Not just my favorite collectibles store but By Far my favorite store in general. Family owned and operated and my family and I love going in and seeing them. They are stocked up for all your pokemon and magic needs so if youre anything like me this will soon become your favorite spot in town too!

Lovely, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Many game stores have a reputation of being male dominated or kind of elitist, but I am happy to share that Dragon Egg is nothing like the stereotypical gaming stores. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the owners let patrons host their own gaming groups there for a small fee, and the selection of games and accessories is excellent. Highly recommend Dragon Egg Games both to those new to gaming or veteran players, as they have opportunities to learn and play all sorts of games!

I haven't had this much fun with a group of people in a while. It was great to meet new faces. Everyone was friendly -staff and patrons. I love how Dragon Egg is a family business. It makes me want to support this business even more. The owner was very courteous, helpful and patient. I had multiple card requests to be searched for and he took the time to attempt to find each and every one. I couldn't recommend a better place, thus far. Dragon Egg is the place to be!

This place is amazing! There are tables set up for any kind of games you could want to play. The selection of is top-notch for all merchandise and the customer service is on point. There is an enormous selection of whiz-kids miniatures (painted and unpainted) as well, to satisfy any table top rpg gamers needs! They are so well organized and easy to shop. All things said Dragon Egg surpasses any expectations one may have. A welcoming and friendly environment for any and all game needs! Keep up the excellent work you all!

Great inventory, and friendly, helpful service. This is the game shop Billings has needed for a long while. Tables available for play. One of the biggest MTG collections I’ve seen in the region. Pokémon and all the rest, too. Tons of board games.

By far the best place in Billings for board games, trading card games, role playing games, and so much more. They host a variety of weekly events for mtg, dnd, and other popular games too. They even occasionally host free game nights to introduce people to new games and rpgs. Fred and his staff are honestly the best. They’re not only knowledgeable about the passion, but they care for those who visit. They go out of there way to be inviting to everyone; always willing to answer any questions that new and old players may have.

I play MTG (kind of), so I’m not much of a “gamer”, but I have NEVER been made to feel left out or like I didn’t belong. Amazing atmosphere, wonderful customer service, and has everything you would be looking for in regards to Table Top games. Even tables and spaces to bring the friends and play in store. As a D&D fan, I was in heaven. Couldn't recommend it more! Definitely check it out!

This place rocks. The owner has single handedly created a huge community of board gamers, card gamers, and tabletop gamers in Billings that wasn’t really there before. He listens to what the community wants and stocks games based on that, has events, sales, and loads of tables to play at for free. This place is the best! We’ve never had a good place to hang out with friends because we don’t like bars but now we have a spot!

Dragon Egg Games is THE premier table top game store in Billings! The customer service is top notch and they have everything I need for my D&D games. Need a place to play? Check them out! They have the most tables in town and are always willing to make space for us to play. They have an excellent assortment of miniatures (and paint) available. The selection of board games is also mind boggling... They have a whole wall full of them. I highly recommend stopping in and check out their store - say hi - and visit awhile. You won't regret it.

Love going in such a welcome environment! Love making part of date night and trying the demo games!! Just played my first MTG even and I loved it!!! Every player I played was so nice and the staff was great at answering any questions I had since I'm new to the game! 10/10 always recommend

Dragon Egg Games is a new game store in town (opened early October, I think). They've got every board/tabletop game known to man, and from my visit, it looks like they've got a great and active group of players hanging out there. My kid is starting to get interested in Pokemon cards and I don't know much about that world. I asked if they could give us a quick explanation of the various card sets/generations, and the owner very enthusiastically launched into a great explanation of everything for a few minutes. It was awesome! My plan was to come back and buy some starter stuff/decks for my son's birthday, so we thanked him for his time and were about to leave when he stopped us and insisted on giving my son a free set of AWESOME (like, rare level) cards and protectors. My son spent the rest of the day showing those cards to his friends and took them to school to do the same. I'm going to be heading back to buy some stuff for his birthday soon. Just a great, awesome experience. Check this place out, if it's stuff you're interested in!

I like the place, the staff is friendly and have always taken time to chat and find out what I'm looking for. The prices. However, seem pretty steep. I don't mind paying a bit more at a local game store to support it, but when I can buy something for $10-20 less at another brick and mortar store it gets a little frustrating.

I love, Love, LOVE this store! Terrific section of games, paints, miniatures, card games, and add to that GREAT customer service that actually cares about having you in the store and appreciates your business. I'm not going to demean a certain other store in the area, but when you go into the store and you ask for a certain Magic the Gathering card, getting a response to your question of "Sure, I'd be glad to help you find that card and see if we have it" versus "What series is it? What rarity? You know we only have it if it's uncommon or rare." that makes a huge diference on how much the business values you as a customer. I fully intend on making this my go-to store for all my gaming needs for a long time to come, and being an artist hopefully with any luck can maybe do some art for their store one day and donate it to them for a raffle or something. Five stars all the way.

Awesome addition to Billings! No other game store like it. Huge selection for many fan favorites like Catan, Pokémon, and magic of the gathering. Tons of new board games I’ve never seen before anywhere else, and plenty of well known ones as well. I love their “try before you buy” idea, and they have so many gaming events in the works for all ages! My son had a blast exploring all the options, and my husband will now need an allowance just for this store. Super clean and modern compared to others in town. So happy to see them here!

One of the most well organized gaming shops I've ever visited. Massive selection of board games, D&D models, and Magic the Gathering singles and sealed products. They have a smaller selection of Warhammer 40K kits and paints. Great shop.

A couple months ago I decided I was going to give the D&D nerd stuff a go. I google searched "nerd stores in Billings Montana." I bounced from store to store, starting in the heights going west, and was not impressed. All of the stores offered to sell me the nerd paraphernalia but did not offer to take this middle-aged man and his daughter under their wing and introduce them to the world of D&D. Just about giving up, I walked into the last store on the list, Dragon Egg Games. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I browsed around the store and was completely lost on what all the cards, figurines, books, paints, maps, and tables were for. I went to the desk and the young man asked if he could help me. "I just feel out of my depth here, this store is too nerd for me." We laughed and he asked for more specifics. I told him I was interested in learn D&D but did not know where to begin. Between him and his father they set me and my daughter up with an experienced player who was willing to take new players under his wing and help us learn the game. My 21 year old daughter, her two friends, and I meet every Friday night. We have learned the basics of the game and enjoy the warm atmosphere of gaming at their tables. So glad I found this place! They've been open just over a month and I know this is where I will be taking my MTG and D&D business. They have a great selection for MTG including a vast array of pre-con commander decks, singles, and an insane amount of different booster editions. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The cherry on top is that their prices are fair as well!

I found out about this store from a coworker at work that saw their page on Facebook. Two of my friends and I decided to head down to the store on a Sunday afternoon to see what it was about, and the store completely exceeded all expectations of mine. They have so much product for every game they currently carry, they even had product from when I started play Magic! The only complaints I have about the store is the location and the tables are made out of unfinished wood so playing any TCG with a playmat is a must so your don't damage your card/card sleeves, but the amount of product and the quality of staff for sure make up for that!

I was told I'd love Dragon egg games and I do. I'm a pokemon card collector and I've never seen a pokemon card selection that big before. I didn't know there was so many different kinds of single packs either. I was hoping to find some evolution booster packs or a booster box I guess not. Still best place to go see what they have.

Fred and the gang are amazing!! I play in a party here every Wednesday. Great amenities, amazing stock, good vibe and just all around comfortable place. They also have a wide variety of painting supplies and various miniatures. I highly recommend this place!
