this place was so so so so so cute!! the thing i love most about it are the sweet WORKERS who help you when you struggle <\3 the machines have really cute prizes and there’s helpful tips on the top! it’s really worth the money it’s worth the experience but i also would have to saved a little to just buy the plushies bc they have a little wall WITH THE CUTEST EVER!!! another point for the workers they really made everything so much sweeter & less stressful as far as CLAW machines go! love them <3 amazing employees

I went here for the first time with a group of friends and it’s one of the greatest places I randomly had the pleasures of coming into. The workers are extremely friendly and gave us tips to win the games. I had so much fun and even won. I think you should give this place a try! Great for a date location, I know I will be coming back when I visit the area.

Catherine was the nicest shop attendant I’ve ever met. She was so soft spoken and kind to every customer that came in, even coaching a little girl to win a gudetama (lazy egg) plush. She was the best cheerleader for my boyfriend and me, and I can’t wait to come back to Anime Claw!

This place rocks! I came here for the first time Saturday night, Vivian and Catherine were working. And they were so kind, I was trying so hard to win one of the machines and they were giving me awesome tips on how to successfully get a plushy from the claw machine. I was so excited when I finally won, thank you guys so much for such great hospitality and warmness. So glad I stopped in and hopefully I will be coming back many more times to win some more prizes and have fun I recommend visiting with friends and maybe going on a date, super fun and they also have a plushy wall that you can buy cute Pokémon an anime inspired plushy‘s Great night of fun!!!

I had the greatest time!! Boyfriend and I spent our anniversary here playing claw machine games :) the employee at the front counter was great, she taught me how to use the claw machine to get better grip and everything about how to time the drops. I was struggling a lot at first but by the end of the hour I was way better and came home with 5 new plushies! I really appreciate that the employee was there to help me whenever I got dejected, and she provided a lot of support and encouragement while I was trying to win!! I will definitely be coming back here when I get the chance :)

idk what to say about this place other than, IT’S AMAZINGGGG! First the atmosphere is great & the staff are THEE BEST! the girl that helped us was so nice & helpful with all the games, even giving us lil secrets on how to win (no matter what they make sure you leave with something), Once you win you have the option of switching the prize within the same machine!!! (As you can see I started with toge but switched for nobara) Like come on! She even offered to take our pics inside & outside & they came out so cute! So if your an anime/manga fan or a claw machine hunter, this is the place!

I had my daughter’s 7th Birthday Party at Anime Claw and it was a huge hit! They accommodated all of my needs and even provided a custom Cinnamaroll cake! Kids and parents haven’t stopped talking about how fun it was. Michael, the store manager, went out of his way to give lessons to children on how to win a plushie :) Thank you for a phenomenal experience.

Claw machine spots are hard to come by that are not just scams. An amazing hidden gem in Flushing. The workers are super kind, friendly, and helpful. Guaranteed to have a great time! Great for stuffed plush lovers or a gift.

This was my first time at Anime Claw, I came with my Friend and it was a lot of fun. Vivian and Kathryn were incredibly helpful and supported everyone in the store. We left with a five nights at Freddy's plush, a genshin impact Geo Daddy plush, A Pikachu hat, a Pikachu bag, an awesome figurine of Rengoku from Demon Slayer, my buddy got a Spiderman x Pikachu crossover figurine that they had on sale which was really cool. We also managed to win a rare "Luis the Cat keychain" which I will include in the photos. And we had the luck of finding a limited edition one of one Red Sonic x BellsPalsy plush.I honestly can't wait to go back and try my luck at winning some other items they have. Each machine has a star rating that will let you know the difficulty level of that game which is fair. They have games for beginners to experts so everyone gets a chance. A+ for Awesome customer service and a variety of items.

me and my husband really enjoyed it here! we spent $80 but got 3 plushies (2 small ones, 1 big one) and 1 capsule toy. the staff/owner was really helpful and generous! he gave us tips on how to win some of the games. it was worth it! would love to come back soon only if it wasn’t too far from where we live. but overall, it’s a 10/10 experience! would definitely recommend going here.

