I picked up my bike this past Tuesday and what an amazing customer experience these guys provide. Everyone in the store is top-notch - Kevin was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he was also very patient answering all my questions. I know I made the right decision driving 45 mins to get to the store having bike shops just minutes away in Parsippany, Montclair and Cedar Grove. Thanks you TBW, you guys rock!

I picked up my new bicycle today and everything was perfect. The staff is communicative, expert, and super nice. I also bought a few bike accessories there and they outfitted it for me, too. So many places these days would just sell you accessories and send you home to do it yourself, especially when they have other customers to take care of, but Tenafly Bicycle Workshop made sure everything was perfect before I left their shop.

Walked in looking for a lock, they had a great selection and was guided to the lock which best suited my purpose. They also courteously fitted the lock to my scooter. I also left with 500 luminescence lamp for night riding. A painless and swift experience that lasted less than 10 minutes.

They carry an amazing array of bikes, parts, accessories and clothing, and take great pride in building some of the finest machines out there in the pro shop. They cater to new cyclists as well, and are tremendous supporters of youth cycling in the region. They also advocate for the cycling community, working with advocacy groups such as JORBA, NY NJ Trail Conference, Palisades MTB and a host of other groups. Walked in this afternoon for the first time to get my son’s tire fixed. They were attentive and quick to offer assistance. 10 minutes later the bike was fixed with a few minor adjustments to the brakes as well. Greatly appreciated their responsiveness and customer service.

We are so lucky to have a local bike store. They are a super helpful team, who do great repairs, in a timely manner. Over the years I’ve had a couple of emergency repairs that were needed in order to get back up on my bicycle and they were always incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Starting price point of most bikes at this shop is reasonable and family / new rider friendly. Very accessible location in the center of town with plenty of parking.

Very honest group of people. I was having pain in my hands when riding. They took the time to look at how I positioned myself on the bike and made some suggestions., I feel I had to actually talk them into selling me new hand grips. Not only did they put on the grips but they moved all the controls on both sides of the bike and didn't charge me anything. I will always use this shop for any modifications or purchases.

Got a Cannondale Topstone as my first gravel bike here. They were super helpful and informative throughout the whole selection process and recommended me great accessories. They also just let me know some quick tips on general bike maintenance and recommended some good routes around the area. Also when my shifters felt weird while biking, they adjusted it very quickly.
