Fun store with lots of comics and games and of course Pokémon and other game cards. This location is huge compared to the old location and my nephews and niece love coming here. Staff is very patient and kind with kids. Highly recommend!

Small but excellent and well organized shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find some comic variants that I hadn't seen elsewhere, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to go if you are looking for Warhammer and D&D mini figurines.

I stopped by for the first time today and had an excellent experience! The people there were incredible and I ended up picking up 5 Pokémon booster packs and getting something decently rare from each of them (v delphox, foil beedril and Lady, reverse holofoil Pokémon go charizard and charmeleon and a normal charmander to complete the trio and a full art octilery rapid strike. I’ll consider it the shop’s luck :) They also offered to keep a lazy eye out for the alternate art vaporeon v card I was looking for and it made it clear to me that they are good at building community. Finally they have a dangerous punchcard, every $10 you get a punch and at 10 punches you get 20% off your purchase. I wish I didn’t live in Lincoln but I’ll be here as often as I can.

Really nice store, super friendly staff. My cousin convinced me to start playing the Pokemon trading card game and staff helped me get everything I needed to get started yesterday. Prices are a little higher than what I've seen at other stores but they didn't seem crazy.

This post would have been 5 STARS but They said I had to wear a mask while inside their store. Major bummer. I purchased a large amount of D & D stuff just the other day and prob would have purchaces more if I wasnt so uncomfortable trying to balance controlling my 4 year old while not being seen by him through a mask while shopping. Point is we dont have issues when my kid can see my face. Mask mandates are unamerican.

I've been to this location many times as it is near my home. Although not of high appeal to me and my interests, my kiddos go through phases of being interested in comic books. Each time we've been to the store where we may be picking out a comic book for a special occasion or a special treat, the staff show my kids a box with very low priced comic books. These are clearly not special comic books and not in terrific shape, but what a great way to encourage young children to read and get them interested in comic books. Staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff and happy to help you find what you're looking for; not to mention the enormous inventory they have on hand for boardgames and especially TTRPG's, including Pathfinder, Starfinder, and D&D. They will also allow you to reserve incoming shipment for you!

Went here to find a board game and had great luck with their large selection of games, though prices can be kinda high. Their selection of board games is really good. Whether you are looking for something particular or browsing for something new there is a good chance you'll find it. For example they had 7+ different versions of Ticket To Ride. Prices are higher here than more mainstream places or online but you're paying for the selection, local availability and advice of the staff, which can be it's own benefit. Place has a bunch of comics, miniatures, models and the alike as well. Place is a little small but packed with stuff. Staff was friendly.

The people that work there make this great. We've ordered comics and tpb's from Dragon's Lair in the past, always delivered in mint condition. There's a wide range and assortment of stock, which the clerks are always willing to help you navigate. On the most recent trip, the clerk helped in explaining some basic rules, etiquette and fundamentals to D&D, a tough undertaking. He did this while navigating the series of people that were there to make their regular purchases. Never been disappointed with their service.

I can't say enough great things about this shop, and Craig. I took my 2 boys here to get their first comic books. Craig spent a great deal of time showing us good options for kids, and looking for specific things they asked for. He gave them some extra goodies, too. Great selection, they have everything... Comics, books, toys, cards, games, figures, etc. I will absolutely come back to Dragon's Lair.

This comic book store is fine if you're going to buy something off the wall, and it's been released in the last week or so. Moving to inventory and looking for something a little older can be a challenge. I avoid the store on the weekends, the guy that typically works is a spoiler. He likes to tell you about the comics you're buying.

I like to visit Dragon's Lair comics when I am in Omaha. This store has a nice selection of new comics as well as a nice collection of back issues. The store is a bit small so it feels cramped. And the gamers in the back can be quite loud, which dampens the experience. At one time, this store offered a nice selection of "sale bin" comics. Those days seem few and far between.

Tiny, a little out of the way but jam-packed with nerdy goodness. Tabletop gaming, wargaming, ttrpgs of all kinds, board games, you name it. A little disorganized, but they have just about everything.

While this location is a bit small, they fit alot of different things in here. I came in for some mtg cards and while I didn't find the specific card I was looking for, I was able to pick up some other cards that caught my eye. A good visit.

That 5th star is for nostalgic reasons. The rest is because I've always been satisfied with a trade-in, service, and selection. Obviously we always want more for our trade but part of that is that DL needs to make their money as well. This location is smaller so space is a consideration when it comes to variety, but they've managed the use of that space quite well. The staff is quite knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don't have it, they'll work to find it and followup.

Best and longest lasting comic shop in Omaha. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a patron for over 30 years. This location is smaller than the main shop, but has plenty to offer.

Much smaller MTG selection than the other location and the staff generally does not know as much about MTG. Also, what they do have is a bit of a mess. Their seems to be a heavy focus on tabletop strategy games like Warhammer 40K here. Nothing particularly negative, just better options in town for my particular hobby, including the other location.
