Fairly good selection, but it's not a very big store. The prices are good, and I like the vibe--it feels like you're in someone's house, browsing their private collection. I especially like the way the different genres are located in different rooms, and the graphic novel and comic book offerings are more plentiful than most used book stores.

I love this old fashioned used book store. We need more like this one. Its huge!!! With several rooms packed with books. I could easily loose myself in it..for quite a while. Books of all kinds....every subject. Some quite new...others vintage. There's something for everyone. It has all the charm expected in a used book store. The prices are GOOD! We had such a wonderful experience here. There is a nostalgic feeling when you enter the store that can’t be found at big box stores. The prices were just right and our kids loved using their own money on books in the children’s room. Our son is obsessed with Cat in the Hat, so he was in heaven! Our daughter is learning to read and was able to find a book that interested her that she could read all on her own. Thank you for giving us a place to come learn and play!! We’ve already told family and friends about our experience and can’t wait to come again!

This is such a cute and fun shop. Went there today to look around and between my 2 kids and I we left with 9 new books. I went in thinking I’d find some older novels but I found a book that is on my TBR list so I am so excited. I’ll definitely be visiting this store again. Also for the 9 books we only spent around $20

Walked in here for the first time this week and was impressed. Not only did they have a large selection but they had some unexpected ideas like they were selling collections of 12 wrapped children's Christmas books to help celebrate the 12 days of Christmas. A surprise book every day.

A wonderful place to locate some gem finds. Great selection of books for children and teens. They also have an awesome Halloween Jame where your kids can drop in and get a book! Super nice and you earn store credit for books you bring to them.

The lady at the front desk was quite nice I was able to find the book I was looking for and Had a good selection not the largest Just enough to keep me a occupiedfor about 30 minutes. Helpful that some of the big name authors have all of their books in one place. They also currently have a lot of comic books from different years. I saw vol 1 issue 2 and 3 of Fathom. The creator of fathom passed away so it didn't go much further than 1 vol. Witchblade was his popular comic character. All sorts of heroes and villains throughout I think 6 bins.

Such a cute bookstore! Super friendly staff and fun story times. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes, but they have no control over that. My boys love going to their weekly story time.

Hidden gem! I grew up going to used book stores and searching for books that were not necessarily popular, or perhaps were, but were less expensive bc they'd been read by someone else. This is a great example of a small business environment with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere and a great selection. After going several times, we always find something great and enjoy knowledgeable service.

Found so many good books for a classroom library here. Also, they take used books. Friendly staff. Great little place and they constantly restock. They have a website so you can also request books in from the warehouse so it makes it easier than having to sift through everything.

We only had 30 minutes before it closed. Definitely not enough time to see everything in this cute bookstore. Everything on the shelves are organized well and genre by rooms. I will absolutely go back another day. Hopefully when I have more time to look.

Great little book store. We go here often with our son, and often trade in books we've read for store credit. We also love that they have a section devoted to local authors ... you can actually find my book, Aiya Seven (a sci-fi A.I. love and action novelette), here.

Great bookstore with good prices! Pro tip: consider using libro.fm for audiobooks to support them. And you actually own and can download the DRM-free files. The staff is friendly and they take good care of kids in the store (little prizes, dress up clothes, etc).

The people were nice, the selection of books was okay, but the organization was not great. There were books that had not been inventoried yet all over the place. The young reader section was so small. I thought their books were over priced. I was left a bit disappointed.

Since the lovely owner is family I've always enjoyed popping in to the store. The environment and people are wonderful. The other day it was a busier than normal so there wasn't much time to chat and I didn't want to get in the way of her job. I decided to take a look around at the books and ended up finding one I loved, I plopped into a comfy chair and dove into book and ended up buying it because the price was so amazing. 12/10 recommend this cute book store!

Awesome bookstore!! The selection is great! There are so many books to choose from that my kids had a hard time deciding. I could seriously LIVE in the grownups reading room; it is so relaxing and beautifully decorated. Wonderful selection, good prices, great atmosphere, awesome owner - I’ll definitely be back!!

I love this business!! We went for the first time 3 weeks ago. We let each of our young children choose books, (which they LOVE!) I also found a book from my childhood that I was excited to share with my own children. The owner, Heidi, had the cutest bingo idea for the kids. We went on a Friday and my kids had bingo by Monday. I didn’t realize they were closed Monday. My kids were so excited to get their prizes, so we went down Monday. My kids opened the door before I got there, so I didn’t realize it was closed. Heidi kindly explained to me she was closed. I apologized and turned to leave, she saw the bingo cards in my children’s hands. She asked if we were there for bingo prizes, I told her yes, but we could come back. She said, “If that’s all, come on in!” My kids were ecstatic! She went above and beyond! 🥰 if you ever need books, I highly recommend hide away books!!!! We will definitely be going back!

My children are in a Chinese dual-immersion program and every time Heidi Rowley, the bookstore owner, gets a Mandarin Chinese book in stock, she immediately messages me!!! She asks what my kids and family reading interests are and alerts me and tries to find books on those topics. She offers the best crafts, programs and school literary support. Her passion for the written language is only surpassed by her desire to help others fall in love with reading and the world of imagination and empowerment in provides. I highly recommend if you haven’t been in the bookstore, put it on your weekly and monthly lists!!!

This is a quiet shop on AF Main that will surprise you. They have a huge selection of used books throughout a quaint home/bedroom style set-up. Every time I go I find some gems. The prices are very reasonable and lower than most every other used book shop I have been to.

I love HideAway! She has a very large selection and can even look up specific titles for you. Books are in excellent condition and she carries some locally owned titles, brand new as well. Tight budget? Check the clearance shelves throughout the store. Kids? Swing by a storytime event!

I was looking for a specific book which didn't fall in the wheelhouse of this store. I sent an email and was promptly answered and the book was available. When I went in to pick it up I was very impressed with this nice little store. I went home and told my wife that she needs to take the kids and spend time and money here. Only one visit in and I'm already hooked. The new location's set up is adorable, and the owner is really helpful. Plus there's a way to let you know when books you want have come in. And the fact that you can bring your used books in for store credit is a major bonus.

This book store is the best! They have a wonderful selection and will keep an eye out for certain books if you create an account. They have storytime and prizes for books read and even have a reward program. I have never felt more at home in a book store.

What a fun store! We were shopping mostly for kid’s books & we found some fun ones! Only 4 stars because they weren’t open when we got there. The woman at the main desk opened the store Saturday morning about an hour late.
