These guys are great. Super efficient and they have a lot of good stuff to spend money on. :-) My bike got wet in the storm in early September 2021. They checked my stages power meter, di2 and made sure everything worked. Upgraded the firmware. They replaced cables and my drivetrain. Brakes and the works. Support the local business. Not Amazon.

I've had several bikes serviced in the past 2 months including a new power meter and bottom bracket installed on my Tarmac SL6. Fusion is the best. They always take care of me quickly and seamlessly. Really laid back place, you don't feel any pressure to purchase anything you don't need. Pricing is very fair and it feels good supporting the local bike shop.

I recently moved to New Jersey from Florida. I found Fusion Cycles when I was driving by and figured I'd give this shop a try after having a bad experience with another shop with my tune up. I first met Lewis, who was very welcoming and helpful. He was able to get my bike in for repairs. I was also introduced to Luis, the mechanic who was knowledgeable with bicycles. The other staff are also great. Communication was great by telephone and emails. Luis was able to determine what was wrong with my bike and even emailed pictures. They provided upfront pricing on repairs and was able to get my bicycle completed early than I expected, which impressed me. They carry a lot of popular brand bicycles and have a lot of parts and accessories in stock. I was lucky to find that they had a hitch mount Thule bicycle rack in stock which was hard to find in other stores and online and even assembled the rack and showed me in details on how to load and unload my bicycle. If you are looking for an awesome local bicycle shop (LBS) that carry a lot of good brand bicycles, accessories, and a great mechanic who will get you back on the road riding, this is the place for you. This is my go-to shop for my next bicycle and maintenance from here on out. I highly recommend this shop for their honesty and great customer service.

Amazing bike shop! I live in the area and will say a lot shops are a little rude and except you to know everything about cycling, if you don’t have the knowledge and customer service sometimes can be aggressive but here! Nah the team is professional, knowledgeable and ready to help and answer any questions without an issue. This is my new bike shop and recommended to anyone!

These guys are awesome. The staff is friendly and listens carefully when you have questions about bike care and repairs - and they follow up with excellent work and advice. NO arrogance, no attempts to sell pricy equipment when you're looking for something more basic, although they do have bikes and accessories for more serious cyclists. My favorite bike shop - I highly recommend it!

I had a back tire that would not pump up so I called Fusion Cycle and asked if they could take look at the problem. They told me they would but I had to walk the bike about a mile and a half. As I was walking a half hour I realized that I was not going to make it to the shop by 6pm when they close on Sat. I called them again and told them I was about 5 blocks away and asked if they would wait for me and they did. I got to the shop at about 6:10pm. They tired to inflate the tire and it would not hold air. I left the bike with them over night and went back on Sunday at 10am and waited a few minutes until they opened. I looked around the shop for awhile until they could look at the tire problem. It needed a new tube because there was a tear at the valve stem. They installed the new tube and price was reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful with the questions I had. They seemed like very honest people. The young man that works for them was very nice and very helpful also. I bought a new bike pump from them and looked at bike computers also, and again they were very patient and helpful. I want to thank them again.

Once I walked in I saw the type of shop they were, someone immediately approached me asking how they could help. This bike shop is top notch. The only shop that does repairs. Lewis and Luis are very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Went in for pro tune up and converting my wheels to tubeless setup and also installed sram xx1 groupset. Not only my bike looked incredible, they managed to get it done for the holiday weekend. They just gained a new customer in me and will be bringing my friends here for their bike needs. Thanks guys for everything. See you soon

These guys are fantastic! I have been to plenty of bike shops over the years and they are service oriented, practical, and price conscious. I rebuilt my old Merlin Frame and it has never ridden better. Highly recommend Fusion!!!

I wrote this review 3 years ago but somehow it was posted to a Fusion Cycle in Colorado! I had a terrific experience at this bicycle store. I was just riding by and wanted to check something out on my little brother's bicycle. The tech took it, examined it, and showed me that everything was ok. He then tightened up my seat and filled the tires with air. I was impressed because I just wanted him to look at it as I didn't even bring money for the fix. My girlfriend was also helped out by one of the owners who was very helpful. She test rode a bike and if they had her size she may have bought a bike today. I would definitely go back to this shop for my needs. Very professional crew.

I would like to share my experience at Fusion Cycles! My Roadbike needed a full maintenance and I was referred by my friend to go to Fusion because I had an emergency to fix the bike. As soon as I open the door the sales manager, Lewis, immediately Greeted me and asked me the reason of me being there and at the same time offered me water, coffee or soda!!! (Wow!! which bike shop does that! I felt immediately at home), after telling him what I needed, he introduced me to the head mechanic, Luis. Luis is an expert, and thorough, taking the time to review and explain every single issue in my bike and what needed to be fixed. Long story short the bike was ready 2 days later because I decided to do their PRO TUNE-UP. When I saw my bike I couldn’t recognize it! Wow, it looks like a brand new bike!!!! BUT NOT ONLY THAT they measure and adjust the perfect position/angle of my bar, brakes, seat-post, and pedals in order to have a better and confortable riding experience. Don’t think about it, man! Go to this shop! It’s totally worth it. It is best service, price and value!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FUSION CYCLE, go check them out.

The two men who run this store are fabulous -- so welcoming, so helpful, so super fast with their repairs, and so determined to charge prices that are fair and generous. They lay out options, explain the pros and cons, and never, ever push for us to do more repairs than necessary. If anything, they've usually recommended the less expensive option. They are total sweethearts, and their approach has made me trust their suggestions wholeheartedly.
