Just purchased a new bike from Abraham at the Trek Bicycle Store in Clermont. What a pleasant experience. Took an older, run down beat up Trek bike in with intentions of getting it repaired. It was basically beyond hope. So we opted for a new bike instead. Abraham made it a great experience and we ended up with a really nice bike. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good, well made bike, made to last. Ask for Abraham, he is a sweet, kind man and explained everything to us to our satisfaction.

They even tried to help my son stay in the bike he had, but we ultimately decided to upgrade and keep both for the time being while he gets used to no training wheels. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. The store was busy, it was Saturday morning with only a few guys working. But somehow Stephan made me feel like I was the only person that they were expecting in the store that day. We did a test ride, picked a bike, found accessories, fitted them, did another test drive, left to get lunch, and came back and looked for more accessories. Stephan took the time to explain the differences between different helmets and pedals, without making me feel pressured to buy the more expensive options if I didn’t need them. In the end I left a new bike and everything I needed to happily ride it! Thanks for taking the time and making me feel at home with my new trek!

Every year, the bike crash attorney I work with sponsors the Florida Freewheelers Bike Club's Horrible Hundred event which is how I was lucky enough to meet the owners of this shop, Bryan & Becky. Bryan does a fantastic job helping with the Horrible Hundred, and this shop could not be ran by much kinder people. They are amazing & treat everyone like they are a member of their own family! They always have every bike helmet especially WaveCel helmets and every bright headlight and taillight we want to buy and at awesome prices! Whenever I have called recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven, who could not be any nicer! He is always very patient and prompt in answering all of my questions about their helmets in stock. They have a huge selection of road, gravel, mountain, hybrid & eBikes & offer speedy repairs on all the bikes they sell. I have seen their team go out of their way to help so many people including veterans. This upon everything else has made us lifelong customers of theirs. Do yourself a favor & visit their shop!

Words cannot describe the service we received at Trek Clermont. We walked in to start looking for bikes for the family, from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was tremendous. Plenty of bikes on display, the customer service was impeccable, got to test drive the bikes to assure they are the right fit, everything again top notch. We initially left without any bikes as we were just starting our exploring but after visiting other shops we could not help but go back. Steve and Armando were fantastic, the rest of the team was there to support and made sure we were taking care of. We definitely found our go to bike store for years to come

Just wanted to say big thank you to Trek Clermont. Thomas had been the employee who helped me, Even though my mountain bike was not Trek brand he treated me as if it was. Got a great price on a rockshox fork upgrade and installation along with some derailleur adjustments, I was never once asked to upgrade to a new model or had an idea shot down of what I wanted to do. For the past few weeks, I have been shopping for a new bike for my wife. I researched online and I’ve been to multiple shops. Clermont is a hike from me, but I decided to make the trip and I’m happy I did. The Trek store had plenty of inventory. I was greeted kindly by the store associate Steve. Steve was a very knowledgeable. He listened very closely to what I was looking for. Steve explained clearly the different features of every bike I had interest in. I felt very confident with my decision on purchasing the Dual Sport 3. This gift was a surprise and my wife loved it!! Immediately we’re out the door. She road her first 10 miles and couldn’t be happier with her new Dual Sport 3!

I recently moved to the area and haven’t been on a bike in a couple years… (okay maybe more than a couple), Abraham saw me and immediately dropped what he was doing in the back, introduced himself and answered all my questions from their bikes to riding programs and schedules for people to get into or back into riding. I left the store with all the info I wanted for that day pretty happy with the service, service I didn’t receive at other local stores. About 2 months later, I walk in with my kids Abraham again very attentive to the person he was working with and then joined me to assist me picking two bikes for my 11y/o and 5y/o with excellent attention to detail. He recommended everything from helmets for safety to pumps for the tires. I left for an hour came back to pick up the bikes and all extra items I purchased were installed (unlike other places I’ve used in the past) and we was ready to go with two happy kids. The truth is that I came back to this store because of Abraham of my initial visit. From the start on that visit he knew I wasn’t buying anything, but he didn’t give me a cold shoulder. He embraced the sport by providing me with lots of local riding information and never pushed for me to make a purchase. Thank you to the rest of the staff that I have interacted with and to Abraham for putting the sport of riding before forcing a sale. See y’all soon for a new bike for me.

