I just got into mountain biking and bought a trek bike. I was having some little issues and was able to call Elite and they kindly squeezed me in for a quick check. The mechanic Calvin was really kind, honest, and thorough. He gave me a full report and fixed my issue swiftly! Customer service was spectacular which now in days is hard to find. I will continue going to this shop for my bike mechanic needs and strongly recommend them.

Just got my 3rd Bike from Glenn at Elite Cycling and all 3 buying experiences are 5 stars! Both the sales and service of my bikes are top notch. No Bike snobs here. Glenn is super helpful, and knows bikes. When I have bike needs, I now only go to Elite.

Listen up y'all! Elite Cycling is literally the best. They are professional, very fair with pricing, have a quick response time and always answered my questions that I needed to make a decision while making the entire process so simple and easy. Moreover, if you happen to get in touch with Debbie, you can be sure to get all of the above and more. She truly cares for all her customers and will go overboard to accommodate any of your cycling needs. In fact, before buying I was comparing pricing, service and other factors with other bikes stores in FL and OH and hands down these guys are the best - on everything. Don't even bother looking elsewhere ;) Happy riding guys!

Best full service Bike Shop I’ve ever dealt with. I live in Boca Raton and drive over an hour to Miami whenever it’s something important that I need. There is no lack of Bike Shops in my area but Elite, Marcelo (the owner), technicians and sales are amazing. Super knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and always willing to assist you in deciding on technical choices in selecting the right components for your Steed. I just purchased a 2021 Specialized Tarmac Pro ETap. - Awesome experience with Team Elite. Do yourselves a favor, don’t hesitate and give them a call. You will not be disappointed ... Guaranteed !!

I came in, everyone was very helpful. Glen was very knowledgeable and informative. I didn't know anything about riding bikes and now I'm riding over 200 miles a week and I have bought 2 bikes from them. I went in once thinking I needed a new rim and had given the ok to order it, and they are so honest that they told me my rim was repairable. Went from almost spending well over $100 to spending around $20. Thank you all. Thanks Glen.

After years of mountain biking and relocating to Florida, I was a bit worried going to a new shop. I’ve had more poor experiences with an LBS than positive ones. The team at Elite Cycling is bar none is one of the top shops I’ve been to. I needed to sell my pride and joy mountain bike, and the team handled everything for me. Then, they assisted me with a gravel bike, gear, shoe fitting, etc. When you’re in a new territory, all of this can be tough. I can’t express how patient the team was during my selection, answering my questions, and communicating. I’m really thankful for the team at Elite Cycling. As long as I am local, this is the only shop I’ll go to. TLDR; go to Elite.

This is a superior bike shop. Excellent customer service. I’ve bought bikes and accessories here. Great selection and attention to detail.I’ve had bikes repaired here. Excellent mechanics who get it right the first time. I travel a dozen miles here because it’s worth it.

Flying with my tri bike for the first time from Connecticut to race in a half IM and I was a nervous wreck! From the minute I called asking if they do assembly, Debbie answered the phone and IMMEDIATELY set my nerves at ease. She was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make me confident and comfortable. She answered questions, even asked questions about where I was staying and provided travel distances and times to help with planning. Upon arrival, two hours past my anticipated arrival due to flight delays, Debbie was welcoming and the mechanic was working on my bike before I even left the shop! The bike was assembled in under the timeframe I was promised and the entire team were friendly and helpful! Cannot say enough about this shop and only wish I lived closer so I could utilize them more often!

Elite Cycling has the best mechanic and is the best place to service your bike. I drive from downtown Miami to Elite Cycling, passing multiple other bike shops along the way, and will continue to do this whenever my bike needs service. They were recommended to me by a fellow cyclist after I had wasted time getting my Specialized Venge serviced elsewhere, only to have the problem continue. What they charge for service is reasonable and honest. They have serviced my bike for 2 separate and unrelated issues. The second time they gave me money back when the service ended up costing less than the initial estimate (I paid in advance because they needed to order parts. They did not require me to pay in advance, but I felt it was the right thing to do.) I recommend Elite Cycling without reservation for service to your bicycle.

