Perfect experience. Great service , great staff. I just recently purchased a nice Trek Road bike and it needed some adjustments from my own user error. Let me just mention that I did not purchase this bike at this location simply because I found the exact bike I wanted out of state and its to far to go back for service. Back to my fantastic experience at Trek Cobble Hill. From the first call I made to the store and to the time I picked up my bike it has been an exceptional experience. I came in with my bike shortly after the store opened the next day, I was greeted with a worm and professional welcome. All my concerns were put into the computer and addressed. Few hours later I received the call from the store that my bike is ready and 100%. I could not be happier with the outcome. Great staff, all of the employees assisting me were amazing and super helpful. HUGE THANK YOU to Trek Cobble Hill Team! for getting my bike back to 100% and I really appreciated. People always make all the difference and I loved dealing with all the employees at Trek Cobble Hill, Thank You guys.

Andrew in services was very helpful and informative regarding my Domane purchase. He test rode a bike with me and gave me pointers. He’s definitely a quality team member that cares about his customer. There was another gentleman (the one who built the bike) who helped me get acquainted with clip on shoes and made sure I had no other questions and left comfortable with the bike. Wish I remembered his name. The service here is unmatched. I have not received personable and attention-to-detail service like this in a very long time. Thank you Trek Cobble hill.

Rarely do customers these days get good, service, hardly a few times in your life do you get OUTSTANDING service! Monday 10/24/22 was my special day. It is nice to have mechanics who anticipate their customers needs and recommend great ideas and counsel against decisions that are not in their best interest. I will forever be a customer of this shop, just for the OUTSTANDING customer service. The fact that Trek has great products is just icing on the cake. Great combination of friendly staff, high quality service, and store atmosphere. There’s much to be said about Trek’s bikes of course, but the physical store offers something special—particularly Cobble Hill as it is the only location in NYC that schedules appointments. That’s important because they schedule the kind of work your bike needs with the right mechanic for the job, as opposed to just having the whoever’s there at the time work on your bike. There’s an attention to detail and a willingness to ‘work with you’ and fine tune the quote. It also just feels good to have staff admiring your bike with you and talking about the changes and choices you’ve made with the bike, without and without their staff—that’s wildly refreshing and made me feel at home! After getting into an accident in Brooklyn, ultimately very happy I took my Trek Emonda here! Thank you!

I like that this shop has a greeter to help direct traffic, she made sure everyone was getting helped and talking to the right people. I went in for a new chain, ended up getting a new cassette too. I wish I could remember the mechanic’s name, but he’s awesome. He’s very personable and works quickly. Extremely happy with the experience and will be coming back for any and all bike maintenance.

The only thing I wish I could have changed was if they let me know about the additional charges before/items necessary before putting them on my bike and charging me (I would have paid for it anyway but it would be nice to know). The staff here were very helpful and patient with me as a cyclist new to e-bikes. Even though I didn't buy a Trek bike, they recommended the following gear to me: a headlight, taillight, reflective stickers and a cargo net. I've had my handlebar rearview mirrors adjusted, loose bolts tightened, and tire pressure checked, all with a cheerful and can-do attitude. Great customer service from Andrew. I highly recommend stopping in at Trek Bike Cobble Hill for any and all bike-related questions/needs.

I came in frantically with a flat rear tire on my cargo bike. They were so nice and helpful. Really calmed me down. I was super late to pick up my eldest from school. They took care of everything while I ran to pick her up. Truly recommend, whether you own a Trek or not.

These guys are GREAT! walked in with a simple flat tire & tube (the streets of NYC are very unforgiving). The crew at Trek were really cool, jumped right onto the job, pointed out the issue, asked if i need a new tire (sorely needed), walked me through all my options, unbiasedly! I also needed new lever hoods , (which have been a bi#@h to find because of supply chain issues) The Trek guys didnt have the levers in stock either but they offered to order them, showed me i can find them on my own and gave me tips on how to install. These guys are into their work!! Super Pro! My new neighborhood favorite bike shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful experience. We have two old rusted bikes from the previous century and not many shops are keen to see our heavy frames roll in! But Aaron and the other workers treated our conversation-starter bikes with affection and respect--as if hallowed ancestors! We were soon pedaling the Hills of Cobble, rusty bits and all! This is my new happy place. I brought in an old bike to be brought back to life. Not only did the Trek shop do that beautifully, they made every step of process fun and educational! Aaron, Joel, Alex and Andrew were amazing. What a phenomenal team who took the time and care to make sure I felt safe riding, especially with my kid in the "backseat". Had a really great experience here. I’m relatively new to bike ownership and knew my brakes needed some work but wasn’t sure what exactly the issue was. Andrew took the time to walk me through a few things with my bike and offered multiple service options with things I needed now, things that would be helpful to have looked at, and things to think about in the future. He was super transparent about pricing and seemed genuinely excited to help with my bike. The work was finished within a few days and my bike is riding great. Will definitely be back for any repairs and maintenance moving forward.

Great service -- I bought my FX 1 at Bicycle Habitat and while I love the bike, I experienced some minor issues with it. I took it back to BH a couple of times and was told 1) I wasn't experiencing any issues and 2) the issues I wasn't experiencing were probably on me. Still, I was happy with the bike but not at all satisfied with the answers. Later, I needed an inner tube so I went to Trek on Court Street since it's close to my office. In passing, I mentioned to the technician that save for a minor issue, I'm satisfied with the bike and would look at buying another Trek model when the time comes. He asked me what I was experiencing and after a brief explanation, he immediately knew the answer. He brought up a schematic on-line of the rear sprocket assembly and explained in simple terms what was happening (turns out to be the number of pawls in the assembly...) Not only did he give me comfort that there was nothing wrong with the bike (or me), but gave me information to look for with my next purchase. That next purchase will be from Trek on Court Street. Thank you folks at Trek CH, I highly recommend you!

Cannot recommend this Trek store enough. I recently bought a used Trek third-party and brought it in here for inspection and tune up. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and Andrew took the time to walk me through my bike’s condition and recommendations on next steps. Dave, the technician who worked on my bike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My bike had gathered some cobwebs and we walked through some options for getting it good as new. I didn't feel pressured to get anything fancy and wasn't upsold on things I didn't want. When something was discovered broken with the bike during service, Trek covered the labor of the fix together with the service, and I just paid for parts, which I really appreciated. And to top it all off - it was on time! The service was complete a day early in fact!
