I love this store. It’s always a fun experience browsing the shelves and I’m always happily surprised at the goodies I find. The prices tend to be high, and the selection a bit overwhelming, but it’s well organized and reasonably easy to find what you’re looking for. I love the gifts, journals, and educational supplements offered. The staff is friendly and always helpful too ;0). I definitely recommend. If anything, it’s fun to look around.

Standard Barnes & Noble. Wide range of books and periodicals, along with more limited selections of music (mostly LPs), movies on DVD, toys, and Legos. Given many bookstores have vanished in the digital era, it's nice to have an option for a large physical bookstore to complement the smaller local bookstores.

When you love books, it is hard to come here and not spend a ton of money. I love their discounted books area. I always find the most interesting things there. They had a $5 and $10 bargain bin and I came across this Babar book. Took me back to my childhood and my adventures I used to read about with Babar and his family. The staff was helpful and checkout was fast and efficient.

Has a calm and quiet environment. Great to study, find a new book to obsess over, or simply to get away from everyone and have some "you" time. To grab a coffee at the cafe and walk around the store is a great way to pass the time. Customer service is great, they know how and when to help.

I only looked at crochet instruction books in the crafts category. The craft books were organized well. I was able to locate, find and select a book to meet my needs very quickly. I gave a 4 star rating due to the small amount of crochet instruction books to choose from. A good experience. I will be returning.

I always LOVE going to Barnes and Noble! I could go in there and spend $500 easy no problem. I had no idea that some of the new releases were out and one I was able to get...the other I put my name down and will have to wait until September. That's the only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. That and all of the stationary sets, journals, bookmarks,etc...was very low in stock if they had any at all. But I am grateful for them being open.

One of my favorite places to go hang out! Price is worth it bc of the uniqueness and quality available here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff. I love this place so much. The people are friendly. What’s not to love about a book store, of course, but they’ve got all types of media and every genre you need. The kids’ section is fun and organized. Kept my kids plenty happy so I could really enjoy being there. A nice little, delicious coffee shop with desserts, too. This last week, when I went there was a really cool assortment of books in the entryway just about expanding your knowledge. I liked that.

Love the supportive staff here! They are so helpful and energetic! Also, I greatly appreciate that Barnes and Noble recognizes homeschooling so you can sign up to receive their educators card for discounts! The children's area here is wonderful and I love taking my children to the cafe area for date with mom! It's quiet and intimate with great seating and treats! Also, they have great options for parking so I'm not concerned about that when I go here.

They have a pretty good selection of books and nice atmosphere. The books usually are like 5 times more expensive than on Amazon but it's fun to go sit down with a physical copy and read for a little while. We like to bring our son and read and play in the children's section, and then look at all the cool toys and things they have on the way out.

This bookstore is my favorite. Nice selection, and a great place to meet up for coffee. I’ve gone here since I was a kid and was happy that it’s still here when we moved back. The location is nice, safe, and convenient. The store feels safe. They have some chairs again so you can sit comfortable while browsing books. There is a music section, a kids section, etc. too. The kids section is very fun, and we always like going to the clearance sectoin too. Great family bookstore.

the place was great state of the art, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I was there for a ribbon cutting but they let me experience and explained some of the things they do. They have a masseuse Sherry who is over the top great had a 10 minute massage with her and will be going back. They have a great package for massages that makes it even more worthwhile.

I went there Christmas Eve for a few last-minute gifts. I wasn't the only one. But even with the great number of customers making their way around the store searching for both things known and unknown, an employee made the time to ask if I needed help. I did. He helped. It sounds simple, and it is, but on Christmas Eve, I really appreciate simple things like courtesy and service. With my books in my hand I joined a river of customers in the check-out line. The store had an employee directing customers to cashiers so the wait time would be kept to a minimum. She was young and dressed all in blue. When I drew next to her in line, she told me the she was stressed by the crowds but she was dealing with it by complimenting ever person in line. Then she smiled and said she liked my scarf. And then I was off to the cashier at the end. The cashier worked quickly. She was pleasant without being familiar and she knew her way around the register. In less than two minutes, she had bagged my books and put a receipt in my hands. She was the perfect bookend to my B&N Christmas Eve experience. Service: 5/5

