Reviews of Four Corners of the Earth
Jack Ross
The best sandwiches I've ever had. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures because the place is so dark and I couldn't get any good ones.
All sandwiches have amazing flavor. Cooked to perfection, and perfect balances with sauces, vegetables, and proteins. Bread is amazing and perfectly toasted. The Greek Artichoke is my favorite so far.
At the time I went most sandwiches were 15 dollars. The Babylonian Beef is 30 dollars and takes some more time to make. They also have a pretty standard selection of drinks. They also have chips directly behind where you order which is hard to see and I didn't notice at first. Also worth noting that they are currently not carrying the Russian Salmon.
This is the best place to get sandwiches in Burlington. A must-go if you're in this town.
Spencer Koenig
I got the Iraqi Turkey and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The space is eclectic and full of character. I really want to try everything on the menu.
James M
Good things come to those who wait. And these sandwiches are absolutely worth the wait. They are assembled perfectly. I still can't get over how perfectly crunchy the exterior of the bread was hut how soft and perfect the inside was. This man is a true sandwich artist. I'm sad that I've been to Vermont 6 other times and this was my first time learning about this amazing establishment. Nothing but the highest if praise to this man and his art!!!
Zachary Despreaux
Best sandwich I've ever had, I've tried 3 different sandwiches from here now and they have all been amazing. I was told by the sandwich maker that the wait may be long but i got my sandwiches within 10 minutes each time i went here. Very cool vibe to this spot and definitely ask if you have any questions about the sandwiches as the staff is super friendly!
Kristen Duncan
Fair warning, if you want to eat here, call an hour ahead or you will be waiting a while for food. That being said, these were hands-down the best sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. Clearly individually crafted with the utmost care. Absolutely worth the wait.
Josh G
This place brings sandwiches to the next level with cuisine creativity, perfectly blended spices, and thoughtful preparation. Call ahead or make sure you give these artisans the time needed to serve up excellence.
Doug B.
Oh yeah, this is the good stuff. My only problem is with people using "sandwich" to describe these exotic creations, lumping it in with other things that subway for example produces that people often confuse with food. This is the cure for Burlington's bland food monoculture. Don't be fooled by the sandwich type appearance of the menu items. Trust me, you have never tasted anything like this. Taste buds will be awakened that you never even knew you had. Crack open your 401k and head down here for some of the best food on the planet, and yes I have been around the planet.
Bryan Anton
Best sandwich I have ever had. Super nice guy making them all solo. Be ready to wait a lil but will we’ll worth it for the best sando of your life.
Kayla
Our favorite sandwich shop in town! I’ve been going since 2010. The owner is so nice and personable and Is always happy to talk you through the menu (which is carefully crafted) and he provides a great beer selection. We love him and the food! My favorite is the Iraqi turkey.
The interior is so fun and unique. Great experience always
Maddie Divita
I first visited Four Corners of the Earth when I was a teen and dreamt about these sandwiches every day since then. A decade later, I planned a trip to visit Burlington again (partially for these sandwiches). They still did not disappoint, so much so that we visited two days in a row to sample more of the menu. We got the Egyptian Eggplant, Japanese Miso Egg, Argentinian Beef, and Lebanese Lamb.
Super eclectic sandwich choices you won't find anywhere else and all are perfectly executed. Enjoy your time in the restaurant—it's a fun vibe inside and the owner is great to chat with. 10/10 would road trip back for a third time to eat here again.
Hannah Moriarty
Every person I have taken here has told me it is the best sandwich of their life. I can not over sell this gem. It's hip with no frills and to the point. The point being a sandwich. The owner is a sandwich artist. Don't try to make changes to your sandwich just trust that the owner knows what he is doing.
Matt
Food is straight phenomenal. The man knows how to make a sandwich. I honestly wanted another one after finishing mine. Highly recommend. And please don’t be thrown off by the long wait time, it’s one man making the sandwiches and he’s trying his best to please everyone in a good amount of time. Sandwiches are definitely worth the wait.
