I only imagine that most bad reviews I've read are from from non-riders (bicyclist without a passion to ride) or have limited cycling know-how! Castle Hill Bike Shop is the experienced bicyclist's dream place. The guys here will work with you. I was able to pay less for great service and tremendous knowledge!

Tito, the owner, is the real reason why I go. He's a small shop owner, super personable, reasonable prices and his customer service and honesty is what I appreciate the most. My 12-year-old daughter outgrew her bike. He made on the spot adjustments, new handlebar, height adjustment extension on the seat, new brake line. She can enjoy her bike for another 2 years.If you want honesty and a good conversation, this is your spot. Not a lot of bells and whistles when it comes to accessories, if you want repair and still have money in your pocket, this is your spot.

Love this place. Friendly staff, they do great work. Had two bikes built there so far. Fri-Sun is really busy. They open at 12pm and do same day work aswell. A+

My go-to bicycle shop in the Bronx because I know they always fix my bikes right the first time. And they are super, super reasonable with their prices. Between me and my wife, we own 11 bicycles (some older then me and worth more then my car) and Tito is the only person in the Bronx I trust to service them all.

let me start by saying this is my first time going to this business and i felt more at home here then westchester sq bike shop the owner i believe was very nice and explained everything to me about my inner tube and replaced it right away and something about the inner rim with nylon needs to be replaced also and he helped explain how to use this air pump also very calmly and i believe after all said and done the total was like $22 and i said make it 25 i was very happy in short i have to u guys have a customer for life thank u for being honest......

This owner and his shop have been around very quite some time small hole in the wall located in the Bronx no matter where you are in the five boroughs a visit to this shop you’ll never leave disappointed old school shop good vibes decades of knowledge between the owner and staff great place to visit very helpful i strong recommended to anyone looking for a honest fair priced bike shop also they work on all bikes very hard to find shops like this anymore.

The guys in this place were great! Talk about customer service! Their closing time was 7pm but they stayed open a little later to accommodate me. After my GPS took me through an hour detour I made it. They serviced my bike quickly and efficiently! As well as fixing a few extra minor issues. I appreciate service like that. Made the whole extra hour riding with no pedal worth it. Thanks!🙏

Just bought my son a bike here! Super friendly knowledgeable and great warranty. They assembled whatever had to be assembled while we grabbed a slice at Slice down the block. What a great experience in these days when it is difficult to even find a bike and everyone is on edge. Thanks again for being so good with me and my son!

I purchased a bike online and thought it was all put together. When It arrived much to my surprise it was not. I’m doing some research, I came about this small amazing establishment. I’m so glad I did. It started from the beginning, i went in asked the friendly Lady, think is one of the owners the price and if they put together bikes she said yes, I said I have the bike In the car, no problem she said, I proceeded to go and get the box out of the car, next thing you know the owner a really nice gentleman helped me take the bike out of my car. Thank goodness cause that box was really heavy. Wow...check 2... the nice lady said ok we will try to have it done by today....(what) yes same day. I went on to tell her is ok no problem I’m not in a rush. I got there at about 12 the bike was ready by 4. (What)) yes same day. No appointment need. (What) super affordable prices, friendly staff, oh and last but not least l. I believe the son... Joey- could be wrong with the name showed me how to use the bike . I purchased an online bike that is foldable and he was so helpful amazing he even helped me out the bike in the car. JUst an amazing overall experience. Seems like a mom and pop shop. They will have my business again yup. They are great you will not regret their service. A must go. Support your small businesses. Thanks for the help. I hope you stay in business many more years to come...

Old school bmx knowledge is hard to find these days. No one had in stock a 24x1 skinny inner tube for an Emer Swift 24 inch racing bike. it was when I come to this store that they had just what I needed. Always getting good guidance from these guys.

It’s a good spot to get work done to your bike but if you show up at 10:30am you will be waiting till 2pm I’ve waited 2 hrs and left the time is not correct your best bet is to go after 2pm if you don’t wana be waiting a very long time
