Stopped in here because I needed a wheelchair tire replaced after getting a flat while out in Orlando. The employees here were very friendly and made the process almost seamless. I'd definitely recommend coming here in the future for all of my needs. They have a great looking shop also I love the location.

Phenomenal service and team. We had a mechanical pedal issue riding through Celebration and stopped in the store. The team was welcoming, fast, thorough, quality-focused and above all one of the most knowledgeable bicycle expert teams I have come across. I have been to multiple shops in the Orlando/Kissimmee area and this team and store is the best. Give the Evolve Team and Store a try and you will never have a need for another bike store...these guys are awesome and will take care of you and your bike!

Saved our vacation!!! My daughter uses an adult stroller instead of her standard wheelchair when we visit Disney. Before we left home, we stopped to add air to a tire that seemed a little low, and the tire completely collapsed. It was too early in the morning to contact our mobility specialist or a bike shop in Charleston. We called several mobility providers in Orlando and none had the needed parts. When I called Evolve, the gentleman told us to come to the shop and they would see what they could do. The entire staff was so kind and friendly- one met me at the door and carried the stroller to repair shop. Within minutes, they had changed the tube, check all the tires and had us on our way. The price was beyond reasonable- and the result was priceless. 100% recommendation.

The best thing we did in Florida was rent bikes from these guys and tool around Celebration. For about the price of a mouse kingdom burger we got a comfort bike for 4 hours, plenty of time to explore the bike paths and lanes of Celebration and grab lunch. These guys were funny, helpful, and super friendly. Probably the best service I’ve ever received at a bike shop.

Rented a Cannondale road bike for 24 hours while on vacation in Orlando. The guys at Evolve were very friendly and helpful, fitting my SPDs I'd brought with me and lending a helmet too. My bike also had a puncture kit with an Allen key to get the seat height just right. All this for just $69 too! Went for a test ride and then a fab 35-mile ride the next morning. Lots of roads in Central Florida have cycling lanes which makes life easier. Will definitely be back to visit these guys, maybe for a longer rental next time!

During my vacation in Florida, I purchased a trailer hitch and bike rack from U-Haul. The bike rack was a bit wobbly, so I went to Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes to have them take a look at it, thinking that I might end up buying a sturdier bike rack. They provided outstanding service! One of the employees (sorry I don't recall his name) took a look at my bike rack, went inside for some tools, and tightened a few bolts on the rack. He was friendly and courteous, and although we chatted a bit about bike racks available at the store, he never tried to pressure me into purchasing a new bike rack. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone needing bike repairs or looking to buy a new bike.

Awesome experience! After calling 2 shops in Clermont who could not be bothered with fixing a tire on any bike brand they do not sell, Evolve said “no problem”. I needed to have some tubeless tires installed on my electric scooter. I had the tires but couldn’t get them installed without the right tools so I called Evolve and they said they could do it. They were really fast and friendly. They only charged $25 per tire which is well worth the time and money I would have spent on tools to do it myself.

Great Customer Service! Ive been in Florida for about six months now and Evolve has always come thru for me when it comes to my bikes. I don’t have high end bikes but they treat me the same like any other customers. Today I went to Evolve to have a freewheel remove from my 29er wheel. Currently building my MTB from scratch. They were able to help me out and even gave me some installation tips for when I install the new freewheel. Overall great experience and great set of guys!

Yesterday, as we started our daily walk with the grandkids we noticed a flat tire on our double stroller. Went to the gas station for air but the tire had an apparent hole in it. Next we went to Walmart but they couldn’t help. Then we went to PepBoys and they couldn’t help either. Finally, we ventured over to “Evolve Bicycles & E-Bikes. Immediately, the guys understood our needs and in minutes repaired the tire. The guys at Evolve are lifesavers because we can’t navigate the theme parks without our stroller. Thank you guys for everything.