Troy Frostad
Hidden sandwich shop off Pine St. Has very good and unique menu items. I definitely recommend for lunch, although parking can be a challenge and when busy (typical for lunch time) there can be a long wait to order and then another wait for your order to be completed. I recommend if not in a hurry.
Gillian Praetorius
Split the Thai Chicken and Iraqi Turkey with my fiance. Incredible flavor and decent amount of meat on each. Don't let the wait time turn you away....it's certainly worth it. We were able to grab a drink next door at citizen cider while we waited. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
grey redmond
the female org@sm exists. how do i know that? because i singly handedly had three while eating my sandwich. this is the best sandwich i’ve had in burlington. i will be back for more. (ps- to the chumps who couldn’t wait an hour- i would’ve waited even longer than that for my sandwich. y’all are missin out)
Owen Wexman
I am a UVM alum. and this was the spot! If you know you know! Each sandwich is made by Latso who makes every single sandwich with love and care… My recommendation is to let him guide you to which sandwich to choose. Meat or no meat, spicy or not spicy… then let him do the rest!
Giovanni P
I got the Serbian sandwich. I enjoyed the food but it took 30 minutes to make the sandwich, which is too long in my opinion.
Andrew Donahue
Is $20.99 too much for a sandwich? Yes. Am I going to get it again? Absolutely. I love sandwiches and their Argentinian Beef is one of the best I have ever had. The beef juice, the spices, the pickles: amazing. My mouth is watering writing this.
Helen Oetjen
As always, delicious, however I always recommend calling ahead. They often don't have basic ingredients for the things on the menu so they improvise ( No eggplant for the eggplant sandwiches, can they use avacado? Yes, but it won't be an eggplant sandwich!). It's also good to call ahead because it takes a long time to create the sandwich, even if it's the only order).
Lori LeBlanc-Dell'Amore
The sandwiches were like nothing I have ever experienced before. Such an incredible atmosphere.
Zac Martin
Lebanese Lamb-best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. My wife and two children also had great sandwiches. Highly recommend.
FH
The best sandwiches I‘ve ever had. I tried all of the vegetarian options and they are all amazingly delicious. The sandwiches are so well spiced — nothing like I‘ve ever had before. You MUST go here when you‘re In Burlington!
Megan Sault
Absolutely one of my favorite sandwich shops! Grab a table and enjoy the full experience! ATM available, cash only. Many reviews suggest a longer wait and this is true, but this is part of the experience. Good food cannot be rushed. You won't be disappointed. My favorite sandwich is Egyptian Eggplant! Yum yum yum. Cannot wait to go again.
Clarissa Chen
The sandwiches here were unique, made with care, and delicious! It's a bit on the pricier end for sandwiches, but worth it for sure. The decor inside is filled with eclectic art and is kind of a dive-y environment. We waited about 20 minutes for our sandwiches, there was only one person working on food at that time.
Laura McCormick
I LOVE sandwiches. I'm from New Jersey. I lived in Manhattan. I've had some amazing sandwiches in my life. But this little place has one of the BEST and most creative sandwiches I've ever had.
Dean Fraser
Best sandwiches in Burlington. BY FAR. Every single angle of this place is amazing. Owner puts love into every sandwich he makes. For those complaining about wait time, either go to McDonald’s or embrace the pace.
Briar Bones
Honestly, the best sandwich I have ever had. So unique and the flavors were balanced perfectly. It takes a bit longer than your average sandwich shop but you can tell each sandwich is made with care. Well worth the price and any wait.
W McFly
Little on the expensive end for some of their selections, but sandwiches are delicious. Super friendly staff and awesome atmosphere
Michael K
Awesome sandwich shop tucked in the lower level corner of the building. Would love to try them all!
Adam Roller
Incredible food. Good meat or veggie options. A bit pricey at around $10-17 but the sandwiches are filling and very high quality. Would recommend the lamb, they know how to balance flavors.