These guys are fantastic and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. I got a mongoose mountain bike a few years back and they assemble it for me perfectly. Recently I went back to have some maintenance done to my brakes I asked if I needed to book it in and they said to bring it over within 10 mins of me being there I had a diagnostic, price and when it would be ready. This place was awesome! It was way out of my way but well worth the trip to get my bike fix. Evolve in Celebration wanted me to leave my bike for at least 8 days. My bike needed brake pads in the rear and a minor adjustment. Couldn't believe it, 8 days? Plus the customer service wasnt great either it seemes like they didn't want my business. So I took a trip to here. I explained exactly what I needed and the woman behind the counter was so professional and customer service oriented..Well let me say this, they took care of me in less than 20 minutes out the door! Fabulous! Bike fixed. I will be making the trip here. I will be spending some money here in the next couple of months.

We are from Ohio and came down to Orlando to do some biking. We were on a trail and our Trek T900 tandem bike developed a bad clunk when pedaling but went away if my wife just pedaled from the back. We asked another bike shop on the trail and they said it was the pedals so we ordered and installed new pedals and that did not fix the problem. We then took it to the Trek Clermont bike shop and they immediately new the issue. It needed a new bearing. They said that they had one bike ahead of us and that we would be next when it was finished. We went down the road for a coffee and before we were done they texted us that the bike was finished. They installed a better quality bearing, put our original Trek pedals back on and even adjusted the brakes for us. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price. I was very impressed with their service and quality of work. I can see that they really care about what they do.

I have had numerous experiences at this shop. My first experience was as a very apprehensive shopper as many first time bike shoppers are once they begin seeing prices. Upon further interactions with Bryan, I would ask him questions regarding other bikes and he would explain things that could be decent and others that were not worth the money. As a new rider he eventually helped me settle on purchasing a Domane as my first road bike. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a bike. I always felt as though all of my questions had been addressed. Great overall experience. Any time that I have any issues with my bike I can take it in and know that they won’t try to sell me extras that aren’t necessary. This shop won’t steer you wrong. They are a great group of employees. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent customer service. On my first visit one salesman dropped what he was doing to answer all my questions. On the 2nd visit i came in and Bryan helped me select the perfect bike, He even offed to let me borrow his to try out!!! When I finally decided on the right bike he told me when it would be in and ready for pick up, it came in and was set up exactly when he said it would. While I was there I witnessed the staff repair and replace a tire for free for a guy who was down on his luck. GREAT STAFF!

last week I brought in my road bike for service, and they did a great job and had it back to me within 24 hours. I was so impressed with the work that I brought back my time trial bike this week, and once again the service was excellent. We called other bike shops nearby and they wanted nothing to do with us. Called Trek Bicycle store and told us to bring it on in. They had two small tires in stock but could not get them to seal around the rim . They were thinking of ordering two different tires, But the following day they managed to get the other tires to seal. All is well. Oh, do not have a Trek? You can purchase one there. Even if you do not have a Trek, just bring what ever you have for full service. Top notch shop. Even if you do not live in Clermont, go see them anyway. Nice staff.

What a great experience I had, and first time shopping at this store. I purchased an electric Trek Allant 8S Stagger; this bicycle is amazing, love it! This store really has its stuff together in these uncertain pandemic times. They have social distancing places on the floor to stand within, un-intimidating barriers to adjust the flow of people entering their showroom, and all staff are wearing masks. Lastly, the person who assisted me the most was Heather, and she was just great. She answered all of my questions, sought assistance to answer when she was not sure of the answer, was professional and kind throughout our interaction. She even helped me figure out my Thule Easyfold Rack, in 90 degree weather sweating, to ensure the bike was secure before leaving the parking lot. Just a great experience, great staff and I am more than impressed with the Trek product I purchased. Thank you!!! :-)