My wife Debbie and I live in Celebration and over the years we have purchased 4 bikes and an ElliptiGO from Evolve Bicycles. We have on occasion gone elsewhere to look for bikes and always return to our "hometown" choice. Why? Not just because the selection is great or because the pricing is very reasonable or, because the quality of bikes and accessories is outstanding.....the biggest factors why we always deal with Evolve Bicycles of Celebration are because of the friendly, caring and highly professional owner and staff who are always ready to help in any way needed.......their customer service is exceptional and I appreciate their support each and every time I need help with one of our bikes (and please don't think that our bikes break down often....the issues are normally things that I probably should know how to do but, I don't; and, they are more than willing to resolve each problem quickly and effectively)!!!! Above and way beyond! This was my experience with Evolve and Renato my service tech. I purchased an e-bike in another state before moving to Florida. My bike had several mechanical issues that were, unfortunately, outside of the warranty period. After making several attempts with manufacturer to get resolution, with no results, I contacted Evolve. Renato said that he would attempt to communicate with them in my behalf. Again, manufacturer was unwilling to budge. Long story short, Renato consulted with the owner of Evolve in order to offer a generous discount on a new battery. They certainly had no obligation to take this position since I did not purchase the bike at this shop. Thank you for being such a blessing to me! You can be sure I will tell many about this great experience!

I'm from out of state and had a bike failure while down here. I had no tools to repair it myself handy and no way to order any parts. I called them up and explained what happened. They said being it in and they will fit it in. They repaired the bike very quickly and the price they charged was more than reasonable. If you are ever in the area and need some work done I can't suggest these guys enough. The staff here were very friendly to speak with, knowledgeable and well priced. What's not to like?

Amazing experience with Evolve - especially Mike. I just casually bike and have little knowledge on what's reasonable for costs, part repair, etc. I brought my (very) old bike in for a tune up and Mike called me up and explained to me that it would be less costly to buy a new-to-me bike then go through all the repairs. Offered me a lovely used bike and took care of my old bike for me. Will definitely come back again and recommend them!

This place is fantastic and I have had at least 2 five star experience s . I had bought a used adult three wheeler, needed a new seat ordered from Evolve got it. Needed some instructions for installation. Found out needed a U shaped bar. Thanks to the man that waited on me. He found one not needed in the shop gave it to me 😂. Second time I was there needed brakes adjustment took Valintino minutes to fix. Love love love you guys.

Emailed and they responded quickly. Dropped off two bikes for service and tire change/tube swap and they were done super fast. They were up front about possible delays due to COVID, but we were pleasantly surprised about the turnaround time. Prices are super reasonable and the bikes looked brand new after the tune up. My mom said this was the best her bike has ridden after previously having it serviced somewhere else. Will definitely go back to Evolve!

During the early 2020, I needed to replace my old Adult Trike. Due to the Pandemic all bike shops were out of stock. I made a phone call to Evolve Bikes and a member of the staff answered all my questions . I explained that I’m a senior with no means to pick up the trike. I ordered a SunTrike with my specific request including speeds . It was assembled and delivered to my home which is 40 minutes away from the shop. It needed a few simple adjustments.within 24 hours Roger came to our home and made the corrections. GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! I am from Virginia and these guys literally saved my families vacation. Our stroller tire tube blew out while at a Disney park with a crazy airport journey right around the corner. To say I was in a panic is a drastic understatement. I am a mountain bike novice and with the pandemic ongoing, I ordered my new Schwinn mountain bike online (directly from Schwinn) and when it arrived I attempted to build it myself at home. It didn't go so well and I ended up breaking my left crank arm and foot pedal. Luckily, the Evolve bike shop is near by and was able to repair and tune up my new bike. I can’t truly recommend this place as we haven’t had great experiences, particularly regarding customer service. The bike maintenance and service is hands-down fantastic!! But when they call, they don’t leave a message so when you call them back they say “well your bike must be ready if we called you”. You could have called because you found something else wrong! At the store, you’re greeted with a “what’s up” instead of a “hello, how can we help you today?” Honestly, they can and should do better.