Ted Whitten
Sandwiches are incredible. A great dining experience. Someone had told me it was the best sandwich they'd ever had, and I was skeptical. But now I think it's possible. The owner has very creative creations, and they are fantastic. I had the Argentinian Beef, it had a perfect amount of spice to it, and the bread was good to boot!
Sarah Riley
This is a must-do in Burlington. I only had two days here and wish I would have come here for two meals. It’s got a funky vibe and amazing selection of sandwiches - but you’re best just trusting the owner (who’s amazing) with his recommendation that day. Will be coming back soon!!
Jordan Driessen
One of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Staff was super friendly. If you do not order ahead plan on waiting for your sandwich. It is definitely worth the wait regardless!
kim
Incredible sandwiches. The Lebanese Lamb and Argentinian Beef were amazing, some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The place itself is pretty interesting and laid back, with plenty of eccentric decor to keep your attention while you wait for your food - arrive when it opens to minimize your wait time, since only one person works here. But he’s awesome, and his sandwiches are worth the wait.
Kayla Williford
One of the best sandwiches we've had in a long time. Happy to have it right next to where we live!
Cami Bilardello
The sandwiches were LIFE-CHANGING!!! I can’t express how delicious these sandwiches were! All food from this day forward will pale in comparison! We tried the Tibetan tofu & the Austrian egg & loved both! Can’t wait to come back!! & Latszo was so kind & nice! My goal is to try everything on the menu.
Evan
Tried this place years ago, and have never had a bad experience, it can be slow, expect 20-30 minutes to get a sandwich, but it's worth the wait. I've never had anything close the the quality here. Every sandwich is made with love, and is perfectly balanced flavor wise. If you are passing through, it's worth the detour to try it.
Scott S
One of the best sandwiches I've had. Definitely worth the wait. Do not go if you are in a hurry...what the man behind the counter does is true artistry, and as anyone knows, hat takes time. Lots of thought and creativity go into the sandwiches. Definitely a new favorite and I look forward to trying more of the creations.
Dan Schwartz
Very simply - these exotic sandwiches are the best sandwiches on Earth. If you think differently then you haven't been here, or you belong in a Honey Boo Boo show eating 'scetti. I fly back to Vermont moistly to come here. Be aware the sandwiches take longer to make, they are not big, they are expensive, and dear GOD they are worth it. If Gordon Ramsay were my friend, I would tell him to come here for ideas.
N E
The best sandwich I've ever had. I love the ingredients, especially the veggies the owner uses. The atmosphere is also great. I LOVE the artwork and the whole vibe of the place. Convenient location next to Citizen Cider's current location on Pine Street.
Chuck Weinberg
When a place gets 4.9 stars it's gotta be pretty good, this one will not disappoint.
Ordered a "regular" Cuban- tasty.
Owner is also sandwich "artist" and very friendly.
The combination on the sandwich was perfect. Lots of flavor without feeling like he was stretching for something.
All the locals who were there highly recommended coming back, though we will be gone too soon for that.
Give them a try- good things await you.
Matthew Knight (Beorge_Gush)
I went here a bit late (5:40 pm) and the owner was amazing. He was happy to help and our sandwiches were amazing. I'm from NC so things here in VT are a bit pricey for me. It was about 30 bucks for two people to eat but the food was amazing.
Curtis Baker
This is a fantastic little sandwich shop that has been a Burlington secret for years. The Japanese tuna is probably one of my favorites. Iraqi Turkey is also wonderful (as they all are). I went here far too often when I used to live just down the street. Sometimes really busy and at peak times impossible to get a seat. Just be patient you are witnessing sandwich artistry and not of the repetitive mass produced subway variety.
Ian Sewell
Order an hour in advance. Pay the man his due. Enjoy the best sandwich you’ve ever had. Leave a good review to balance out the ppl who expect a world class sandwich at McDonald’s speeds.
Stephanie Johnson
Absolutely the best sandwiches I've ever had! I tried probably about half of them before I moved away from VT, my absolute favorite was the Bohemian Bacon and in close second the Egyptian eggplant!
