Purchase an electric bike from this establishment in June 2019. In addition to the electric bike I also purchased a helmet a heavy-duty chain and a lock as a package deal. I got a flat on the back tire it in the first 30 days and I came back to the establishment and they fix the tire for free. Four stars because of the service. However, they could’ve provided more detail information about the bike I had to do a lot of research on my own. Bike does not come with a manual, you got to figure it out.

The main mechanic that was known as Daniel, is no longer there. I expected to see him today when i took my Yadea electric bike in for electrical issues. Thats when i learned he was no longer there for a little over a year. I was surprised and a little afraid to have my bike worked on by this young mechanic which previously seemed to be Daniel’s student. I am more than anxious to honestly say that he is more knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and affordable than Daniel was on any given day. Needless to say i left the shop with my bike110 percent in better condition than when I walked in. Probably spent 30 to 40% less than i would have with Daniel as well. I received nothing from this place other than great service and honestly i dont even think they know what reviews are!!! My words are from the heart with no interest at all!!! Update just read another review and the owner did thank the individual. Regardless the review is well deserved I want to update my experience today because its a perfect example of why i am and will remain a loyal customer. To be brief i went to a close e bike repair shop and asked the price of changing an old rear tire. Mind you that i was supplying the new tire. I was quoted an even 100. I LAUGHED and reminded him that he charged me 90 for a new rear tire and installation included. That was 2 years ago . At franks i was charged 35. And i was happy to tip him 10 for fair price and awesome job. I will remain a customer because its a pleasure to be treated fairly and the service and quality is too notch!!!

I took my scooter over there because it was making a loud noise. The guy that took care of me was Carlos, he know exactly what is the problem. I'm so glad I went there because Carlos fix the problem. This is my second time I went there because they know what they doing and not expensive at all. Thanks Carlos.

Great service always come here when apollo pro has any problems and they fix it 1000% every time same day service they really good for ebikes and electronic scooters they also charge great prices!!!!! And the install if you come with parts love these business 💯 …

Awesome place had a problem with my electric scooter and the guy who helped me stop what he was doing and fixed my scooter right there and then. Also gave me tips on how to avoid problems and so far I havent had anything bad happen. Also it was a great price he gave to have it fixed. All in all I left a happy customer and will be comming back if I need anything.
