Textbook brokers has taken care of me for the past 4 years now. They definitely have the best prices and they give you ample time to return rentals. If they don’t have the book you are needing, they will get it ordered for you right then and it will likely be there ready to pick up in the next couple days, if not the very next day. I love going here every semester because I don’t even have to try and figure out which books I need; I just show them my class schedule on my phone and they do all the heavy lifting! Not to mention the staff is very polite. I plan to continue to use them through grad school as well!

Best place to get books! They are 99% of the time cheaper than the school bookstores and will let you get your books before checks come out by putting a debit card on hold. I have used them for the last 10 years as I have been in and out of school. They are the best and I recommend them to everyone!!!

I’ve been using Textbook Brokers locations since my freshman year way back in 2011. It’s taken me almost 9 years and 3 different schools, but I’m about to graduate. And I’ve always used Textbook Brokers, in Monticello, Hot Springs, and now Little Rock. I love how easy they are to work with (I’ve forgotten return my books more times than I can count) and the excellent prices! I always compare prices and 99% of the time, they’re the cheaper option. This is my second semester since returning to school ordering books. I've been needing to limit contact as much as possible. Each time I've ordered online it was processed and shipped within 30 minutes and I would receive my order the next day. It does demonstrate diligence in the staff getting promptly to my orders. Great place to buy textbooks for UALR classes. They usually have all the books you need and you can rent/buy them for pretty cheap. In my opinion, it's easier to return their rentals than Amazon's because they are super close to campus and all you have to do is go by there and drop them off rather than find a box/print packing slip/find or buy packing tape/drive to UPS store. The staff are always super nice and helpful and their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

The store usually has all the texts that are required for area schools. The staff is fairly personable. My # 1 complaint is that the buy back policy is pathetically unfair to those of us that paid full price for our many text, and could appreciate a more equitable buy back transaction at the end of semesters. That alone would encourage me to shop locally rather than look online.

As an adult, I make sure to inquire about any return policies prior to purchase. As such, I have never had any problems with Textbook Brokers. They are more convenient to get to and cheaper than the campus bookstore. I just wish they'd carry apparel.

The books are guaranteed to be in good condition and you get a pretty good deal without having to search for hours online. Most importantly you get them right then and there. However, the store was lacking many of the textbooks i needed, and contrary to what i had heard about the store, they will not sell you a textbook for less if you show them an offer for less at a different location, including the UALR bookstore and websites.

They are good but you shouldn't make people pay for books they are not using I tried to return a book my teacher was not using upon the return they told me it was a deadline and they are still goin to take money out my financial aid and didn't take the book back so now im FORCED to pay for a book im not using