Malina Kirn
Sandwiches are simply delicious. Stellar flavor. A few good beers on tap at all times. Service is slow. Prices are high. But high quality makes it worthwhile. Cozy ambience with cute nooks and fun bar. Parking nearby is difficult.
Micah Paroline
I run a sandwich store in the chittenden area but this, this is the best sandwich spot in Vermont. I wish I could replicate this. The sandwiches are as individual as this store. They combine great ingredients and a personal understanding of the places and cultures they are named after. The decor is unique and eclectic. Definitely one of a kind.
Igor Melnik (Mind2BodyFitness)
That was my top 5 sandwich. The Cuban Pork was AWESOME! SO happy this place is right down the street from us.
Anthea Cavallaro
This place is INCREDIBLE. Not only is the vibe here extremely cool, the sandwich I had here was unbelievable. I live 7+ hours from here and I've seriously considered making the trip solely to eat at this place. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent excellent place to enjoy a really well made unique meal.
Elizabeth Rosenberg
What a fun experience! Handmade sandwich on a cozy little place to dine. There's one guy behind the counter so it can take a little while to get your order out if you go at a busy time, but it's well worth the wait! And there's plenty to entertain you hanging on the walls as you wait!
Emily Melo
Such a great little hidden gem! We were originally headed toward Citizen Cider, but this place's eclectic vibe caught our eye. So happy we changed our minds! The sandwiches are amazing, and the owner and staff there are so welcoming and knowledgeable. We went right back the next day. Will definitely be back next time we're in Burlington.
Jennifer Jenkins
Best Cuban Pork and Lebanese Lamb sandwiches we have ever had. Quaint, cash only, eclectic deli with a very nice owner. Looking for something off the beaten path? You can’t go wrong here.
Steve Wolfe
I found this place right after moving to town (it's right next to where I dropped the U-Haul) and have been visiting them 1-2 times a month since. It can take a while to be served (~10 minutes) and is a bit pricey with most sandwiches around $7, but the food is addictive and very diverse. You'll probably want to ask some questions about the different sandwiches before ordering the first time, some are fairly salty, some are spicy, and they can be surprising--but find one that doesn't scare you and you'll be hooked. Just keep in mind that they don't take plastic, but the Greyhound station across the street has an ATM if you need.
Ron B
Was in Vermont for a week from Michigan. Randomly walked past the place on the way to the chocolate factory. I loved the atmosphere of the small restaurant. There was art covering the walls, good music play list, and the owner engaged us in conversation as we waited. There was a great selection of sandwiches. He even had a non-meat list to choose from. I ordered the Chinese chicken sandwich and must say it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I would highly recommend trying this plce if you live in or ever visit Vermont.
Madeline Thibault
Amazing place! I can’t believe I havent stumbled upon them until now. The sandwhiches are delicious (I had the lebanese lamb), I can’t wait to come back and try their other options. The atmosphere is great, and very interesting (in a good way).
Seth Woodman
I got the Argentinian Beef and my wife got the Russian salmon. Both were easily the best sandwiches we've ever had. The quality of the ingredients was fantastic, then the seasoning he adds is absurd. Don't come if you're in a hurry, though.
Robin Earle
I don't know how they do what they do, but the sandwiches here are on a completely different level from the ones anywhere else in Vermont. Every single time I go here, it blows my mind how they manage to construct food in between two pieces of bread that has as much taste and such great combinations as they do. The last time I was there, I spent half of the time thinking about writing this review, because paying for it and telling them how good it was really doesn't do these sandwiches justice. Every time I leave, I want to walk out the door and yell up to the people sitting on the porch at Citizen Cider "HEY! YOU'RE AT THE WRONG RESTAURANT! GET DOWN HERE!"
mike gasparrini
Easily the best place in Burlington to consume calories. The Thai chicken? - oh lord - the coffee? Oui oui. Always worth the w8
Geo “Bengeoman Reilly” Landy
Dude, I can't even begin. Writing this review whilst wiping my mouth of the sandwich's remnants.
