Nick SelbyI rented a Scott Sub Cross from here for five days. The bike was tip-top, perfectly tuned, spotless, and ready to go when I arrived. The service was friendly, and they provided a lock and would have provided a helmet if I didn't have my own, both at no charge. The only downside was that they charged me $30 for the flat I literally couldn't avoid. I guess I see their point, but $30 is an awful lot for a 10-minute flat repair that also came with a lecture about avoiding the tiny pieces of glass they presented to me as if I was on trial and it was evidence of my malpractice - there's just a lot of glass on the roads in FLL and on a bright sunny day it's hard to see. Strava tells me I rode 129 km in the rental, so clearly I wasn't being negligent and, like, riding through dirt piles - guys, either charge me, or give me a lecture, not both. That said, the rental price was good, and again, the service was friendly - I'd recommend it, and I will rent from them again!

Alex SalamonGreat Service! I arrived at the store after attempting to install clip on pedals on my own. Unfortunately I didn't have the correct tools to do it. I was greeted by a friend of the store who brought my bike into the service area and was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned, the friend apologized for the bike not being ready and asked if I minded if he (not a bike service guy- helping out in the store) could do it. 5 minutes later I was riding away with my new pedals. I've been going to this place for 10 years and will continue to do so!!!
Le MaSeems like they have a lot of techs and employees which is awesome because I’m used to 1 or 2 guys at the shops up north abs never being able to talk to anyone. I literally was riding down A1A and my rear derailleur of a bike I never ride stopped switching while in the lowest gear. 😩 googled closest bike shop and figured it would be a gamble. These guys opened a few minutes after I showed up and just rolled my bike into the back and sprayed some oil in my shifter, took time to make sure the derailleur was switching smoothly, answered my questions, were super chill and friendly, and sent me out the door. So nice and efficient and y’all do notttt know how much I appreciate it! Left a great impression for them to help me out on the fly like that.
