Bundles is an amazing butcher shop and market! Unfortunately I didn’t get an image of the meat counter, and you’ll have to see it for yourself! They have an incredible range of fresh cut meat, seafood, brats, kabobs, you name it! They also have most of the essentials needed to support making your entire meal. They have fresh produce, other groceries, and a section of pre-made sides. You can even grab some firewood if you’re having an outdoor barb b que as it cools down.

So 5 stars, obviously. Best meat market i know in the city, with a surprisingly wonderful bakery as well. Their baked treats are absolutely excellent. That aside, the main reason i come here is the meat. From beautiful flank steak with virtually no trim, to a 20 pound beef brisket that was the most delicious thing i have ever smoked, it is all win. I could go on and on, about sausage and preserved meat, but you get the idea. Hey, they even have beautiful onions, tomatoes and garlic in their small-but-awesome produce section. Add in the really friendly, professional people working there and 5 stars aren't really enough.

The focus is the meat selection is quality not to matched, which is prepared and packaged by the extraordinarily helpful staff. In addition, they have a great deli for a quick meal or providing for a party. Good basic cheese collection - in Wisconsin, after all!

Bunzel's has it all: quality meats (and other grocery and produce items), competent and friendly people, and an excellent store environment. Important to me is the width of the aisles and the entrance access. Two wheelchairs can comfortably pass each other in the aisles, and the ramp from parking lot to door is shallow and smooth. Someone will offer to carry your packages to your vehicle if they see you in distress, or you can ask anyone for help. The sheer range of types of sausage and brats is utterly ridiculous. Our favorite is the cheddar and bacon brat.

Hi this is a very nice family business. I have a concern. I recently visited this store and wanted something from the deli. I also wanted to purchase cookies. There is definitely alot of cross contamination going on in back of that deli counter. I toss my cookies. The same gloves were used for my deli meat as my sweet. Please change your gloves. Thank You

Every time we go to Bunzel's it's always a positive experience. It was the first time my husband and I took our infant to the shop. All of the staff was more than helpful, but they also gave us a bunzel's bib. One of the butcher's even helped find rabbit in one of the freezers. He opened it to show the meat and packed it back up. 10/10 I will ALWAYS recommend going here.

The premier old-fashioned butcher store with a few modern upgrades coupled with grabbing a ticket or you will be skipped 😉! Hard to go there for just the one item, the meat display and welcoming staff make it irresistible to want to buy more, then there's the bakery items, then there's the hot take-out meal area, then there's the frozen specialty meats,then there's the stocked shelves with spices and the like, then there's the nice produce area,, then there's the friendly checkout staff 😉 and as you leave there's the table in front with flyers for meal deals weekly and monthly 😉. What a place?!!

Wish I would’ve discovered this place sooner!! Not only was the customer service exemplary, the store was neat and very clean. Everything strategically and conveniently placed. I first came across the store when I was searching the city for pork belly. Something that isn’t carried all year round, I was so glad after I checked 3 stores they said yes. I looked at their specials online and was amazed at the great prices and selections of meats. Their a full service grocery chain, bakery and deli. The hot food looked amazing, and the smoked meats smell was refreshing. I stopped in today just before closing and didn’t have time to check everything out like I wanted too, I can’t wait to go back and really look around.

Great meat. The hot sticks are extremely tasty. The deviled egg potato salad is absolutely AMAZING. I highly suggest going here for your next grill out. The only gripe I have is their business hours - very hard to shop there when you work a 9-5.

I've had fish dinners from this place for many years. Even if they're old location for they're down on Burleigh. It is the greatest place for Fresh Cut Deli fresh cut meat fresh vegetables and if you need a hot meal you can get that also.

The best butcher shop and more! They are hands down the best in high quality food and service. Their monthly meal deal is a steal at $20.22...a lot of great meat at a great price. The deli food is top notch and the Friday fish fry is reasonably priced with generous portions. Although some prices have gone up like everywhere else, they still offer weekly specials and their catering options can't be beat! For those who don't like to cook or need food for parties, get togethers or the holidays they have an extensive catering menu! It's worthwhile to sign up for the weekly email specials that are offered every Wednesday and Thursday! The staff always provides top notch service!

Great Deli Staff. Usually when I purchase Ox tails and cook them, they turn out tender. The last ox tails ($90) I cooked ARE VERY TUFF.I wouldn't recommend buying.

I shopped on a very busy day before the holidays. Bunzel's is so organized. People were standing in the parking lot directing traffic and plenty of staff were inside the store. The staff are unbelievably friendly and polite. It gave me a good feeling just to be there. And of course, the meat and fresh bread products are outstanding

We LOVE this place!!! Definitely recommend if you’ve never been. Amazing selection of bakery goods and meats. The gentleman at the deli was VERY friendly and helpful, he recommended the taco brats and they were awesome! Our 2 pugs absolutely LOVE the pig ears at the deli and bunzel’s pork hearts. All the dog treats are safe and have no preservatives which is a win at our house, We will be back!

