Zandbroz has tons of great gift ideas and, if you don't have someone to give a gift to, you can get a gift for yourself instead. We found what we were looking for and so much more! There's more to the shop than just trinkets as there is awhile section in the back that is up and downstairs of museum style attractions. We loved the good deals we found and cleanliness of the store.

Really neat little store downtown. They definitely mean it when they say variety - they had everything from candles, colognes, baking supplies, cards, books, sage, crystals, socks - I could go on. I did feel the prices were a little steep for some items but I think that’s just the world we live in now. Didn’t see much souvenir wise for those like me traveling through the area but you’ll for sure find something you like!

Great selection, good vibes but not kind staff. Was looking around and saw item on a shelf behind a counter looked to makes sure there weren’t signs saying employees only saw two that said the Not to open the case or cabinet, so assumed it was okay to look at the top shelf. Was rudely informed it was for employees only. The rest the Staff and experience were great just had one bad interaction with one staff member unfortunately!

I live in Florida, Jamie, and her staff, are SO accommodating to carefully wrap and ship my treasures with her signature grimace 😏👍. Great store if you need a gift, something fun or fun & useful. Small new book selection well curated. Use caution around the postcard rack. It's a tourist trap. I pulled out about five cards before I gave up and asked the cashier what the prices were. She said most were a certain amount which startled me as I buy postcards all over the planet and it was on the high end. Most are difficult to read the pricing. I gave up grabbed a few & by the time I paid it was almost $30 for five postcards.

This is a really neat store. I saw a few things I would enjoyed having, but due to cost, didn't purchase them. Lots of unique items in the store & it is set up nicely/clean. I read some reviews for this place, and I commend the owner for their responses. We live in a world of entitlement or pity, and the owner in my opinion, handled the reviews perfectly. Keep it up!🤪👍

Store is nicely decorated, with a wide variety of products for you to purchase. In the back of the store they have items of historical interest for sale. It reminded me of a small museum. Very interesting to look at, I would definitely return and bring friends along.

This store has a huge selection of items. Its a great place to go when you're looking for gifts! I came here before Christmas to find unique presents for co-workers and was not disappointed. As a side note, when I visited, it was at the height of the pandemic in Sioux Falls. I was concerned about doing any shopping in stores, but needed to get a few things in person. I appreciated that they required all of their customers to wear masks. It shows that they care about the safety of both their staff and the community. While I was visiting a staff member had to politely ask a women to leave who refused to wear a mask and was looking for confrontation. I was very impressed with how he handled it without escalating the situation.

I love Zandbroz!! I've always had a great experience here and I have fun memories coming for ice cream with my dad as a kid when the soda bar was open. It's a great spot for gifts, books, stationary, and much more! The expansion is nicely done and I enjoy looking at the antiques.

Locally owned and operated by super rad folks! I also truly appreciate their interest in keeping all of their staff and customers safe during a pandemic with their mask policy! This is an all time favorite unique little shop. You can find everything from socks to cookbooks, boardgames, house decor, gems and stones, amazing candy, and more. There is always something different to check out. The staff is generally very down to earth and friendly as well.

Super neat little store. Didn't have a ton of time there, but it's the first place that I've seen with a solid collection of vintage restored fountain pens. There were so many little bits and baubles there. The employees were patient and helpful as well. I ended up getting a restored pen, haven't gotten a chance to test it out yet, but looks to be in good condition.

I thought it was just a book store when i was walking by and decided to go in, but color me pleasantly surprised when i discovered their variety of knick knacks, gift opportunities, and just various odds and ends. From fancy shmancy pens to crystals, from funny mugs to antiques, sprinkle in some jams and hot sauces, some candles and puzzles, and throw in the books and you get the gist. Honestly a great place to go have a fun shop around after a couple beers, though you may spend more than you intended. Great selection.

Though a but pricey for certain things, I love this place and it's character. So many unique things and stuff you wouldnt normally shop for, but always neat stuff and I can always find something interesting and walk out with something bought in my hands. Perfect place for unique gifts that people wouldnt normally get, so it's always a cool surprise for people. Will always reccomend going here to, at the VERY LEAST, browse through their stuff, but also because of how friendly staff is every single time I'm in. Love Zandbroz and love that its local!

Been in here a few times and all the employees EXCEPT the OWNER are Friendly. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I thought the first time she was having a bad day but the second time now I know that is how she is. Get a grip! You OWN a store which last time I checked customer service kinda comes with it. I probably won’t be back unless it has something that I need. I gave 3 stars one for each star of the nice employees that work there that have to “deal” with that Karen.

Had fun looking through the local quirk 'musium' in the back of the store. The items in the the store are just as quirky. Our friends posed with the wax lips and mustache found just inside the store to the left. Good place if you are looking for QUIRKY time.

I really like this store otherwise but I would be careful with their vintage pens. They are very friendly and willing to help you with them and although they shine the outside of the pens I have bought a couple that were clearly unrestored and one had major tine misalignment problems. I would buy more vintage pens there but they are 2 for 2 with fountain pens that were not fully restored. Their selection of inks is neat and they have a fair amount of modern pens, but for the price the pens should be restored inside and out imo. Edit: I was able to do the repairs on the pens myself but I would urge to double check the pen before buying to make sure it works as expected. I don't think it is an unreasonable ask to be able to test the vintage pens before buying.

This store is constantly changing up their inventory. It is a gift shop with great quirky gifts, plenty of books and stationary, great pens, jewelry, and a little bit of something for everyone. The staff is friendly. This is a great addition to the Sioux Falls area.

Zandbroz is also always very clean, and I appreciate their COVID-19 policies. Definitely makes me feel safer and more comfortable as I stop by!

An essential part of the downtown core, Zandbroz is almost the only shop in town where I've gone in looking for a gift and left happily with something I never knew existed. It's always fun to scan the whole store. The shop windows always have creative displays. The book selection is smallish, but well-honed toward the remarkable, so you might not find a popular paperback from a high-volume author, but I've found books there from award-winning authors that the local Barnes and Noble didn't have. I'd also go here first for any book of local or regional interest. I do miss the days of the operating soda fountain.

One of the most unique shops in Sioux Falls by far. Zandbroz actually feels like two different stores when you do a full walkthrough. In the front you'll find various odds and ends for the house, a good selection of literature and books, jewelry, quality crafted pens and journals, and a great toys section for kids. Walk further and you'll find yourself in a low-lit antique shop with lots of unique local antiques as well as some frequently sought after pieces like beautifully crafted writing desks, bookshelves, typewriters and near anything else you can think of. Can't recommend enough, great staff and service wrap up the package and create a must-see downtown destination.