It was my first time and the woman working there was so so helpful and and kind to talk us through tips and how to play. The environment is very friendly and fun and if you ever have any questions there are people there to help you out!

Stopped here on a whim after getting Dim Sum. The place blew me away, the walls are stocked with cool prizes, and all of the games are clearly very well maintained. Katherine was super nice to us and shared tips on how to beat the games. Me and my brother walked away with a prize each. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

This place is so fun! All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. They would give you tips and even reposition something you were trying to get to make it easier! The price of points was a little high (about $2-$4 per try at a game), but other than that it was great!

A blast!! My partner brought me here for our anniversary, and I was already expecting to lose it ALL (my money)!! Surprisingly, I was able to stave off the gambling itch and cap the losses at $40. The staff here are friendly and -really- good at their jobs. They try their best to make sure you don’t leave empty-handed, no matter how inept your claw abilities happen to be. Katherine was literally the only person who believed in me, and thanks to her advice and encouragement (she basically rallied me back to a machine that sunk more than half my credits so I walked away), I was able to successfully acquire my $40 Anya plush. I still feel like a loser, and I will definitely be back for more.

The staff was super nice and helpful. They let you rearrange the plushies at any time. And will give you advice on where to position the claw. They even threw in a couple free tries for us as we were really struggling. Highly recommend this place!

It was really fun, I took 4 kids age 17 down to 11 and they all enjoyed it. The guy running the shop was really cool. If he saw that you paid a certain amount of money he made sure you went away happy even if you didn't win the machine! Definitely will be going back when it's warmer!

Such a cool arcade!!! I Won two plushies thanks to the advice of the VERY enthusiastic staff there (who even gave me some free plays!!) The helpful staff here is actually what makes the experience fun! If you like crane games and a very anime -esque atmosphere then this is your spot. They have a deal on a point-play card that gives you some free plays the higher $ you add to it.

Anime Claw is a great place to go when you want to have a fun time with friends, family, girlfriend, you name it! All the machines are slightly unique and have a difficulty rating which is pretty accurate to each machine so they have a skill curve to them. They also had a good variety of plushies such as Pokemon, Genshin Impact, Sanrio and various other animes. Aside from the machines you can also buy various figures and plushies directly. They also have this adorable Plushie Bouquet service that combines a variety of things such as plushies, flowers, and candy into a very unique and cute bouquet! I do think however what sets this place apart from every other place is the impeccable customer service. The employee Vivian was very attentive, kind, and patient. She would explain each game if necessary and offer tips to ensure that I would at least win a prize. I have never seen a place which such a caring employee. this is a place I will definitely be returning to in the future.

Anime claw is the best!! We went here for the first time today and had so much fun! I’ve never won a plushie from a claw machine before, but with the guidance and encouragement of the super sweet employees here, I was able to win a Marill plushie!! The workers here are so kind and we’re giving us pointers on where we should drop and how to get the best grip on the plushies. The shop is very cute and has a great atmosphere. It also looks like they switch out the prizes frequently, so we will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Flushing and highly recommend stoping in!

I personally had my eye on the plushie claw machine that had a cute "tempura princess" character and finally got one! Everything here is super cute and kawaii! I can't wait to go back with friends!

Love this place. Was there with my bf and we won 4 toys. We did spend $100 but the games were cheap, about $1 play. Plus the toys we won were so cute and great quality. The girl working there was so kind and helpful. Wish every place has employees like her. Definitely coming back here next time.

