While looking for a dream bike never in a million years I thought I would go with Trek. Walking into the store Chad Kelly eats, breaths, and sleeps Mountain Bikes. He welcomed me as if I was a part of his team and educated me on every question I had. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He's helped me achieve a bike I have wanted for a long time. The wife went behind my back to buy me some gifts and she said the same thing. Shes new to this mountain bike world and is excited to take the classes he's offering. Great place, great people!

Excellent service and knowledge of bike technology. Chad and his team are really helpful. The Trek store feels like a corporate outfit with a small town feel. I love going there and having my bike serviced. I had my Shimano drive train replaced and they got it done under the warranty. Always end up buying something there whenever I go. Great service and my rickety park bike looks brand new ! I use this bike to let my labradoodle run by my side tethered and it puts a big stain on the bike.. they replaced cables brakes and gear chain from the west and tear .. looking forward to get my doodle out for our 3 mile run!

Amazing staff!! Incredible customer service! Everyone always friendly and helpful!! I’ve been dealing with the service manager Chad, who’s absolutely the best! Brought in my wife’s bike(purchased at a local shop in PA) a few times cause it was having some issues with the tubeless setup, but Chad took care of it as if he had sold me the bike!! There’s trek store less than 2 miles from where I live, but the edgewater store is my shop, great group of people!

MTBer: I used to ride Specialized now I ride Trek. For me, these bikes are on a higher level ... and so is this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and very stoked on biking... I mean, they ride and can give you a master class in technique and gear--if you want it. The bike selection is super-solid considering the nations limited supply. I was able to test ride a bunch of bikes in all price ranges. No high pressure sales pitches either. Just good advice from a crew that really cares. A+. I pedaled away with a sick ride and a big grin on my face. Go.

Quality products and great, friendly service. There was no pressure to buy yet the associates in store were very helpful. Paul was the associate that helped me, and was excellent from start to finish. The reason I’m scoring a 9 is that I did notice that Treks prices are a bit higher than a lot of the other companies out for comparable bikes. I purchased the FX6 and while I absolutely love it so far, if not for the fact that bikes are so hard to come by right now, I more than likely would not have gotten it. As for Edgewater Trek... Great Experience!

I recently purchased a Domane AL 3 Disc from the Edgewater, NJ location. The store is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. It was an easy process purchasing my bike, which was surprising considering the current bike shortage. A week after purchasing my bike I was in a minor accident that left my bike needing some attention. CHAD really came to the rescue. He is such a fun person and so knowledgeable about bikes. I live 30 minutes away from this store but will continue to come back because of the top-notch service. When it’s safe I’m looking forward to going on group rides with these folks and getting to know them better. I would highly recommend visiting this Trek location.

First time coming to a Trek bicycle shop, although you do got to wait on line because of the stupid covid-19 but it is well worth it once you get inside! I gave this place 5 stars because of the nice employees that work there especially the GM manager Gladys was very professional and showed me a bunch of bikes including the electric bikes! I definitely recommend anyone that's getting a bike to come over at the Trek Store. Air conditioning is nice and cool inside and the whole showroom is spectacular.

After purchasing a bike on North Bergen I started making my way to the George Washington Bridge. My bike got a flat and luckily Trek Bicycle was still open. Making my way down some hills I found myself at the shop. The employees were very nice and offered me snacks and hot chocolate. After my fix I made it to the GWB and back home safe and sound. Thank you guys for fixing my bike and for the hospitality.