Feel reasonably qualified to rate local bike shops as I own and manage one :) . We are here on a working vacation so I was real pleased to find a bike shop 1 mile from our resort and next to the local Publix. If you are looking to rent bikes to ride around town this is definitely the go to place. What I was surprised to see was their higher end road and tri brands like Cervelo and impressive and well thought out apparel, parts and accessories. I think I bought some pedals, locking skewer set for my ride and they charge the same we do and I like to think we are real decent with prices in Chicago. Remember they are serving primarily tourists I would imagine and it's cool to see they are charging a fair price to customers they will not likely get to enjoy much repeat business from. Again, if you are looking to rent bikes to ride around Disney or get over to Shingle Creek Nature Preserve, these are the go-to guys that will get you the right bike and routes to get that done safely.

Only true full service local bike shop that I have found in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance is top notch. I just built my first ever from the frame up new bike. The shop helped me with ordering parts, gave me advice on how to put things together, and even gave a helpful hand once in a while. Rode it for the first time today! Went great. Thanks guys!

I rented a carbon road bike over my 4 day stay in Celebration. The guys in the shop were very friendly, helpful and professional. I took their recommendations and headed to the West Orange trail which was great. I was able to put in 30 miles a day on a well kept, scenic and safe trail. They provided me with a Cannondale Synapse which is similar to my Trek Domane that I normally ride. They also provided me with a a garmin mount which was nice. Other than a few cosmetic flaws, the bike was in good shape, light weight and had an ultegra group set which shifted beautifully. It easily provided me with what I was looking for. I unfortunately chose not to take my cycling shoes to FL with me but they quickly put on flat peddles for me with no problem. I will definitely rent from them again next year.

Helped me purchase/order three new bikes, had an older bike tuned up and they helped load my bikes so I didn't have to take two trips. This was the smoothest bike rental I have had. They delivered the bike to me and were willing to pick it up. They showed up on time and adjusted the bike exactly how I wanted it. I have quite literally been all over the country renting bikes, from New England to Florida to Texas to California to Arizona. For the most part, shops are great no matter where you go but Evolve was probably one of the better sets of people i've come across. Super friendly and professional, they had the bike ready on no time and they brought me behind the counter to show me the Google map of some suggested routes I might take to stay as safe as possible. I don't love Orlando but I find myself here now & again and the next time I am down here, I'll be sure to hit these guys up again.

We had a great experience renting bikes to ride around Celebration. We rode the Townie hybrids. They were in great condition with seven speeds. They had a large bike bag on the front and a lock. There was no water bottle holder. The staff gave us a trail map to follow. We rode around for about an hour and saw a lot. There are many shaded boardwalks to ride along plus checkout the beautiful homes.

I had a great experience with Roger. I was staying at a local hotel for a conference and had an extra day and thanks to Roger's flexibility I took my first 100+ mile ride on a road bike he delivered to my hotel. Roger took the time to help me adjust the seat height and even supplied me with a cell phone mount. He picked up the bike straight from the bell stand so I didn't have to worry about it. The bike was in excellent condition, like new and held up great on my ride. I would definitely rent from them again!

Rented a bike while on holiday with the family, and the guys at the shop were great from start to finish. No hassles with the rental process - very straightforward which was very welcome. The bike was high-end, immaculate and looked brand new; definitely not your usual worn-out hire bike. Renting anything can sometimes be a pain with loads of forms, clauses and so on. I went to Evolve looking to learn a bit more about Electric bikes.... Brad (the owner) helped me every step of the way. I spent hours at the store, trying out the wide range of bikes he had to offer. I questioned extensively, as this would be a rather large purchase for me. Each question was immediately met with a quick, detailed and honest answer. The level of customer service was impressive, to say the least. I was planning on going to check out a few other bike shops in the area but decided against it because of the great experience I was having. I finally picked a bike to purchase. They agreed to modify the bike more to my liking for a small fee and it was done just a short while later. The next day, I realized I should have gone with another bike I had tried. I was aware he accepted returns with a 20% restocking fee (which would be very expensive) but after speaking to him first thing the next morning; he agreed to accept the exchange with no restocking fee! He stressed he wanted to ensure I had the best possible bike for me and I brought it in right away. It was quickly swapped, hassle free. Talk about customer service. While having been there originally for hours, I spoke to many customers that came in, all agreed this was the best place to come for equipment and service in the area. Simple put...they have what you need, from the beginner to expert this is the place for you. I will be a lifelong customer here due to my experience. It is great to have an owner that works there every day, knows every detail and truly focuses on the customer's needs. The quality of the bikes along with the enormous selection make this place a true "one stop shop". I recommend this place 150% for all your biking needs.