Easily one of best places I've been to. They had a variety of plushies from sanrio to genshin characters. The claw games were fun and when one of the workers saw us struggling a bit, she helped us out, gave us tips and was super kind(thanks Vivian!) My fiancé and I are visiting from Chicago. We saw this place and decided to stop by. The decor is so cute and they have quite a few options for claw machines. I was struggling to win a plushie and they came by and offered tips. I did end up winning a prize and also picked up some cute anime merch. When I moved to this city, I thought I was done with claw machines. Then everything changed when Anime Claw opened. I suggested dropping by as part of our anniversary date festivities, but then I saw her pupils dilate and I knew it was over. She froze and spoke softly, "We can't leave empty handed." As we trekked across the city she told me the tales of nights in Japan spent at the claw only to wake up in the morning cuddling an action figure wondering where all her money went. We were prepared to -lose-it-all-. And we very well might have if Katherine didn't ride in to save us. She believed in my partner even when I lost all hope, and we strolled away with plushie and minifigure in hand, our egos and wallets intact. We felt like winners really. See you next time Anime Claw

I arrived with no experience, and the staff explained the mechanics very clearly. They approached when I needed them, and gave plenty of space to enjoy my time there. The claws get a stronger grip when you press the button on the right time, which adds another layer of complexity, which I really liked. The prizes are cute, and my girlfriend enjoyed them. I definitely plan to return soon.

This place is awesome! My husband and I came here today and were a little bit unskilled at some of the machines (ok, maybe more than a little bit, haha) and the girl who was working gave us great guidance on how to use the machines which was so helpful!! I didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly and clearly is an expert at the games. Plus I loved that the machines had difficulty rankings on them as well, and that you’re able to purchase merchandise in addition to playing the games. I can’t wait to come back here!

I came here with my partner on a whim. We did not expect much when we first went in but I was so drawn to the energy of the 2 young women working there and I gave in to play on the claw machine not thinking much of it. But they were so supportive and helpful and as I was doubting myself they encouraged me and gave me some tips and guess what! I actually won a stuffed animal!! Never in my life have I ever walked away from a business jumping in glee! I literally ran up and hugged the 2 girls for making our night. This is a must go spot in Flushing and honestly a really fun place.

This unassuming spot is such a great place to spend an evening with friends/dates. Great variety of prizes in the claw machines especially if you love anime and video games - you can also buy plushies and anime merch without playing the machines. The customer service is fantastic. Employees will give you tips and tricks + rearrange prizes if you've been attempting one for a few tries. If you want to exchange your prize for a different one in the same machine they'll do that too. Will definitely be coming back!

The best claw arcade in the city! The loveliest workers, very kind atmosphere & they always ensure you have a good time. If you're ever stuck on a prize, they are always sure to give you a hand by opening the machine up & making it easier, &/or giving you tips & pointers to give you the best possible shot of getting it. I've already been twice within this month & plan to go back with more friends & family. They rotate out the prizes in the machines quite often so you are sure to see something new every time you go. The perfect little outing if you're willing to spend a few bucks! Wish I could give Anime Claw a million stars.

I recently visited Anime Claw and had an amazing experience. Among the many claw game businesses in Flushing, Queens, Anime Claw stands out as the best. Their prizes are top-notch, and I found their claw games to have a better win ratio than others. What's more, their employees are incredibly attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to offer tips on how to win and will even reposition prizes if they fall out of reach. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I’ve been coming here with my child. He’s recently got into Pokémon and they have great Pokémon plushes. They are constantly changing up the prizes so every time we visit, there’s a new Pokémon for us to get since we’re on a mission to “Catch ‘em all!” If you're looking for a fun and rewarding claw game experience, I highly recommend checking out Anime Claw. It’s a great place for kids, teens, and adults! You won't be disappointed!

My sister and I have practically become regulars at anime claw at this point. every time we go, we go all out and immediately get the $100 option which gives you about 700 points. It gives you a whole hour of gameplay. It’s totally worth it, when you feel that you’re stuck, the workers are so nice and reposition the plushies for you and make it easier for you to get your prize. I love the ambiance and this place is one of the places that I really enjoy, I always recommend it to all my friends to come here for a cute little hangout moment. You get your money’s worth. 100% recommend to everyone.

This place is essentially round one (on the plushie side) but more targeted towards anime related fans. To use the machines, you have to purchase points and you receive a card to use the points on. The games include getting a box/plushie to fall by pushing it, get a ball in a specific spot, opening a box with a hook, and others. Credits can range from 7.9 to 14.9 points (there could be more or less, not sure). There are a variety of prizes to win but also if one doesn't want to play the games for the prizes, you can purchase some plushies/merch themselves. The workers are super nice, helpful, and amazing. They actually give advice and tips on the games, and help you if you're really struggling.