The Argentinian beef sandwich might be the more expensive sandwich, but it's dope. I walked, the proprietor insisted I have some water, so as to stay hydrated. We chatted a little. Real down to earth for on a place to match.
Yeah, I've GOT to eat here again. That Cuban sandwich is calling my name. 5*s
Charles Gibert
Found this while looking for places to eat on our trip to Burlington and it was one of the best meals we had on our whole trip. Seriously fantastic inventive sandwiches and a great vibe. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone look to get some lunch in the area.
Michael Freitag
Delightfully eclectic menu and atmosphere that lives up to the name. The thai chicken sandwich I had was absolutely delicious, and the proprietor was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely eat there again next time I'm in Burlington.
Stephen Jablonski
I forgot my lunch and decided to go out for food. There aren't really a lot of lunch places within walking distance from my office, but I saw Four Corners had plenty of positive reviews on Google so I decided to give them a try. I must say, the other reviewers were spot on. I got the Argentinian Beef sandwich and it is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in the state. The flavors compliment each other perfectly. I may just forget my lunch every day
Andrew Polin
Amazing, and I mean really AMAZING sandwiches. The place and it's owner/sandwich artist have a reputation, forget about that and just order a sandwich and enjoy it. Serbian Pesto Pork and the Jamaican Avocado sandwiches were both out of this world.
LeeAnne Conway
Latso is a sandwich making guru to say the least. Sat at the counter and had a friendly chat with the man himself as he quickly and efficiently made sandwiches, took orders, answered the phone, and poured beers. He has a menu catering to meat lovers, vegetarian and gluten free patrons. Every creation is unique and fresh you will want to try them all! Highly recommend the Lebanese lamb.
Max Bogue
This place makes the best sandwiches in the world. Everything on the menu is amazing (I've tried them all) and the decor is unique and cozy. Whenever I'm home for the holidays I eat lunch here every day I can.
Dave Kinney
Excellent veg options. Always has good beer on tap. Only downside is its cash only.
Dave Tatlock
Wow. Funky place, almost hidden. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life (I had the Iraqi Turkey). Very European (not super fast), but worth the wait. Will definitely go back!
Matthew Girouard
Best sandwich in the world. Takes awhile to make the sandwiches, but totally worth it. It's best if you just order it and not make changes to the owner's creations.
Raphael Titsworth-Morin
Excellent sandwiches, including a large selection of tasty vegetarian options.
The staff are also really friendly and enthusiastic to engage in interesting conversation. Before you go, make sure you have cash because that's all they take!
Bradley Day
Some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The owner is perfectly eccentric. If you don't like warm lettuce and complex flavors this won't be for you
bethany
The most amazing lunch spot ever. The hawaiian ham was on point. Not only was the sandwich perfectly delicious but the music and artwork made the enjoyable ambiance. There is also a doodle journal to draw in while you wait. The man behind sanchwich is a true artist so make sure you are not in a rush.
Synx
Four Corners is where you go when you want a meal that hugs you from the inside.
When you first come into the entryway something magical happens.. first the scent of exotic yet familiar smells entangle your nose, the faint melody of a familiar yet unrecognizable song tickles your ear... When you open the next door the menagerie of wonderous local art dances in front of your eyes as the sounds and smells increase to totally dazzle your senses. As you turn the corner and face the bar, you're greeted with a smile filled with all the care in the world.. boom. You have become family and you are welcomed and celebrated as such.
It doesn't matter if you're alone, it doesn't matter if your friends are with you, it doesn't matter if you're on a first date with some internet stranger you've never met and hope doesn't murder you when you turn your back. All the unease of your day, all of the anxiety of your life melts away. By the time you take your coat off and can even form words you feel like you have walked into some familiar relatives living room.
You're home.
This is not some sandwich shop where you just show up expecting to hide in a corner and glue your eyes to your phone oblivious to the beautiful art and cozy decor surrounding you.
Go to subway for that dispasionate sterile experience.
