At times, they are very busy, so get ready to wait. Otherwise, the owner (whom possesses over 30 years of experience) is extremely skilled and has a team of professionals in tow that are accessible. Decent merchandise and accessories for a new outfit. In addition, the owner is well-versed in electrical components and was able to install a headlamp on our Himiway Escape (aka Big Dog aka Cargo e-bike) with ease. And, if you're in the mood for making your e-bike stand out over the rest, they can literally reupholster your seat with any kind of fabric or leather. We used pieces of a custom Italian sofa that we recently discarded. For The Bronx market, it's your place to manage all your high-end as well as big ticket electric/bicycles. Not to mention, they're open 7 days in a week.

Left my Italian 1970 vintage bike for a tune up. I'm totally satisfied with my bike. It rides 10 times better than before. I love the new kickstand and the handle grips. The bended tire covers were fixed too. My seat can be easily adjusted now. Mr. De Jesus also showed me how to put the bike rack properly and safely in my car!

Best place to get your bike, scooter, segway, whatever you got, fixed. Shoot, you can probably get your legs fixed here, anything is possible in the Bronx feel me? The owner is incredibly reasonable, almost criminally. Takes real care of you and is fair. I'll def come back if I have more problems juu heeeeard me babyyyy?

Let's start form the top, 1) I called to get my rim serviced it was bent bad, got to their shop and in less the 5 mins my wheel was on the stand getting properly balanced. 2) very responsive and informative. 3) took time out to explain to me why and how to prevent damage to my rim. 4) very understanding and patient with all my questions. 5) showed me a huge selection of tires and explained in fine detail the proper applications for each tire. 6) didn't pressure me into buying anything and allowed me to pick the tire I wanted without pressure to buy. 7) his staff is friendly and inviting. 8) best part was not even the parts I bought, but just being able to talk to nice people about bikes was well worth the time and money. 9) clean shop 10)overall a 10/10 awesome experience and I will be back, I felt well received and appreciated.