Not sure about others, but when I asked questions about prices, staffs were impatient, made me afraid to ask again. Some claw machines prizes with IPs are not legit, not worth playing…I saw street vendors selling them at a really low prices and they are exact same thing… not a very good experience, hope others won’t get the same experience… Just saw the owner replied my review, I have to edit comment and reply. I wondered why when owner sees customers feedback the very first thing they came up is a competitor…did it mean you guys are doing something to other retailers..? The plushies in the machines and some figures other customers left on comment obviously fake. Why would you think it’s not ok if customers speak up? So.. only welcome positive feedback not negative? You don’t need to say legal consequences, cause you as a retailer selling fake stuff also gets legal consequences…I’m changing my 3stars to 2 stars based on owner reply.

Anime claw was overall a very nice place experience. The claw machines are pretty fun and challenging, which makes winning a prize feel more valuable by playing strategically. My gf and I met with an employee named Kathryn and she was really friendly. She helped us by moving around the prizes in the machine to make them a bit easier to win when she saw that we were having trouble. The best part was that she even gave us some free turns to win our prizes since she noticed how determined we were. Because of Kathryn, my gf and I were able to win more than one prize with her help. Shoutout to an amazing employee like her.

AMAZING PLACE! Best claw machines I have ever been to, inside and outside of New York. Before I jump into the machines and all I want to shoutout Kathryn, she was terrific, super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you read this Kathryn--sorry if I misspelled your name (correct me if I'm wrong) and send the polaroid picture my way! Anyways she was attentive the whole time walking around and enjoying our close catches alongside us while offering some tips or tricks. Some of the plushes were easier to grab by the head while others were easier by the body. Kathryn also explained the double click maneuver to everyone who came in rather than sitting behind the counter. The first click brings the claw down and the second closes it with a stronger grip than the default. If you're good at timing, it's a game changer. She genuinely cared about our experiences and that's what made it wonderful. If you want a readjustment, the staff will gladly help you out and position a prize better. There are some stuck in corners but the claws don't extend to the very edge, so this is where that's helpful. Kathryn wasn't bothered at any point so it really didn't feel like a hassle to ask her and I appreciated that. At other spots, employees might respond all annoyed and make you hesitant about reaching out, not here though. Such an interesting selection of plushes from Pokemon to Digimon, pets like shibas, Sumikkogurashi, Gudetama, Rilakkuma, and others. Also figurines from various animes like Dragon Ball. Prizes were actually desirable unlike all around unlike other places. Many of the prizes were harder to find online so I couldn't quite grasp the value, but I'm also paying for the experience, venue, and overall activity so I am quite pleased with Anime Claw overall, leaving with 6 plushes is an added bonus despite the hit on my wallet.

This place was great! They have different types of crane games/claw machines! They got the normal claw machines, they have one that you have to cut the string to get the plushie, one where you have to hook a box onto a chain and a three step one where you try to get the box or plushie to fall between bars. The machines will range in difficulty depending on the type. The claws on the machine are sturdy and relatively strong. The staff there is very nice, they will explain the claw machines to you and reposition the plushie to help you! When it comes to claw machines there’s a bit of strategy to it and you pay more for the experience than the prize, unless you get really good.

Oh my, I was dying to bring my son here for his birthday. He absolutely loved it! He's 7 years old and he loves Claw Machines. I wish the venue was bigger but we had lots of fun. I purchased a $100 card and my two kids and myself had a blast. Everyone was able to get the stuffies they had their hearts set on. Afterwards, head over to TenRen for some bubble tea. That's a great afternoon in our book!

