It feels like home. Everyone is so caring and considerate and genuinely care about their customers. We always feel so welcomed when we walk in and assured that whatever issue we have, big or small, it will be handled. My kids, between ages 10 and 16 all feel confident riding their bikes to the shop for any type of assistance. I love that as a loyal and long time customer, I am recognized and greeted warmly as soon as I walk into the shop. My bike is always carefully and perfectly serviced. On this latest occasion, I was told the service (tune up, repairs) would take two weeks, I was notified that my bike was ready for pick up after only one week! The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful and takes great care in explaining all the options for repairs. I wouldn't bring my business to any other bike shop in Westchester!!!

Excellent service and patience despite the big demand for bicycles right now. Especially the Rye Brook store. They were great about helping us choose a new bicycle for my teenager. They said the new bike would arrive early August and just like they said, it came the day before she got home from camp. This is the 4th bike I've purchased from them. Always very helpful and quality service
