This was the first time I was visiting this little hidden gem of a place. I've been to few other places (Scarsdale and Ridgehill and etc, and never recieved such an amazing service. The owner Vinny was super nice and helpful and treated all the customers with lots of enthusiasm and charm while I was there. This is a family-owned business in existence since the 60s and now is 3rd generation from what I gather. Thats something to say! It's truly a neighborhood shop that's worth the visit. Plenty of inventory and well stocked as well! I couldn't believe the service as I had a flat tire on my new ebike and even though they were closing at 6 and I got there at 5:45 pm they took me in right of way and the guys who worked there got to work on it and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Mind you...they had other customers too! I was so impressed that I am willing to pay a premium for all my bike accessories and service here than few clicks on Amazon or other bike vendors for this type of service. Service with the smile is probably an understatement 😄! Thanks Vinny and crew for your remarkable service! All your employees seems super friendly and competent as well and it shows! I am taking my other bike there for a complete tuning this week and plan to be a life long patron as long as the service and value is there! Highly recommend without any hesitation!

Glad I come to this shop to purchase a bicycle, walked in with a scooter and rode out on a bike. As someone who is on a weight loss journey, I was hesitant to buy a folding bike. Vinny made the process pleasant and easy, answered whatever questions I had and gladly looked up whatever specs and details on the bicycle I decided to purchase. He was even nice enough to provide a bungee cord so I can strap my bag in and even offered me to leave my scooter so I can pick it up later. Really great shop, I'd definitely would recommend coming here if you're interested in a bike or anything else with your bicycle and even electric scooters if I'm not mistaken. Will certainly be returning when my bike is due for a tune up. Btw, bike rode like a dream from the moment I left the store.

County Cycle Center definitely earned this five star review. We recently got a new bike for my wife which arrived disassembled in a box. I did my best to assemble it myself but ultimately realized I needed professional help with the gears and brakes. I spoke to Vinnie over the phone and then again at the shop, and it was clear from the very beginning that he was genuinely excited about helping me. You could just tell that he truly cared about doing a great job for his customers. And he did exactly that - he set the bike up perfectly and quickly. When my wife came in to pick it up, he took the time to explain some of the specifics about her new bike to her (she has never ridden a 24-speed before), and he did so in a way that was respectful and friendly instead of patronizing. The shop is very clean and organized, Vinnie does exceptional work, his pricing is fair, and his customer service is on point. We'll come back to him for all things bike related from now on, even though there are half a dozen bike shops that are closer and easier for us to get to. In one twenty minute shop visit he earned customers for life.

I came to this bike shop looking for bikes for my two teenage sons. Vinny the owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable of exactly what they were interested in. He was friendly and his bike shop which was originally owned by his grandfather, is truly a gem here in Yonkers. His workers are great and friendly too. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a bike. We are so quick to run to chain stores that we forget to run to our mom and pop shops in which they truly have a lot to offer customers. I may also like to add that Vinny the owner, is a US Veteran and even more so I will NOW continue to shop at County Cycle Center.

As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly welcomed! My Felt Dutch city-style 3 gear needed a tune-up since she’s been relaxing in the garage for the last 4 years. She is my baby, and before her vacation she was my daily year-round, all-weather commuter bike in NYC for about 5 years. I told the gentleman who greeted me that I wanted a tune up since I was going to be a bike commuter again, and he was so glad for me & complimented my bike, which made me feel great! He was honest from the get-go: I said I thought I needed a new front brake and new tires, but he said only the back tire needed replacing and everything else was in good working order. The other mechanic on duty was also very friendly-you can tell these folks really love bikes! Their service was quick and VERY reasonably priced, so much so that I had enough in my budget left to buy some streamers (because yes, I’m still a 6 year old girl at heart!) The great reviews brought me here, and like so many others have said, they’ve got a new life-long customer!

I spent an entire morning calling several cycling shops in the Westchester county area to inquire if any of them would be willing to donate a bike tune up for a family that is rebuilding their life after loosing all their belongings. Every bike shop turned me away. My last call was to County Cycle. Vinny answered the phone. I was deflated and gave him a short version of what I needed. Vinny did not hesitate! He immediately said 'absolutely, bring it over" What Vinny didn't know, is that this was me asking for my own family. When i arrived I was welcomed with enthusiasm. The kindness he showed and his willingness to help brought me to tears. I told him this was for my own family and he assured me I was in the right place. As a business owner myself, I value any business that puts their customers and community at the core of what they do. County Cycle represents what America needs more of and they have gained a loyal customer for life! I will never go to another bike shop again. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you for setting the example of what it means to be a staple in the community!

I went in to get my flat fixed and Vinny took the time to fix my brakes as well with no charge. I’ve been here before in the past, with a friend and alone, and he treats everyone very well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely keep going back here and would highly recommend this “hidden gem” as others have mentioned. Staff are great and friendly, and of course the fair prices. Thank you County Cycle Center.
