I got my new fx sport bike here. The staff was amazing. They were knowledgeable and patient. They let me go for a test ride to make sure I’m satisfied with the bike. They weren’t trying to sell me things I don’t need. They rather help me find items that made sense. And they gave me extra stuff for free as we are close to the holidays. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience there.

The staff is amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable. Vicki spent about an hour with me yesterday discussing tires, lights and saddle bags. She is even planning on calling me during the week to recommend a gravel tire for my Domane 5 for an upcoming VT farm tour. Great place.

Very happy with the product. Purchased a Marlin 5 for myself and for my daughter. The overall end to end experience has been excellent: Receiving advice/ support in the bike model selection and having the bike serviced has been a fun and very positive journey. June, 2021 - Recently brought my bike in for service. Ross and his team offered friendly, knowledgeable, professional service and treated my relatively inexpensive Trek FX as though it was the most important bike in the shop. They spent the time and took care of every detail necessary to make it ride even better than it did when it was brand new. They are GREAT brand ambassadors for Trek and I cannot recommend them highly enough! 👍👍 June, 2022 UPDATE - Still five stars and I could give a higher rating here, I would do so without hesitation. Trek Bikes are obviously great but the entire staff - sales and service, are so knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go above and beyond that they are IMO, a true model for what a sales and service organization should be! This time around, their Service department did a complete and thorough servicing of my beloved four-year old Trek and I swear, they have it riding even better than when it was brand new!!! Truly, they have an 'A' game going on that must involve some level of black magic!!😉 Whatever your bike needs are, don't hesitate to take them to Trek, Closter ... you'll be *very* glad that you did!!

The staff themselves were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered the store. Especially Mary who had serviced me and thoroughly explained each problem in layman's terms to me. Despite utilizing simpler explanations she still was able to help me identify and understand certain parts of the bike and how they contribute to the final piece. The bike was also repaired rather quickly too. They reached out to me in a timely manner and I was able to pick up my bike the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Not only does Trek have excellent products but the staff at the Closter New Jersey store we're all excellent to deal with and very helpful. Victoria went out of her way to assist me in purchasing a new Madone after my previous Madone was stolen. She was very helpful and attentive and made sure she did everything possible to make the new Madone perfect. I would certainly recommend Trek, and especially the Cluster New Jersey store to anyone looking to purchase a bike.

Not a review, nothing to report as of now. I ordered a bike in June and was given an August 16 date for delivery. September is tomorrow and no bike or update on the bike for which Trek was happy to take my money. Store looks great and hope to make more purchases but the store could give updates. Picked up my bike today, I couldn't be happier. Alistair was great, thank you for your help. Purchased a helmet and a few other things, now t get started riding, thanks again.

Customer service was excellent. They treated me with respect and patience. Of course I like Trek bicycles. I worked with Alastor and he was awesome. They swapped everything on my current Emonda on to the new Emonda. I will be back in the spring for a Level 1 service and a bike for my daughter. Great place. I would suggest going early in the day or during the week the parking lot and plaza is quite busy.

Alistair was extremely helpful through the entire sales process. I drove several hours to the shop to pick up this bike as it was the only one within 200 miles of me. Alistair took the time to prep the bike before I arrived, answered the 1000 questions I threw at him, and even went on a test ride with me. The entire process was very easy thanks to him and the guys in the shop who checked the bike over and updated the firmware.

My wife and I were in a bind. For whatever reason, my wife's bike brake seized up. Wheel was locked. We had a race in Vermont that Sunday and were leaving with bikes in tow. What to do with a bike who's wheels were seized up? Trek in Closter came to our rescue. With one brief call they said: "Come on in. We'll help." They fixed the bike on the spot. No questions asked. The bike road like a dream. Our weekend in Vermont was a pleasure thanks to Trek in Closter. Trek in Closter is the bike store that will make us happy for years to come.

Most of the bicycle stores around here have a 2 to 4 week waiting period to bring a bicycle in for service. This store was able to pack a bicycle for me in less than a day and was able to take a bicycle in for a complete service and have it ready in three days. This store has all the makings of a great store. I hope they succeed.
