The service at the Goodwin College has several major flaws: the associates work too hard, the customer service cares too much, and the people can't control their compassion and understanding for the community. Coupled with the fact that the ease of access to the store is unmatched, I would say that without a doubt, this was the most effortless visit to any bookstore I have ever had.