I rented a Cannondale Synapse from Evolve Bicycles while I was in Orlando for 5 days. I had a great experience! Roger, the owner, is a great guy, I loved chatting with him. The week-long rental price comes with delivery and pick up of the bicycle from my location, and the best part of my experience was that Roger arrived with the bicycle - and showed up to pick up the bicycle - at the exact time and place I designated (actually, showed up early). The bike was great, he didn't forget a single thing. All this is no small feat. I've come to expect people to screw things up, show up late, etc. Evolve Bicycles provided exactly what they advertised, at the time and place of my choosing, for the exact quoted price. No drama, no surprises, just great consistent service. I would use them again in heartbeat and recommend them to anyone interested in a bike rental.

I live 3 hours from Orlando but had an event near Evolve's location. They worked with me long distance to choose and order the bikes I needed for our event and even had them wrapped in our company logo! The bikes were a huge hit and Evolve definitely chose the ideal bikes for our event. Their service before, during and after our event couldn't have been better. Excellent bike shop with first class staff. The staff (and owner!) are excellent and could not be more helpful. Been several times and bought a few items from the shop. Last visit I needed a tune up of my gears on my road race bike prior to a triathlon. It only took ten mins and I was charged $10! Couldn't ask for better. Just been at these guys again and honestly if you can find a better bike shop I will be amazed. I rented a Cervello road bike (almost brand new) for $69 to do my latest Half IM. They even fitted my carbon wheels to their bike! Friendly, helpful and honest business that deserves all the business it gets. Don't hesitate, go in and see for yourself.

I have an Elliptigo 8C and needed to replace the track inserts. I've had my GO for about 8 years and had only replaced one of the track inserts over that time. I was able to get a couple of them off myself but the remaining two track inserts would not come off as they were literally stuck to the metal GO frame. Mike identified that since the tracks had never been replaced, the wax originally applied to the bottom of the track inserts had totally worn down so it was basically metal on metal; thus, the reason the tracks would not slide out. I have the same tools as Mike does in his shop but I could not get those last two track inserts off. I feared they would have to be cut off somehow which seemed risky. Mike, using the same tools as I have, got the track inserts off and without performing any risky cutting. Mike has worked a lot on these kind of bikes and knows the tricks and techniques to solve difficult repairs like I had. All I can say in closing is awesome service and know how! Mike is the best!

My wife and I were visiting Orlando for an anniversary weekend and decided to get away from the normal tourist attractions. We both love cycling but did not have our bikes with us. After a quick search on google for bike shops and rentals we came across Evolve. When we got to the shop we saw that they rented ElliptiGO bikes as well as cruiser type bikes. We rented one of each. What a BLAST! We rode around Celbration and just enjoyed getting some exercise while on vacation. What made the experience so great was the friendly service and advice we received from Evolve. We live about 2 hours away but after experiencing the friendly service at Evolve we will definitely keep them at the top of our list for future bike purchases.... especially because of the Guru bike fit system they use. Keep up the good work guys!

I rented a Litespeed C1 from here back in mid November while visiting the area. I picked Evolve because they weren't too far away (15-20mins) and they had a couple of good bikes too choose from for very competitive prices. To get the same caliber bike you would have to pay a lot more at some places, while other places didn't even offer anything more than an aluminum frame bike. The guys there were super friendly and quick to get me set up and rolling. They had several routes pre-mapped for various length rides. The C1 was a very solid and responsive bike and I highly recommend it. Though I come from the mountains the constant relentless headwinds in Florida was more than I was expecting, so be mentally ready for that. If I make it back to Orlando again I will be renting from Evolve again.