You will feel empowered to take part in the rolling conversations, you will be feel free to talk about how your life is without judgement, offered familial advise, and most importantly you will be wholly loved from the second you take a step in the door by everyone there.
Latszo is not simply a delicatessen curator, he is an artist who pours his heart into his craft. The food he prepares, the extravagantly exquisite tastes he imagines, the soul he puts into each dish can only be matched by someone who loves their guests as much as he does. A rare thing most especially these days.
The food served contains flavors not found anywhere else.
I cannot possibly recommend Four Corners enough. 5 stars is inadequate.
Glyn Wilkinson
Excellent hot sandwiches that are meticulously made to order. Very tasty fare is what I come to expect from here. Not the cheapest sandwiches in town but every one that I have tried is outstanding.
Tonya Rauch
These sandwiches were spectacular we tried the Thai chicken, Lebanese Lamb, and Iraqi Turkey. Soo amazing and worth every minute of the wait not just sandwiches they were definitely culinary experiences.
Kelsey Brandin
Decent sandwich, in my opinion slightly overpriced for what it is (though you will leave full and satisfied). It's a small operation that doesn't abide by typical food service standards (intentionally), so don't come here if you're in a rush! I would give Four Corners four stars from the flavor alone, but interactions that involve insulting paying customers (who are also neighbors) to their face isnt exactly a wise practice in the food industry. It's worth paying a visit, however for a cash-only place the prices could be a few bucks lower as there's less of a reason to upcharge, and humility about your own cooking is crucial to the development of great food.
Ian J. Treu
A little hidden under Citizen Cider, this is a cool, half below ground sandwich bar with lots of spiced meat and fresh veggie options. Also serves some beer and wine. Options change often, call to see what's good today. Everything made fresh, and very popular, so expect your meal to be worth the short wait. Cash only, atm on site.
Michael Paul
Just the best handcrafted sandwich creations! The care put into every ingredient shows in the final product
Paco DeFrancis
Eclectic hole-in-the-wall with very flavorful casual food favored by locals. The only downside is its CASH ONLY. I get the proprietor doesn't want to pay the 2.5% credit card fee or whatever it is--i wouldn't either--but come on. Asking every customer to pay with cash is a big ask.
Maria
I first ate at Four Corners of the Earth with a friend that recommneded the place, it left such a great impression on me (the sandwiches are truly tasty and worth every penny). When my colleagues asked where we should go for lunch that we have never been before, we went to Four Corners of the Earth and was not disappointed! A must try!
sean Jay
Amazing eclectic sandwhich's and ordering them is an experience of it's own. No matter what you get you won't be disappointed, it may take a minute for them to make it so grab a pint and appreciate the art.
Kelly Keegan
Do not expect the fastest sandwich ever made. Appreciate the art and draw in the guest journal while you wait for one of Burlington's best sandwiches. A must try for anyone.
Dion Lewis
I had the chicken genovese. Loved the sandwich.
Taylor Gould
The Thai chicken and peanut butter sandwich was incredible. Only 4 stars because it took over 1hr for 3 sandwiches, and they substituted an ingredient in 1 sandwich without asking.
Jeff Boots
Update: My sandwich came and it was spectacular! Back to 5 stars.
Original: If my sandwich ever comes i will update this review.
SunbroOfLordran
Little bit of a wait but very much well worth it, we got an Iraqi turkey, a Lebanese Lamb, and a Thai chicken. We split them between the three of us and they were all phenomenal.
John Depaula
I wish they had a menu with more of a description of the sandwiches but they all seem to be pretty good. You can expect to spend some time here, but it’s worth it.
Christian Buck
Great environment, best sandwiches I've had. Ingredients are such high quality that I enjoy things I usually dislike.
Mary DeLong
Great sandwich spot with good vegan options. Owner added avocado in place of cheese, thank you! Super delicious.
Elliot Schneider
Great sandwich shop. Parking can be a bit tricky due to citizen cider being next door. Some street parking. It's cash only but there's an ATM right when you walk in.
