I took a tour of the ASU Tempe campus because I am starting at ASU in the spring. One of the places I went to was the campus store. Everyone there was friendly and there were a lot of really nice quality items. Prices were a little high, but that's a given considering that it is a university store. It was a very great experience!

Very customer service friendly, although I just stopped in to just as for directions to another important area, this young man was kind, polite, and considerate 👍, even stepping out of the store to make sure I knew I was head and going in the correct direction. To this Army Veteran, I am much appreciative for your efforts and wish there were more of you in this world willing to extend a helpful hand. Thank you. 😊

What can I say, Sun Devil for life. So much wonderful merchandise. Very clean and organized official campus book store and Sun Devil merchandise shopping all in one place with a Starbucks located right inside. Prices are standard, so don't expect outlet pricing. This is of course your latest merchandise. Parking us truly a challenge, so plan appropriately. I truly would wait till mid-week if you can. Forks up!!!!

This is the place to be if you get a chance to visit ASU after having graduated in 2021 and never visiting the campus. Has a bunch of stuff for just about anything. My only complaint was the lack of sizing for bigger folks but reality is most people would fit the 2xL or less that was available in store.

It's a really good store for the ASU fan or even a fan of college sports in general. Have lots of merchandise to choose from as well as alot of school supplies for classes, they also offer electronic services and devices to select from.

The store is clean, luxurious, and friendly. It provides a lot of ASU marchendises (jackets, mugs, keyholders, etc). It has a nice bookstore too

Very large and organized campus store with a ton of merchandise to have fun with. You can easily come out of here spending $100 plus. Stuff isn’t cheap but I like the variety compared to other campus stores. My only complaint is the customer services. I found the a couple of the employees organizing clothing and behind the register pretty rude. No hello when I say hi to them. We asked them for help finding a clothing item and the woman quickly says they don’t have it and walks away. I found the item soon after. Some better training here would make a huge difference!

Website says open at 9:30 on Wednesday. When it was not open at 9:30, asked someone in the Welcome center when the store opens and they said 10 am and that the book store opens at 9:30 am. There is no place on the site that says 10 am. So, if you are from out of state and planning a trip around visiting this store, be advised that it does not in fact open at 9:30 am, and allow extra time in your schedule.

The ASU main campus store is large. There are ASU t-shirts, caps, stickers, pens, pants, and tumblers. You can buy electronics such MacBook and iPhone too.

Very close to Graduation day! I came in for a cap and gown for my daughter's graduation and they had her exact size and everything to go with it for a very reasonable price.

Staff is friendly and helpful. 💥Masks are still required here, so please keep that in mind. I forgot mine and they were kind about giving me one, no angry or judgemental comments about it. Prices are what you expect of a University store. The place is well kept, organized, very clean, and a great atmosphere overall. I love shopping here for my ASU pride and necessary University items. I didn't take any photos this time. I'll share those after my next visit. I highly recommend this place!

I was visiting the campus when I came to see Hamilton at the theater. I came in to buy a sweatshirt and the staff member Logan was very helpful and informative. I found all this stuff to be very nice. It was a great selection and there was a Starbucks in there as well.

I attended the graduation ceremonies Dec 13, 2021 and walked around the campus. A stop at the campus store was definitely in order. It's a big store with the university bookstore located in the rear of the building. I was a bit shocked at the prices... But I guess it is what it is. I'm proud to be a Sun Devil, Forks Up!!!

Whenever I travel to a new state that has a major university, I always like to visit the campus and get some swag. This bookstore had some great selections and of course it was overpriced but other than that it was easy to find and the customer service was good.

Only summer stock textbooks were on the shelves, so they looked very bare...and the store itself is very in need of a remodel/reset, IMO. Also, no one offered their assistance if I should need to locate anything.

Huge store with many options. You can definitely find anything you're looking for here... However, it is extremely overpriced. if your student you may get a discount but what about the rest of us? I wish they made it more affordable for AZ residents to purchase their merchandise since it ultimately supports them.

Primary ASU bookstore on campus but not the most gear or swag compared to Sun Devil Marketplace or Sparky's at Sun Devil Stadium. Well maintained and staffed, Starbucks inside, tech gear (MAC, PC, peripherals available), books and requireds* for classes, graduation gear. Given that it's a campus bookstore the pricing is of course...high...but it's a nice mid campus option if you're doing a tour or need a class specific item. Go Devils!

Lines are always long, but that is inevitable when it's for all students on campus. The staff is always so friendly and the store is very clean. They have a huge selection of clothes, books, etc. and I personally love how they carry ASU gear in name brands such as Adidas.

How do you choose from so much! This place has all the gear. We came in for a visit and before we left town we stopped at 3 different targets looking for shirts and hats. After driving through campus and seeing the hidden garden to the library, we stopped in and got everything we needed. The most amazing part were the deals they had. Unlike target we we're able to save a few dollars by coming here. The staff was most excellent and help find us just the right thing. Don't waste your time with the other stores around the city and come to the campus store. It's worth it.