I think it’s amazing that we still have a brick-and-mortar bookstore to go to. I’ve always found Barnes & Noble to be very helpful in this location is no exception. They have comfy chairs and they encourage you to sit in them and check out the thousands of books that they have for sale. I know that it’s less expensive to order things online now, but I’ll come in and purchase things that I need right away here and sometimes things that I don’t. I want to support the store. I like that they have employees that are just as big book nerds as I am. I love that you can ask him questions and they will find the answer for you if they don’t know it.

One of the best physical book store chains you can visit, they have a great selection of books (from fiction to fantasy and everything else) and geek culture gifts (board games, science toys, and pop culture). Also they have a couple isles dedicated to kids toys, and a cafe built in! (Although the cafe is a bit expensive)

I love barnes & noble! Great spot to hang out with the family & find current & older books. We love spending time there because the environment is great however I rarely make purchases there anymore because the checkout process is so cumbersome. The last time we were in it took almost 15 minutes to check out. I had my card ready, I was rang up & then was asked what felt like a million questions. I realize this is not the cashier's fault as they are doing as they are told but cant there be a quick check out option? I want to return & continue to make purchases, I just don't want to sign up for everything & donate to a variety of causes.

I went in looking for a bday gift and came out with a few. Not just books, a sizable selection of toys and puzzles and games. The only thing it was missing was sales. Awesome story time with the Kids. The readers name is Jeff and he's very nice and personable. My daughter made friends with another little one and they decided to go on a book moving rampage while we were browsing another area. We felt really bad but Jeff took it all in stride. He had the girls help him stack all the misplaced books on the table so he could sort and place the books back easier. We will definitely be back for storytelling on Saturdays with Jeff!

The people working there that helped me were pleasant. I think the reserve ahead is more of an advantage to them than us because they take up to an hour or more to email back availability. Calling them to see if an item is available seems much faster. On the upside reserving holds the item at the register. This is a nice Barnes and Noble location that was not too crowded on the evening of my visit. To me the locations such as this that are not part of a shopping mall are preferabe.

They had the book I wanted on file but they had everything moving around and the girl just kind of gave up looking, and said it was just somewhere in the store, she told me there were other books like it and they were discontinued. I went up the street to 1/2 priced books and got all the books I needed and they offered to order me the last book. I feel like Barnes is a great store just kind of gone down hill.

It's been awhile since I've been inside!! I'd have to say I miss having reading chairs!! I understand with COVID-19 things are being removed, but this is a bookstore and it does take sometime to find the perfect book. I found 2, but would have liked to of been able to sit. The Starbucks area was full of people sitting and chatting. Also, they were not EDUCATED on what GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS they offered when I asked. After much conversation and Google searching I decided NOT TODAY!! They really SHOULD BE TRAINING their staff ON GLUTEN ALLERGIES for potential customers! Thanks for the books!

My friends and I enjoy going to Barnes and Noble to hang out and browse the books as well as participate in events from time to time. The workers are always kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help customers out. If something that you're looking for isn't in stock they can order it for you and deliver it either to your address or to the store for later pick-up. This process varies, though it took about a week for my order to arrive at the store. This Barnes and Noble has a Starbucks Coffee inside and these workers are also very kind and are good at what they do.

Then when I got in line there were people in front of me, so she came and checked me out. Way to go on customer service from someone who works in retail also.

I love physical books. The problem is the big elephant in the room. Amazon is crushing them. I looked at several books and some were $15 more plus sales tax for the exact same product. I asked if they could match Amazon prices and they just gave me a glossy look. I like coming in to browse, but the prices must get closer to online, or I won't buy stuff.