The employees are awesome! Between renting a bike and purchasing one I had great experiences! I thought I knew what I wanted before I even went to the store but between Heather, Thomas and Zach they all helped me find the perfect bike for me that I did not even know existed! They were patient with me (I probably made about 4 trips before buying) and I can tell they truly cared about me getting a bike that would make me happy. The only thing I am disappointed with is the manufacturer and myself. I failed to realize that not all Checkpoints come with the semi-offroad gravel tires. It is strange to me that Trek advertises the Checkpoint lineup as gravel bikes but would not put gravel bike tires on some models. So new potential buyers be aware that if you want a true gravel bike tire in the Checkpoint you will need to at least get an ALR! Again, that has nothing to do with this store and you should definitely check them out if you are looking for a new bike!

I bought my dream bike, a Trek Domane SRL6 from these guys last year. Not only did I get a great deal, but I've found their service to be second to none. Last fall, my partner and I decided to purchase bikes. Now I haven't been on a bike since I was a kid, and that was a few years ago. ;-) So I visited several bike shops in the area. The Cycling Hub was the third stop on my adventure. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the store has a good selection of different types of bikes. We choose a couple of Trek bikes, the Cycling Hub team adjusted the bikes to fit each of us and off we went on our test rides. We purchased the bikes and a bike rack for the car. Fast forward a few months and the bike rack malfunctioned. On the way to an early Saturday morning ride, the rack gave way in the middle of the intersection. One bike mostly fell and was dragged until I could safely stop the car. The high quality Trek bike suffered only cosmetic blemishes on the saddle and handlebar grips. Since The Cycling Hub does repairs, we headed there with the bike. Again we were met with a super helpful staff who fixed the bicycle AND are working with the bike rack manufacturer on a rack replacement. Things that are hard to find today: respect, courtesy, reliability and honesty. Where you can find these? THE CYCLE HUB!!! Do yourself a solid and go visit these folks, they will take care of you!

The young lady said my boss will not be happy, like that's my problem. Some people are capable of servicing their own bikes and don' t need to feel obligated to purchase something they may not need. I'm one of those do it yourself guys but sometimes you need an expert to bail you out. I had been dealing with some damaged bottom bracket threads for a few years now, using various threadless brackets, dealing with cheap bearings etc. In the middle of a major overhaul on my bike I decided those cheap fixes were no longer viable. Took my frame in to the folks at Cycling Hub and they were able to chase those damaged threads, with what must be a pretty expensive tool, the same day at a very very reasonable price. Had the correct size bottom bracket in stock which they also installed for me. All I can say is, if you live close to the Clermont area, go check out the pros at The Cycling Hub. You will not be disappointed.

I knew when I came to The Cycling Hub and met Edgardo there was something very special about this shop. Edgardo was an incredible wealth of knowledge and spent the time answering all my questions about the various different types of bikes from road to mountain and everything in between. He took the time to make sure I was going to invest in the right bikes to match our style of riding. Every business is about 3 things people, processes, and product. They have great people working in this shop that are kind, knowledgable, and an awesome selection of product. They definitely WALK THEIR TALK! I found myself coming back to this store because if I'm being totally honest they deliver the best consumer experience. On one occasion I stopped by and the owner Brian came over and spent an hour with me helping drill down to the right bike for me. When I brought my wife in the owners wife Becky was awesome letting her ride different bikes and explaining the differences. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes from Edgardo a 2014 Trek DS 8.5 for me and a 2014 Trek Pure for my wife. I have started putting miles on my bike and they are awesome about giving you free adjustments for as long as you own your bikes. Super friendly store! I was in Clermont for a holiday and visited The Cycling hub. My friend needed a new helmet and they were very helpful. I was looking for a dry lube (because I forgot mine at home) but they were out. Instead he gave me a free sample of Morgan Blue race oil to help me out. A few days later I was back in the shop because I was looking for a very specific gps mount of a brand they sell. Unfortunately they didn’t have it (it’s VERY specific, it would be exceptional if they did). But instead of stopping at: “Sorry, we don’t have it”, they started calling several bike-shops in the region to check if they had it. Too bad no one had it but the effort: that’s customer service! If I would come back to Clearmont and need anything for my bike, I would most certainly go back to The Cycling Hub!