We cannot say enough great things about Bunzels! Planning a wedding can be stressful but not with these guys! Very responsive, amazing service, awesome prices, and friendly staff! The food and cake was amazing! Did I mention that the cake was included too in the price for plate! So awesome! We special requested to have whipped frosting on our cake and Joe in the bakery was extremely helpful with this! Everyone complimented on how great the food and cake was and how friendly the staff was! They even do linen rental which made the planning process that much more simple. We definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a catered event this weekend, they were absolutely awesome. There was a ton of food and the price was really good for the amount that we got. They delivered and set everything up before our event, and even had a big hot box for the food that wasn't being eaten right away. Plenty of attention to detail on Bunzels part. This is THE go-to place for meat and specialty seasonings or sauces. The workers are knowledgeable, friendly, and they all have a good attitude. They have a HUGE selection of fresh meats, and they also have monthly deals. Bunzels is my go-to place for Christmas Prime Rib. Easter Ham, anniversary dinners, backyard barbecues, or anything where good, high quality meat is needed. Best meat market in Milwaukee.

Best meats in the Milwaukee area in my opinion. Their whole beef tenderloin is melt in your mouth delicious if done right. The honey mustard brats are incredible, as are the bacon wrapped filets. We also get the whole pork tenderloins and marinate them ourselves for a very tasty meal. You can't really go wrong here.

This was my first time going to visit this Market as we moved into the neighborhood almost 5 years ago..I went to purchase something for my sweet tooth and I was NOT disappointed. Staff in the bakery department was friendly as he met my needs and very patient as my little guy made his choice of cookies. As we checked out the cashier was Amazingly friendly as well. Bunzel’s catering was an AMAZING choice for my wedding. They worked with me ahead of time to choose the perfect buffet menu that included vegetarian and gluten free options, and then spent a great deal of time revising things with me to make sure everything was “COVID-friendly” during the wedding. I was at a wedding last night that used Bunzels catering service. I was very happy with the appetizers that they served. Disappointment set in when we got to the dinner portion. We had ham (or at least that is what I think it was) and second meat was what looked like tenderloin tips. Both lacked in flavor and were so dry and hard to chew that I had to drink water just to swallow them. Other items were ok. I wouldn’t recommend them for catering.

Have only had excellent experiences and service here. They catered our reception; the taco bar was affordable and delicious, was set up for us upon delivery, and there was more than enough food. Then we were impressed with their service in store when, despite being very busy, had one of the employees ask what we wanted (mashed potatoes)--and when they didn't have any stocked he went in back and made it for us on the spot.

This place is a gem and should be visited for it great selection of prepared food and a fabulous meet counter. In addition, they have a large selection of specialty sauces and condiments. Love this place, wonderful selection of meats. Great service and a family run atmosphere. Great food in the deli too, with a different menu daily. Friday fish fry with catfish and cod served from open to close. Breakfast Saturday with delicious smoked meats. Come on in you won't regret it.

Large array of fresh meat choices along with deli/bakery. The service is top notch. For such a busy store it's clean & the service is fast. If you know what your want you'll be in and out. If you don't know what you want they will help you. Don't be intimidated by all the choices. They have multiple types of brats. Try them all. They will take the time to tell you what what's in every item of the meat & deli/bakery counter and tell you how the different items are made.

I mean really, is there a better meat market in town?! They have such an array of meats both in the freezer and back at the butcher of things you wouldn't imagine. Plus their own burger and brat flavors are incredible! If you're unsure if they carry a certain "odd" meat, just give them a call ahead. I only wish they had a few seafood options, but again it is a meat market. Great little specialty store for things such as cheeses, pasta sauce, and bread that you can't get at the grocery store too. Certainly could not do your full grocery run here though, but that's not exactly the point of this small place. Just beware, Saturdays are BUSY!! If you must go on a Saturday, get there the minute they open before you get packed in there like a sardine with everyone else. Try to go during the week (except lunch time) if your calendar allows.

I've been going here for about a few years now and I've always been impressed by the quality of the meat and the knowledge of the staff. My first time there was my first time at an actual butcher and I didn't know my cuts of meat or that they cut the meat however you want. They took the time to explain everything to me and asked questions to ensure I got what I wanted, not necessarily what I asked for. Today they looked so busy, I was tempted to leave but I took my number (75) and waited as they called 64. I think I waited about 5 minutes before they called me. If you haven't been there, I suggest you give them a shot. Especially if you're planning a barbeque or a pig roast.

