I took my bike here 2x for service. The last time was when I tried to adjust the rear derailleur and completely screwed it up . They did the adjustment in a day and the price was very fair . The technician is very amiable and knowledgeable . This will be the only place I take my bike for service and my next bike I buy will be from the Bicycle Depot in Pearl River

My son's bicycle broke and I went to a shop in Park Ridge. They kept the bike for two weeks and told me it couldn't be fixed and I needed a new bike. I could tell they were lying and trying to upsell me. I took the bike to this shop in Pearl River and they fixed it like new in two days for $50. It's nice to see some people with honesty and integrity.

Have not been in a bike shop in a while and I'm glad I went to this one! Rob is very knowledgeable about his bikes and knew the perfect fit for my son Aaron. Not only that but was a huge help in getting it home and teaching my son how to disconnect and reconnect the front wheel and brake. Thank you again Rob!

Excellent service on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We had a tire blowout emergency and Rob and his team got our bikes fixed quickly for a fair price. They have a nice array of bikes for sale here too!

After taking my old bike to a shop not far away in NJ and being told it'd be 500 to fix it, Rob was able to get me back on the road for less than half of that price. I was able to ride for a couple more years with that bike without issue! Awesome service and he seems like a nice guy, have been glad to give him my business ever since.

If you miss Nyack Bicycle Outfitters then go here. Just picked up a Trek Verve 2 bike at the Pearl River Bicycle Depot. I actually stopped by a couple of other times to check out what was available. No sales pressure at all. I just shared information of what I was looking for and when I'd like to buy. He gave me options that he felt would work for me. This process started late last year (2022) and ended late February, 2023. Due to my schedule it took 2 days to get the bike even though it was ready the day I bought it. He added things from his stock and reused other things from my old bike. He also modified some items to fit my needs and gave me training on things I may need to adjust on my own. The bike and accessories were fairly priced. He even offered to either buy my old bike or refurbish it and donate it to an organization he's connected with. This experience was very much like how the Nyack Bicycle Outfitters operated. Since they closed due to retirement I was not sure of finding another place that would put my needs first. I did luck out when I found the Bicycle Depot in Pearl River. Parking can be an issue since the shop is in downtown Pearl River, but fear not he also a location in Spring Valley on Route 59 with ample parking.
