explain how great they were. The meat taste was fantastic, they had it done real quick, and at a very affordable price compared to other upscale places, and quality wise, they probably beat the uspcale places meat. GO THERE NOW! really, you'll love it