They also offered to record and share our wins with us. The prizes were great and ultimately the games felt pretty fair (especially with employee help), considering they're claw machines. Stopped by here on the way to skyview mall. Small place with a lot of anime/cute merch that you can either buy or win from the many claw machines. Theres plushies, figurines, pins, stickers, etc. The owner was very nice and helped us out a lot with the games! Good place for a small date :) In terms of price, it is a very reasonable price compared to other arcades, the place is pretty clean. They have a plushie wall & manga walls thatre cool for pictures. A very underrated place!

I went here a few days ago and the workers were super accommodating and nice they even gave us a bunch of tips to try to win a plush and would adjust the plush's so it would be a lot easier to get.The prices are pretty prices too they also made sure that we left with at least one plush and gave us a few extra tries when we ran out just to make sure we left with one plush i would recommend this place for a hangout with you're friends or to just try and win a plush!! (Just a fyi for introverts, it may be a bit awkward because the workers are standing by and accommodating making sure everything is alright so it may feel a bit awkward or embarrassing when you don't get anything but they are super nice)

A wonderful little place if you're a fan of claw machines or anime. The space is small but vibrant and a playlist of anime music sets the mood really well. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and the business is the opposite of rigged. Vivian and Catherine will coach you in how to get the best grips on each machine, and you can exchange any won prize for any other in a machine, so you don't have to waste money trying to get one in a lousy position as you so often might elsewhere. You can also find a variety of merchandise for direct purchase, including some pretty rare figures. I especially love Catherine's handmade charms (I bought an Isabelle from Animal Crossing.) I had a fun time going alone, but it'd be a great place to bring friends or a date. My one critique is that it felt the selection of items in the machines when I visited was a little limited, and I hope that changes in the future. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great place to win prizes if you're new to claw machines! The staff is very friendly and will give you tips on how to win at the games so don't go home empty handed. If for some reason you can't seem to win any games then they offer items you can purchase with money too.

I was greeted nicely by the workers there and they helped me with the claw machines as I was a total novice. I recently went to NY for a concert and being a lover of all things claw machine I HAD to stop by all the arcades in Flushing. I had a google doc made that was color coded for the places I wanted to go to. I went to 2 other cafes (playdate and sweet cats) and by far Anime Claw was the best one. Kathryn was absolutely the sweetest person ever and made sure my friend and I had fun! She even showed us tricks on how to win! While other places aim for you to spend as much money as possible, Anime Claw wants to make sure you have fun. I cannot recommend this place enough. Anytime I go to NY I will have to stop here.

I went here on Sunday 10/10 with my friend and the first thing we noticed was how cute and clean the place was, the claw games all had such cute toy selections to choose from! The pricing is pretty good for the amount of times you get to play, and they hold on to your card for future game playing which is awesome because I tend to lose things a lot. Also Kathryn was the girl working there that day and she was super nice, she made our time there super enjoyable and she gave us a lot of tips on how to play to win and I ended up winning something which never usually happens 😭😭😭 I thank her so much for being so friendly and kind, overall Anime Claw was so cool and I will be coming back and recommending friends to come as well!!

One of the best, well known gems in Flushing. My girlfriend and I had never been here before so we did not know what to expect. The staff were all very kind and gave us tips for each game. BEST PLACE FOR ANIME MERCH AND FUN! It was my first time going here so at first I was sure, but the lady was so kind and answered all the questions we had. I bought my little brother with me and I am absolutely positive that he's gonna remember this place for a LONG time. Also if you don't want to play the machine and just want the merch, they had many other anime stuff you can just pick and buy, without having to play the machines. From the outside it looks small, but it's much bigger on the inside. It was very clean and I loved the vibes. They had a lot of Japanese claw machines and they also had other things besides anime, such as Genshin impact and Sanrio merch. I would absolutely recommend as a hang spot or if you're just stopping by flushing. Am so happy my little brother had fun and won a prize.

The store opened one hour later than expected but it was definitely worth the wait. We got the value card and, as we struggled the first few games, the worker gave us advice and reset the plushies when it fell into positions that would be impossible to get. What a hidden gem at Flushings! We had a group of four visit Anime Claw after the Twice Concert and boy was it a fun stop. The staff was extremely nice and gave everyone tips on how to win on each game. On top of giving advice, our group collectively felt motivated from the staff. Customer service is top notch if you couldn’t tell already. The prices were reasonable and the prizes were adorable. Definitely stop by this place to see how fun it is for yourself!

