This shop is ahh-mazing. A great place to shop for gifts for your family and friends, as well, for yourself. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You can browse and window shop for hours. Some many items to see and choose from. My go-to place for gifts. They have something for mom, dad, sister, brother, in-laws, hubby, wife, niece, nephew, kiddos, friends, co-workers, you name it...anyone and everyone!

I purchased a few cardstock invitations from the Crown shop. Though they have unique gift options their customer service toward me sucked. There were two sales ladies in the embroidery/ stationary area & neither greeted me as I entered the store. The older lady went to a customer that she may have been acquainted with personally and discussed what types of items she was looking for & for what occasion and eventually gave her opinions as to was types of invitations she may use....mind you, I came to that area around the same time and still had not been greeted. I figured out where the stock designs were and picked out my selection. Just as I was about to leave, the sales lady asked if I needed any help. The other woman only rang me up after I asked her if I had to go to the front of the store to purchase my invitations. I've purchase invitations here before and experienced excellent customer care.... I don't know what was the cause of their inattentiveness today.

This is my favorite place to shop for a gift. Besides having a large selection of greeting cards, they always have a nice variety of soaps, lotions, clothing, decorative items, and many other quality pieces. The employees are always helpful if you have any questions or need a suggestion. I always leave the store happy with my purchases.

Hands down the best place to shop for the latest and unique gifts. Their customer service is unbeatable and I might be biased, but Sharon Allen is the heart and belly laughs of the store! But it has to be said, from owner to all employees I have dealt with are just wonderful! Highly recommend!

This crown shop is the most amazing place. Any gift for any age, any decor for any room, cards for any occasion, all under one roof. It is a huge store but laid out in different rooms at different levels. Lots of great staff to help,

I dropped in today to purchase a small, inexpensive gift for my wife. I was greeted upon arrival, informed of the current specials, and was checked on without being smothered. When I stepped up to the register, the nice lady offered to wrap the gift for me, despite it being such a small purchase. This store sets the standard for customer service and professionalism. It's refreshing and appreciated.

The Crown Shop was a life saver this summer when preparing for our daughter's wedding. With all of the changes imposed with COVID, we printed three different sets of invites with changes to the date, numbers of persons attending, and reception details. The imprinting department was absolutely fabulous to work with. They were so accommodating to our changes; very helpful with the wording of our situations, and always working with us on tight deadlines. They had multiple suggestions to make things work smoothly for all involved. As well, our daughter found place cards and notecards on line that they were able to obtain quickly and imprint immediately. They worked weekends and overtime to make everything come off without a hitch. If you need any gift ideas or party ideas or any imprinting, this is your place!!

Wow! There's a HUGE inventory of mice items in many price ranges and the employees are fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and, even though it was just 2 days before Christmas, there were like 20 of them and all were just as friendly as could be. Impressive!! Wonderful place!

They have EVERYTHING and great service! There is a room for kid things, one for cards and for wrapping supplies (and fabulous fudge and truffles), one for stationary (invitations and monogramming, too) one for for home furnishings (beautiful dishes), and one for bath things (including aromatique). I run in regularly for certain things I use and frequently for gift ideas.

This store is a great thing for this area and most of the employees are exemplary.but there is one woman who waited or shall I say ignored the fact I needed assistance that made my decision to go to shop elsewhere an easy one, I have no use for uppity women with attitudes, perhaps she forgot the public / customers are responsible for her job and pay either way I will never go back as they say one ROTTEN APPLE spoils them all, p.s. Men are customers also and some of us work for a living and while we may not be attired in business suits we have money to spend I will spend mine elsewhere ! I am a lifelong Hallmark shopper and their are other Hallmarks without the attitudes.
