Have been going to this bookstore for over a year now. It's small and limited to the range of books associated with classes offered at Delgado, but the staff is friendly and genuinely helpful, and the books are there when needed (at the beginning of each semester or term). One note on academic books: they have become incredibly expensive and include an e-book code that cannot be bought used. Clothing, accessories, writing supplies, and snacks/drinks are also available.

It was truly a great experience for me( returning student from a LONG time) and it was welcoming. Not only did the lady in the front donate her time with assisting me in gathering items happily, but the lady over by the textbooks greeted me with a smile and was very helpful! That truly is my view on both campus' and this mmakesa great experience start to wonderful new journey!! Thank you ladies, all four know who you are. Peace and love

Super fast and efficient. The young lady that gets the books moves super fast! My books were super expensive but hey that's college. There was a lot of people in the bookstore but the line went really fast. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I heard horror stories about waiting in line for a long time but that wasn't my experience!

They'll have the book you need majority of the time, its just going to cost more. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Need to distinguish lines better. 5 registers and only 1 or 2 are doing returns at a time. There should be a separate line for returns, especially in the first 2 or 3 weeks of the semester because of the massive influx of students. I stood in line for 30 minutes, finally got up to the front of the line and then had to wait another 20 minutes because the employees continued to pass over me. 50 minutes in the bookstore is way too much time when I just needed to return 2 books.

Staff is very helpful. What I can't stand though, is how much Barnes and Noble charges for college textbooks. It's the same all over, but it's highway robbery. And it's a shame they target low-income students to reap their massive profits.
