This past weekend I purchased a mountain bike here. As I walked in I was impressed with the store. I was greeted by a really nice & super helpful young man, Marshall, who provided excellent customer service. The team of people here run a first class operation, fully stocked inventory, with good selection and biking enthusiasts running the place. They also kindly tuned up my old bike and it is riding better than ever. Marshall recommended some good areas to ride and connected me into the right trail map app and some potential meet up rides with other mountain bikers. It’s hard to find good service, here you have it.

Always great service from Steve, Andrew, and Keith in the Service department. Had my bike serviced and when I went to pick it up Doug(owner) went out of his way to help fix an issue I had with my Yakima e-bike rack (that I had not bought from his store)! Super job all the way around guys!! and to Karen as well!! PS: I drive by at least three other bike shops when I go to The Bike Route.

Just setting up my bike in Florida and found The Bike Route because they service Liv. The service and sales teams are excellent, both for new and experienced cyclists. This is excellent full-service shop, not a beach-bike rental type place.

convenient & dope location, great staff -- the perfect ingredients for a local bike shop. I recently upgraded my road bike and have been learning a lot about it through trial & error and the help of The Bike Route. The sales staff helped me out excellently when purchasing new pedals and shoes, and the guys in the shop (Andrew and everyone else) have been informative and friendly when I've come in with issues. They've tweaked my bike into the machine it is today -- without them I feel like I wouldn't be enjoying it as much as I do. Thank You!

Rented bike and thought their staff and service were simply outstanding. Serviced bike before giving to me, had lock, helmet and helped me secure the bike in my trunk. I had a flat tire and they fixed it quickly. A map was provided and offered some great ride suggestions. Just nice people. Highly recommended!

I brought my bike in because my gears weren’t shifting right. Andrew looked at it, made adjustments, and I was ready to leave in less than 15minutes. He even took time to give the bike a look over for any “must do” repairs, as I haven’t had to do any in two years. The gear issue was an easy fix and he didn’t charge me for anything! I was very impressed at how thorough he was and with his customer service. I would highly recommend The Bike Route to anyone and will definitely return when another issue arises. If you need service done, Andrew is the best!

Had some issues with my wife’s Giant bike which we purchased in Michigan. Stopped in & one of the owners, Doug, helped us fix the bike & purchase some additional items for her bike. I used to be in management for a high end men’s clothing chain in the Midwest that built their brand & reputation on the best service in the industry. After leaving the company 30 years ago, I had never experienced the quality of service we routinely provided at my previous employer, until we visited Bike Route & Doug. Kudos to Doug & his staff.