The staff is great. Everything is organized and looks so pretty... but the pricing is ridiculous. It's disappointing that this college price gouges its students when they're already paying an arm and leg for tuition. I would order/rent from Amazon ANY day if my books were available from them instead!

Wow. Everything your little sun devil heart could hope for. All kinds of different ASU products that are unique from what I've seen at retail stores. Picked up a Tillman jersey. Love it. The staff was helpful and we talked with the check-out girl who was a student and was about the happiest person I ever met. Great job with training the help to be customer friendly.

Wow this place is HUGE! They have everything you could want... Including a big ASU Flag for the flag pole out front of my house. I would have given 5 stars if the kids working up front knew the store better. I asked them about the flag and they said they don't carry flags. I found that hard to believe and looked for it myself. Found it.

as with most campus stores the stuff in here is pricey but the set up is perfect. really easy to find your textbooks and the cashiers get you through quickly. everyone is always smiling and helpful. having a starbucks in there is a plus as well.

Reminds me of my good ol college days, except there was no Starbucks inside the book store. We had to walk to MU or a tiny coffee cart on Palm walk if we wanted coffee. College staff is very friendly and helpful. A always find things I wasn't looking for and clearance section is great.

They really have something for everyone if you're looking for a gift for your favorite Sun Devil! They also had a lot of clothing on sale and seasonally appropriate items we're easy to find and reasonably priced.

They have so much to choose from everything is so fashionable and nice. Gifts for grandparents, siblings, parents and good selection of toddler/baby items. Mugs,glasses, pens, baseball caps. Cashiers are very nice willing to help. Most stuff is pretty expensive though, polos, the dri-fit shirts, long sleeves, $30-40-50. A Few tshirts available under $20.

Stopped in here recently while attending my sons freshmen orientation. This place definitely has a big selection of ASU merchandise, but the prices tend to be very high. There are many other off campus merchants that have much lower prices on shirts and other stuff.

It has some school stuff in it but it's really overpriced at least for the men's. most of the hats only come in one particular size and this is a pretty specific thing to nitpick about but whoever does the designs on them does a really poor job on the hats. I also thought it was bizarre that for men they only had one type of sleeveless shirt that came in different colors. A lot could be improved with getting a better designer you Sparky more!

Good sized store with a starbucks cafe. Great to pick up clothing and other gear. Didn't get a chance to look at their book selection as I ordered mine online but the line moves quickly and there's a sale section in the back.

Gather, ASU, for all your Sun Devil needs! Textbooks are, as to be expected, crazily overpriced, but that's college for ya! There's a Starbucks in the front, which is a nice touch. Also cool to check out the corner on the right-hand side of the store; they've got Apple and Microsoft products that are fun to explore. In-store textbook pickup can be a crazy hassle, so err on the side of getting there as early as you can.

The Sun Devil bookstore is huge and has a wonderful array of supplies, clothes, memorabilia and, of course, textbooks. Unfortunately, most things are quite expensive, so I haven't bought anything other than some pens and my books, but the atmosphere is always upbeat and the staff are helpful

Just be careful when they are charging you because it has happened a few times where I went in to get a text for class and they charge me for another classes book. Make sure you have the bookstore online available so you can show them if things don't match up.

If you have a pell grant deferment, make sure they clarify whether your costs will be fully reimbursed. Many people don't know that they have free money to buy textbooks and a laptop or tablet. Highest is $650. Other than that...don't come here its way overpriced. Go to Walmart or Target.

Gotta love how organized the college bookstore can be for how crazy the first of the semester is. Most professors don't gove accurate information on the bookstores site of books that are required for that semester and I feel like that may be a cause of all their grief. Students literally have same day refunds due to the wrong communication about their textbooks. Though it has been hard finding out which book is actually needed, this store has all the problems under control.

Great if you're an ASU student looking for books you're required to buy. It's huge, but it's not like some student bookstores I've been in in Ann Arbor or Seattle. There's not a lot of weird extra stuff for non students. And look, check out your online options first before buying your books because I got a lot of my schoolbooks cheaper elsewhere. It's pretty old school to be stuck with paying a traditional student bookstore $150/book price.

The ASU Bookstore should just be renamed to the ASU Store. This store sells way more than books, including computers, apparel, and remembrance items. While the bookstore is easy to get lost in, the friendly staff is there to help you find what you want. And with hundreds of items in stock, you'll definitely find what you need. However, the prices here are insane. Books, clothes, and everything else can be bought for way cheaper online. I only suggest using this bookstore as a last resort if you can't find what you're looking for online.

The strengths of the Bookstore: They have a good chance of having the book you need for class. They have a good selection of gear (although they are NOT starving student prices). You have about a 40% chance of finding a helpful staff person that knows what they are doing. Starbuck's is good. The weaknesses of the Bookstore: The instructors do not always communicate with the bookstore so selection can be frustrating. Parking can be a challenge during during busy times. The book return policy can also be a bit frustrating. To be fair though, I think that is the case with just about all the college bookstores.
