Great store, good selection and a fun overall experience. The shopkeeper, David, is very friendly and enjoys chatting with people and getting to know you. Definitely check it out if you’re in the Pike Place Market area!

Came to Seattle for new years. My favorite part was meeting David, the store's owner. We had a lovely chat about the book I purchased. But the most valuable thing I left with was the interaction. Will definitely be coming in here everytime I'm in town.

The owner has a glowing personality and can answer any question you have about anything in the store. Truly a great experience, and can't recommend it enough if you like walking in book stores.

Such a charming little bookstore. The owner is so friendly and full of character! Lots of science fiction books, but also has children's books, history and other genres. Look what I got for under $6! Should've gotten more!

A great bookstore on the floor below the main floor of Pike Place. Although it's a little small and selection is a bit limited, there are still plenty of great books to choose from and they're cheap too. The star of the bookstore (other than the signed Shel Silverstein book) is the owner. He's incredibly friendly, makes great jokes, and serenades his customers with funny songs. I would go back to the store just because of him. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

What a hidden gem! The older gentleman running the cash register was upbeat, beyond friendly, hilarious and knew his books. Felt like we were in a shop with a friend not just patrons in a store. Book selection was vast, and they had some pretty hilarious cards. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely adored both the owner and the store! Great collection of books, including- Amish romances. Loved the owner, a fabulous experience

The store is incredibly cute to walk through and they have a ton of great selections from newer books to older ones. The owner is probably the best part of the store though. He is funny, charismatic, and had my sister and I laughing out of the store. He really makes the atmosphere of that store and I wish him all the best.

I saw reviews of this bookstore before I came to Seattle but couldn’t remember the name when I got there and was disappointed that I was going to miss out. Happened to accidentally come to it anyway, and I knew I was there because of the owner, David! Hilarious, sweet, and a lover of books. Definitely stop by & support a great local business. He’ll make you smile :)

The store owner is the gem of Seattle, the books are great as well.
