There was a big selection ... only suggestion I would make is to have a few signs around the store with the prices ... that kept from grabbing an arm full simply because I had no clue how much anything was.

I had a great visit to The Book Bag today! The owner was knowledgeable and friendly, the books were affordable (there’s even grab bags!), and I believe that there’s something for everyone there- it’s well stocked. You can also trade in books for store credit within the same genre! 10/10 would recommend.

The owner is a welcoming, gracious book lover. She knows every inch of her shelves and many, many of the authors she sells. It's hard to decide which is better - shopping the shelves or conversing with the shopkeeper. 📖 I've found countless precious gifts for VERY affordable prices! On my last visit, I picked up a whole box of children's books for my nieces. Antiques, sci-fi, classics, romance, inspirational, history, etc - she has it all!

It was very nice. The place reminds me of Megs Books in Mobile, Alabama, but larger and less cramped. The books are fairly priced, around half of the cover price, maybe less than half.

I was very pleased to find several of the types of books I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back with hopes to find more books that are out of print. The place is much bigger than it looks, and has something for absolutely everyone.

This place was amazing! The selection was great, prices were good and the owner is incredibly knowledgeable on various books and authors. You can tell she loves books and this paired with the warm atmosphere makes it an excellent place to get books and spend some time!

Many books in each of multiple genres. Everyone in our group went home with something. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is larger than it looks and includes a back room. The store is well worth a visit whether local or passing through the area.

This used bookstore is great for finding books you want or need of all genres. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have it she can try and get it for you. Expect used books to be around half the cover price except for newer books might be more. She's fair though and has given me great deals on bundles. The store is far bigger than you think it would be from the outside as it extends in the back. I know she takes books as trade or credit but I haven't done that so I can't say exactly how it works. The only downside is that the landlord hasn't fixed their bathroom and so you have to use the one across the street so try to go before you come lol Otherwise, she's wonderful and is open during covid just closes at 4pm instead of 5pm right now.

We were in town visiting family and decided to stop by based on reviews. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable shop keep who took me immediately to the author section I was in search of. The owner offered a very reasonable bulk purchase discount at checkout. I would highly recommend visiting if you are still into reading physical books.

I have been going to the book bag since 04 and the owner (Angela) has always been helpful. Stopped going for years and when I walked back in She knew who I was. Made me feel good on the inside. So I will always buy my books from her for as long as she is open. Thanks again Book Bag for giving me a place to escape to a vast world of possibility.

My Husband found this place on Google while looking for things to do in the area, at our first entrance we thought it was your normal average bookstore, but then we learned The Back warehouse! It is a readers heaven to be in a location with so many of the same authors! I personally am huge on the Amish, and it was great to be able to sit literally on the floor in one spot and find so many books/Authors I've never even seen or heard of! Although we are several hours away, I've done told my mother about it, and she and I are planning our next trip!

I've only been to this store the one time. The lady running the store (possibly the owner?) was incredibly kind. I was looking for a specific, and what I thought was niche, series of scifi novels. Dissapointed, yet not surprised, I couldn't find the author I was looking for in the massive scifi section. Seeing I was puzzled, she asked me what I was looking for. I told her the series and she quickly brought me to an entire section comprised only of books from the series! I was shocked! Thirty or more Warhammer and Warhammer 40k books were tucked away on a bookshelf near the front of the store! I picked out 5 books that I wanted and she explained the price was half the sticker price. She ended up rounding the total down to an even 20 dollars and further explained that if I'd ever like to trade them back, I could do so -- so long as they were traded for books in the same series! Book Bag is run by an amazing person, with a massive and diverse selection, with amazing prices and trade policy! When the need arises, I will return! Thank you!

This is a great used bookstore! The staff is well knowledged and very friendly. Their stock on non-fiction is a little short right now, but they're about to add about 3000 square feet and put their non-fiction in there. 10/10 would go again.
