First time visit. Very pleased with pricing and overall service. They carry top line brands and have in house bike mechanic to get you all sorted out. Came in to have my handle bar tape replaced, very well done. No complaints, will definitely return.

The staff was super friendly over the phone when I called to check their availability for two bike tune ups. They were able to fix it the same day just in time for our camping trip. My oldest kid outgrew her bike so bought another as their selection and prices are really great. Excellent customer service. They even checked my bike rack to make sure it was safely set up on my car as I clearly don’t know what I’m doing 😅

I had a wonderful experience with Jose. I called to inquire about bikes. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different type of bikes and especially what I was looking for. I came the same day for a bike. He allowed me to test out certain bikes to see if I liked any. I wasn’t really feeling a bike due to the handles but he readjusted them for me which sold me on the bike. His customer service was phenomenal and he wasn’t pushy at all. I’m extremely happy with the bike I purchased here and I encourage anyone in the neighborhood to come here for all their bicycle needs.

Here's the short of it. I bought a 1983 Schwinn Traveler Road bike off a lady from the Facebook Marketplace for the low and it needed a rear wheel alignment, 2 tubes and 2 tires. They hooked it up in less than 2 hours for me even with the busy COVID-19 wait! Bobby was super pleasant over the phone and was genuinely interested in my bicycle. His mechanics were very attentive, paying attention to every customer in the store, as well as what each of us needed. End of the day, I'm coming back here for all my 2-wheeled needs. I value superior customer service, as my immediate job is a Customer Success Manager. If I feel any bit of bad service, I'm out, but that was not the case here!!! I'm telling friends to tell friends to tell friends that this is a bicycle shop with a heart!

My friend gave me a virtually brand new 2019Trek bike. The problem is he lives in New York City and I live your in Corning. He took the bike to Garcia's Bicycle Shop to ask for their advice. They did better than offer advice. For only $55 they broke the bike down, provided a box and packaging, then placed the FedEx shipping label on the box and held it for pickup and delivery. Wow! Great place brought in my bike for a issue and they fixed my bike quickly.The staff definitely knew what they were doing and were very friendly and polite people.Even saw that they were selling different types of bikes when other shops around here didn’t even sell bikes! Garcia's did an excellent repair & tune up on my classic Schwinn. I needed new handlebars and another bike shop told me there was nothing they could do unless I found a vintage pair on ebay.