Anime Claw is a really good place to find anime merch in down town Queens. There is plenty of little fun claw games with lots of figures, stickers, plushies and pins. I really enjoy how the aesthetic of the place lends well to the overall vibe. I would definitely recommend going out of your way to go here, no matter where you are on the island. There's a lot of variety and novelty that come from this place, the staff the day that I went were very pleasant. Even getting a refund from them was very quick and easy. These guys seem to have a lot of passion for what they do and I'd love to see more stores like this a little more out east.

Me and my friend went here to try and win some claw machine prizes. If you want to play the claw machines, you must purchase a membership card with points loaded onto it (no tokens). I believe it was 20 dollars for 100 points, 40 dollars for 200 points + 80 points, and 100 dollars for 750 points (correct me if I'm wrong). The staff who work there are all young women who carefully explain each claw machine, how hard it is to win the prizes, and tips, tricks, and techniques to help you win the prizes. They also occasionally move the prizes around so that it is more easier to catch the prize. They are also really generous when you are having a really hard time trying to win a prize by essentially giving you free turns using their cards so that you can win that prize you've been eyeing for a really long time.

The owner is really nice and taught us how to nail the technique to get something from the machines by swiping his own card to let us keep try again. Anime Claw is a really fun and cute claw machine establishment with a large variety of prizes to win. The membership card system they use is more convenient than using coins and the prices are reasonable. The staff are also really kind and attentive. They give you helpful tips if you’re stuck and can reposition the prizes to make it easier. Plus, the claw machines they have seem really fair compared to other claw machine places in the area. I recommend checking it out for a good time.

I’m not that good at claw machine but I love playing it and since this place has such an amazing reputation, when I was in the area, I had to go in. Machines are filled with cute plushies and of course I had to play. Without the staff there, I wouldn’t been able to get two plushies. They rearranged the plushies for me, cheered for me, gave me so many more chances for me to try. They even offered me a choice if I wanted a different plushie in the machine once I got the plushie. I loved it! If you’re ever in the area please stop by.! You won’t disappoint! They have such a great quality of plushies and amazing customer service.

I spent about 2 hours here while my friend had a hair salon appointment and I honestly had so much fun the entire time. The worker there was SO SO SO nice and sweet. She would give me tips and was just as excited as I was when I got a prize. If you're unsure of how to play anything or need a demonstration on how to play the machines, DON'T BE SCARED TO ASK. The workers are sooo helpful. I got the $100 VIP membership card and got a LOT of plays out of it. Also with the VIP membership card, you get a free Pikachu/Pokémon doll (pictured below). I would absolutely recommend coming here. In case you're scared you won't be able to win anything, you can also opt to buy the Claw machine prizes (although it's not as satisfying). TLDR; 10000/10 on customer service. 10/10 would come back. Would 10000% recommend you coming and playing at least a few games.

The decor of the place is very cute and it’s also clean. Truly an experience to remember… There was a sleeping Pikachu that caught my eye in one of the claw games and I knew upon seeing it that I MUST have it in my possession. Of course, the challenge of the claw game did not go without its fair share of sacrifices, I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into trying to obtain this priceless artifact. Nevertheless, I did not falter, and with the help of my companions and the friendly staff I was able to leave triumphant with a treasure greater than that of any other, sleeping Pikachu… it is very cute. If you seek a place where there are claw games, look no further, this is the only appropriate choice.

My son Brandon and I have visited this place only 3 times so far and had a lot of fun. We found this place when we recently visited the hobby shop next door for Pokemon cards. Cathryn, who works at Anime Claw, is very helpful and attentive to all of the customers. She also provided many useful tips to help my son claw many of the Pokemon plushies from the machines. The plushies changes often and also include anime. My son was able to get 4 or more plushies on our last two visits and had our polaroid picture taken and placed on their wall.