Great customer service, they'll sort out your individual cycling related needs without judging you on how simple or basic your questions might seem to them. Very patient and kind to beginners, at least from my experience with them.

I did an extensive research to decide which road bike to buy, I sent emails to many stores in Miami and the “care with clients” of the Elite Cycling was far superior to the average. The store staff is very competent technically and you feel really helped in making your choices, without pressure for selling more expensive products. Especially the seller Manny was very patient and attentive. Answered all my emails, fulfilled the agreed deadlines and gave me much support in the purchase. Excellent professional. I was very pleased with the purchase and recommend the store.

I have bought all my bikes here. Two Citizens for my wife and I some 7 years ago, (still in excellent shape) and now another two Citizens this year for my daughters; as well as a used Fuji road bike for myself. The prices are more or less the same anywhere, and yes, maybe you can get it cheaper on Amazon. But you don't get to get the feel and the advice. Especially if you are a novice and that is where I think is their value added proposition. Contrary to a couple of the reviews, my experience with the staff has always been top notch and I have found them to be extremely helpful. They will also build your bike for a very reasonable fee if not purchased at the shop. Bottom line, in the case of your first road bike, go in and talk to the guys in the shop. If they don't have what your looking for, they can order for you and build it professionally. Plus they can guide you towards what you are really looking for. I give them 5 stars and a thumbs up.

Great store. Good prices. Cool staff. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a tune up and ended up getting sweet shoes and a versatile kid carrier. Owner Marcello is a really cool guy. Highly recommend. They also rent bikes.

Elite Cycling is the best bike shop/store in the Kendall area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The (owner I assume) manager and his stuff are very knowledgeable. The shop is very clean and organized. If you need a special part, a different bike of what they have in stock or a tool, they can order it for you. Service is quick and prices are very competitive. They have a great selections of high end bike and few low end. Definitely recommended.

Updated review 4/7/18: Been back several times. Had my bike serviced and all has been spot on. Good bike mechanic. In my initial review, I had mentioned that they were pricey, truth is, biking is a pricey hobby. I've been to various shops in the area and they all are. If you dig biking, you deal with it. When comparing this store to others, I've had the best experience here, so I'm now rating them 5 stars!

I have purchased two bikes at this shop and get them tuned and repaired as necessary. From the owner to the other guys in the shop, everybody knows their stuff and there is no snobbery. They talk with the novice with as much passion as they do an experienced road rider. They've got pretty much everything you need, and if they don't they will get it for you or tell you where to get it (fold up wall mount bike rack - Home Depot). 5 stars all the way around.

I've begun a new venture into road biking! Went in to Elite Cycles and began talking with Debbie about the best way to start. She hooked me up with a beautiful Specialized Dolce. She and other staff members were helpful and honest about bike options and add-ons that were more necessary than others. The shop could provide all the bells and whistles, but as someone just starting out, I was hesitant to buy everything they recommended. No one tried to push any extras on me, though after riding the bike for a while, I see that gloves are my next priority when I go back for my free adjustment at the end of the month. I've purchased a handful of bikes in my lifetime, but this was the first time I've felt that the shop had my best interests in mind. Thank you Debbie and Elite Cycles for getting me started!

I've been to other bike shops before and they always charge me for something they almost always throw away. Says a lot about the people working there not minding to help a person out. I drove around town looking to purchase my first carbon frame. Went to 3 places locally before landing at Elite Cycles. I was amazed how difficult it was to just get a frame. Im in a store willing to make a purchase and the best I got was "buy this bike and you sell all the parts you dont need" All I needed was a frame and someone to build the bike. I had all the parts except the frame. I couldn't believe how terrible the customer service was... Walked into Elite and in about 15 minutes they had a great frame set in my price range.