Perfection. What a find in an odd part of the city. I am visiting and checking out the area. Bunzel’s Meat Market is New. Bright. Inviting. Affordable. Huge variety of meat, homemade sausages, fresh bakery and so much more. I wish this place was in Florida. The staff is super friendly. Plenty of parking in front of the door. Specials online. My dad was a butcher by trade and worked for a number of grocery chain stores before they bought their own market in a small town in upper Michigan. I find that Bunzels has one of the best meat cases I’ve ever seen and the quality is excellent. If you want good choices and good prices then I suggest you shop at Bunzels for all your meat needs. And they have Gillies frozen custard in the freezer!!’

I had never been to Bunzel's before but have had some of their catered food which was delicious. I wanted to grill some ribeyes last Friday and I wanted some really good steaks. After reading the reviews decided that Bunzel's was the place to go. The customer service is fantastic. I'll definitely be back. I chose the "choice" cut instead of "prime" since the budget dictated my selection (this time). I was on cloud nine with the flavor, and tenderness. We recently had Bunzel's cater our company picnic. We had about 80 people from my department in attendance and everyone was pleased with the food selection and quality! The Chicken breast, Brats and Burgers were all very tasty! All the side dishes we selected were great as well, including the fresh watermelon! We had two Bunzel's employees doing the serving and we though they did a great job, very polite and friendly! We were going to do the grilling ourselves but decided to have Bunzel's grill it up before hand, we were happy with this decision. I've had the pleasure of working with Chip and his family for over 17 years. The quality is excellent and service top shelf. The catering is great. They've handled my biggest company functions to funerals at my church. Nothing is too small and so far, I haven't run into anything too big for them. Had one minor problem once. Chip did back flips to make sure things were taken care of. I've never had better customer service from anyone ever. I consider them almost part of the extended family and highly recommend them to everyone I meet. Great people, great service, great quality.

I really appreciate their deli salads and ready to eat hot food items. They no longer sell my favorite local BBQ sauce ( Speed Queen hot), which is disappointing. They always seem busy. I do wish they were open later. It's difficult for me to get there before close on a weekday, or else I would go much more often.

Bunzels catered my wedding last weekend. Due to booking it late, we had to pick it up instead of having it delivered. Staff was nice to help me load it into my Corvette. I was impressed that they were able to get all the food in the small space. However the mashed potatos started coming out the sides into the car and the vegetables juice got on my tux. So make sure you have enough space in your vehicle for the food. The food tasted amazing. Guests were raving about the chicken and how great it was. I personally wanted to eat all the chicken but was too full for seconds. For the price, you get a lot of food. We got the Grand Buffet which including two meats (chicken and ham) mashed potatos, gravy, potato salad, vegetable (broccoli, carrots, and califlow), brownies, and a garnish platter. We highly recommend Bunzels and don’t forget to order it early so you can get delivery too. :)

This is my favorite meat market in the area, thing i care most about is quality. Just recently had a wedding and found out they catered so had them do catering for it. Was a little worried about buffet style not being the best choice for the wedding. It turned out excellent, got baked cod, roast beef, and a butter garlic chicken which all turned out fantastic. Setup/take down were nice too, didn't involve any interaction from me so i was happy.

I have had Bunzels hot prepared food and have enjoyed the selections that I've had. I've also purchased some of their meats and they have been good solid quality. Once or twice I've opted for their monthly meat deals and their okay in terms of quality. It's suitable for a single person or couple. Great quality meats, I have not been disappointed in any of their products from the beef, chorizo, pork shoulder. They’re similarly priced to grocery stores, except much better quality. All the people behind the meat counter are friendly and attentive. I can see why this place it top rated and secured in the community. Don’t give this place a bad rating because of the hours – they just want to spend time with their families just like every other person. There’s a reason you’re choosing to shop here, if you don’t want Walmart quality meat, then you need to deal with the fact that the owners treat their employees well. I don’t know about you, but I enjoy shopping at organizations with happy employees. Bunzel’s has done more than enough to earn my business.

If you want a sammich: West Allis Cheese and Sausage Shoppe, Glorioso's, Grebe's (trust me amazing sammies), and then Bunzel's. Hot or cold Bunzel's deli case is delicious. Then we have their butcher dept, bakery, and grocery filled with local products. It's an amazing place to come for a meal, dessert, and all the great local products the city and state has to offer. This establishment is worth the price and the time it takes to drive past Pick or Aldi.

I have been going to Bunzel's for close to 25 years. The consistent quality of their meat and grocery keep me coming back even though I have moved further and further away over the years. Every few months I drive down from Belgium to stock up and they still remember me and call me by name. Where else can you find that kind of service? And if you haven't tried their catering service you should! Their quality and portion size blows away the chain stores. Furthermore, I have found that many people are tired of the "same old things" catered in for a business lunch and the staff really appreciates home cooked Bunzel specialties. And when the budgets are tight, no one can feed a crowd like Chip!

They set us up with everything we needed to put our buffet together: the chafing dishes, bowls, basket for rolls (individually in bags so they would stay fresh, and pre-cut) even included the fuel and matches! What a great place, I cannot say enough. Hats off to Bunzels!