Jocie Steinke
Honestly the best vegetarian sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Amazing sandwiches, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a chill local vibe earns this place 6 stars if I could!
Bill Belanger
Amazing. Without a doubt the best sandwiches I have ever had. You will likely have to wait a long time but it is worth every second.
Jason Storer
A very diverse assortment of sandwiches. Every one I've tried has been beyond fantastic. Always worth the wait!
Siddharth gupta
as they say...best sandwiches in burlington....just one suggestion taste ur sauses in the morning...mine and my wife's had too much salt....
Randy Abair
This place is a bit on the pricey side for sandwiches and can be a little slow, but it’ll blow you away every time.
Torsten Bergersen
This place does not mess around. Their sandwiches are well stuffed and very tasty. Order from here, you won’t regret it.
James G.
Best sandwiches in Burlington hands down. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
Sherry Cavallaro
OMG! This was THE greatest sandwich of my life! I'm not even joking, I would drive the 7 hours it would take me to get there just so I could have it again. Amazing!
Jordan Kulhawik
I had the Lebanese lamb and it was quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. The owner must know some kind of secret sandwich magic.
Katie Duprey
Amazing experience
It had just closed when we arrived and the owner saw us, opened back up and made us sandwiches that were absolutely delicious!! By far a great place to go, I would call it a hidden gem!
Kyle Webster
After having come here a few times, I have come to the conclusion that no matter what you chose to get on the menue, it's going to be really good.
Seriously, everything I've had here is 10/10. Can't go wrong!
Jake
Best sandwich I've ever had. Sometimes it takes a while for the food to get made but it's worth the wait!
Jay HK
Great art and decorations. Interesting sandwiches, couple of beers on tap. Parking lot is small, but street parking is available
Tony Hollop
Dozens of unique sandwiches made right in front of you in a small downstairs restaurant where the walls are covered in paintings. Very tasty
Katie Wilhite
Love Four Corners of the Earth! Latzo makes the most delicious food and always has good stories to tell as you wait. So many great options, if you can't decide, ask him to pick for you!
A. C. R.
Best sandwiches in town. Good beer and atmosphere. Latzo, the owner, is very kind and interesting. Highly recommended!

Joe R
Small, counter service deli with amazing sandwhichs. The Jamaican acacdo with turkey and cheese was delicious.
Marina Cibuc
Egyptian Eggplant - best vegan sandwich I have ever had. The chef was not jocking about his coffee either.
Pete Bruhn
Iraqi Turkey sandwich is the best sandwich in Burlington. Sometimes I order order 2.
Amanda Gosselin
Good food. Great atmosphere. Hidden away a little so it seems like you have stepped out of Burlington while you are there.
brandon costelloe-kuehn
had a ball! got a couple wacky sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed the unique atmosphere. will come back next time i’m in town for sure.
Cameron Andre
Worth the wait. Sandwiches took a little while, but they were FANTASTIC. Highly recommended.
Chase stratton
Best sandwich in town. If you're fortunate enough to be there when he has scallops, I highly recommend it.
Adam Sanchioni
Awesome small place to get one of the best sandwiches you'll ever have in your life. Great guy behind the counter too
Robert Seymour
Amazing deli sandwiches in a cool setting. Owner clearly loves to make sandwiches and the taste reflects that.
r lopez
Good place for a calm artistic mood, expressional place, food is great specially all the grill sandwichesnot so good to have the whole family over, food is ok, and the option of what each meal are not described on the menu
Mark Joyner
Oh my gosh is the best thing to say here. Delicious sandwiches, secret spot, order something crazy. You will be happy you did!
Nicholas Gillert
This place puts any other deli to shame. It's impossible to get a bad sandwich here.
Scoot
Probably the best place to get sandwiches in vermont, flavor like no other, 11/10 would recommend
dewey daniels
I got the Lebanese lamb and it was great! The owner is really friendly and nice to talk to too.
Sam Houlihan
Great food! Took a long time though but the chef was very nice! It had a pleasant interior.