A wonderful book store with decent prices. The attached Starbucks coffee shops sets the relaxing, intellectual mood of the entire store. The workers are friendly, and the book-shopping experience unmatched. Other stores will most likely have lower prices, but if you're looking to simple pick up a book, this is the place to do it.

Well I love the store and most of the people there but, certain people have a habit of following you around esp. teenagers. My kid is regularly followed since they assume all black clothes equates to shoplifting. We have been going there for 15 years and just recently this has started due to overzealous managers.

This is my local book store and it really is great. We attend story time every now and then with the kids on Saturday mornings and its always a good time. Selection is pretty standard of B&N but I will say the cafe is on point!

This location has the best collection of magazines and books. I started coming here more than 18 years ago. In that time I have watched the store go from selling software and music to being too large for the products it carries and becoming outdated. Why doesn't B&N create a subscription program where you can rent paperbacks and pick them up and return them to stores?

B&N is reliable. You're not going to find any hidden gems like you do at HPB. The workers at this store were very friendly. I prefer the layout at the Norman store. The layout here doesn't feel as intuitive. I also wish B&N would set up a separate horror section.

The best Barnes & Noble location in OKC. Its big and full of great items to buy. Like most Barnes & Noble locations this location also has a Starbucks built in. No outdoor seating. But, a great place to visit and relax. Kids have a great time in the kid section. The book selection is great for all ages. I noticed this location also sells vinyl records. Their vinyl selection is actually really good.

I love book stores. The staff at this B&N are exceptionally helpful. One of the staff helped me scour the store looking for a Neil Gaiman book that I missed out on during their holidays sales last year. This is a nice place to come and sit and have a coffee while reading. They had a large parking lot, and Barnes and Noble sends coupons almost weekly to tempt me into purchasing yet another book. (I am not even a member of their club that costs money!) The menu at the cafe is from Starbucks, but they don't accept Starbucks gift cards, just an FYI.

The coffee shop here is great, somehow people overlook how great the coffee shops at Barnes and noble are. there is plenty of room for groups of up to eight people, you can play board games or cards there, or look at books together.

Stillwater OK is a big education center and I find it unbelievable that it doesn't have a store . When is it going to happen. As now I'm lucky to get to one every 3_6 months. Whether I call them for information or I visit the store on Northwest 63rd off May when I'm in Oklahoma City I always get great service. I especially enjoy browsing through the periodical section. The store is always clean and organized and and they have great sales, especially pre and post seasonal sales. There were homeless people sitting in the aisles charging their phones and just hanging out. That isn't a problem, people go there to just chill and read books. The problem was there was a guy doing that in the children's area. Of all places to be hanging out, the children's section isn't one of those places. He was blocking the entire aisle.

I went to Barnes and Noble on May Avenue and was looking for a hard to find book. I recieved very little help from their employees. They were preoccupied and didn't care to really help me find what I was looking for. They kept asking me if I had looked in different sections, like I should know where and how to find it. I have been there before, and the help was great. I think maybe it was too close to closing time, and everyone just wanted to leave. I will go back again, but will also try other locations for the books I need.

Thought all Barnes & Noble was set up the same. Monday I thought I would head over to Barnes & Noble sit down and use their internet service to do a little research, but little did I know they didn't have it where you can sit down at a table and set up your laptop. I'm from Raleigh, NC there they have it setup where you can sit at a table and access their internet. I was sadly disappointed. So I decided since I was there I could look at some books. They really didnt have a lot of seating, so you had to stand or sit on their hard benches although they did have about four cushioned seats where you could sit down and go through books but they were pretty much Taken. Some people were sitting on the floor. Next time I'll just head over to the library.

Convenient access on a main Street (pretty much across the street, to the east, of Best Buy and both of these seem larger and better stocked than their Edmond counterparts). The downside is the pricing. I was able to scan the UPC and find the same books cheaper on either Barnes and Noble or Amazon online as well as far cheaper eBook versions from Google Play. Interestingly, some books are not available online at all. However, it is still more fun to browse titles in a brick and mortar store even if I intend to buy them online in the end.
