First time riding a bike since I was a kid. Back then it was simple mountain or huffy bikes. Didn’t know as an adult how many different types they had. I went to 5 shops and this was the only one someone approached me for help and within 30 seconds. Great customer service from Anthony, explained the different bikes and what works well with me. Even made me feel comfortable with the bike vocabulary he used. Was patient and explained everything. I feel happy about my purchase and definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

Jerry was extremely helpful and nice. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried several bikes. He made sure that the bikes we tried were in their best condition before we test rode them. He didn’t push the sale on us. Their pricing is extremely competitive. This is our second time buying bikes from here and we will continue to only use this location in the future.

I took my bike here two weeks ago and finally had the time to pick it up last week for a tune up and to change the chain and cassette since they were worn out. I always took my bike to Bike Tech down the road from them but they closed down services but I was very satisfied with my experience here at Cycle World. My bike was ready the following day and when I picked it up the following week, it looked like a brand new bike. A spray polish was put on it to give it a shine and paint protection and the chain and cassette that Julio suggested to put on there work great. I took my bike for a little ride around the street there before leaving to make sure everything worked properly and brought it back in so they can fix the gears a little more and adjust the brakes. The guy at the front desk and the guy who I believe is the manager of the store both took it for a ride themselves to figure out exactly what had to be done and it was worked on immediately. The manager rode it again afterwards to make sure the bike worked properly and had me ride it to make sure I was happy with it. I just took it for the first official ride today and I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work that was done on it. The guy who I believe is the manager of the store took the time to show me lights for my bike since I had expressed interest in nighttime riding and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He also had good deals and discounts on the products. Thank you so much to all those guys who helped me and I plan to bring my bike back here for future services.

We took my grandsons bike to the shop because the back wheel was damaged severely to a point that they were saying it looked unrepairable. The manager Ramiro looked at it and told the tech to try and work on it as much he could. Arturo, the bike repair tech did wonders in repairing it. He was so pleasant with a smile. The bike looks great as if nothing happened to it. These guys are professional, patient, friendly. The Manager Was amazing. I love the excellent customer service and attention they gave us. My grandson was soooo happy…We all left with a smile. This is the place to go to for all your bike needs. ❤️

Would like to commend the customer service rendered by Juan, Kristin & Romero in making a decision to either repair or replace my 30+yr old Swhinn bike which was damaged in a truck accident. They took the time to discuss the options, allowed me to test ride the newer bikes & did not pressure me into a sale. When I asked if I could transfer some of my parts ie seat, bottle holder ect. over to the new bike - no problem. After finally deciding to go with the new bike I felt relieved & excited abt moving forward. I would hope that whatever is salvageable on the old bike - that it will be donated to a worthy cause - so somebody else can be blessed. I was vacationing in South Florida when I stopped by this store to check out mountain bikes. Immediately when I walked through the door I was greeted by Gus and he just gave me the most exceptional service. I ended up getting a beautiful bike that I have already taken to a number of trails and I love it. I wanted them to ship the bike to my home in St. Augustine, FL and they made it happen... No prob. Shipping was blazing fast and the bike was at my doorstep much earlier than I expected. Through out the process Gus kept me updated with pics of the shipping and packaging progress. Gus and Cycle world did everything they promised they would and more... In today's competitive business landscape, customer service goes a long way with me and Gus and Cycle world came through. UPDATE 1/2023: Thanks so much to Cycle World, I had an issue with my 2022 Cervelo S5. It had developed a very faint crack in the headset area so I took it to the shop. Talked to the manager Ram who had the front of the bike disassembled to take pictures and video and assess any possible damage. They sent the pictures to Cervelo and they decided to replace the frame, free of charge. THANK YOU SO MUCH, CERVELO, I've been a rider of Cervelo bikes since 2013, when manager Ram sold me my first one, an S2. Thanks to Ram for facilitating the exchange with Cervelo, he made it happen. Once the frame was delivered to the shop, the best mechanic in Miami worked on rebuilding the new bike, swapping the parts from old to new. Julio, I can't say enough about how detailed, precise and talented this man is working on bikes. When I went to pick up the bike, he explained all the work that he had done, why he had done it, and the process of the new build. VERY DETAILED AND THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIGH-END RACING BIKES. He will be my mechanic for life. When I rode the rebuilt S5 for the first time (Taft ride on Sunday), oh my god the thing was smooth, dialed in, and perfect. Not a squeak, nor rattle, nor weird shift, NOTHING BUT PERFECTION. Thank you again, Julio, you are amazing. That same day I took another bike for Julio to service, I want that perfect feeling on all my bikes. Side note, I'm very picky about how my bars are wrapped, and Julio did the best, cleanest, neatest reverse bar wrap I've ever seen. That alone is worth the trip to the shop, lol. I have three high-end road racing bikes, and Cycle World will be my shop for life. Thanks again to Ram and Julio. Cheers gents. -- PREVIOUS REVIEW: Brought my Cervelo S2 in for a routine service and wow what a great job mechanic Eddy did on my ride! The next day I took it for a 50-miler and the shifting was smooth and effortless. Can't believe what a difference, and I credit the mechanic who took his time and was very patient to explain to me all the things that he had done to the bike. Will definitely be going back and asking for him by name. thanks so much! And to Ramiro, who took my bike for a spin then had the shifting rechecked. Really felt like both of them cared about how my bike was performing. And Robert was great, too, didn't see Calvin who usually helps me; he is awesome as well. Thanks all.

I was nearby at Tropical taking my ( Very old & neglected ) Bike out for a ride. The chain kept slipping off and the right peddle was in poor condition. After already riding through the park a couple of times I did not want to further damage my bike. So I googled nearest bike shops. This location came up as one of the closest and highest rated. I usually don’t just go by reviews but I can tell this place is A1. I entered the repair area and the gentleman on duty explained there was a two to three day wait on repairs. But he still took a look at my bike and said he would see what he can do. I waited for about 10 minutes max and he called me in. My bike was up and running he fixed and oiled up my chain in no time. He barely charged me for this service. I was added to the customer data base just in case any issues came up in the future. It’s been a long time that I experienced such professionalism and great customer service!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 This place is awesome!!!!! They have some pretty nice bikes too!!!!all price ranges!!!! He takes the time to make sure you get the right bike for your needs. The first time I purchased a carbon, I almost bought one that was way too much bike for me, but Gus advised me to get a less expensive one to get started. Since it was my first carbon, he was right, but mind you anywhere else they would have let me get the most expensive one. Not just Gus, you can also see Ana, she's amazing and really knows bikes and riding gear. And if Ana or Gus are busy, then see Adrian, he's also a beast. (It was a new bike, I had purchase at another location and felt it was not done proper when it was purchase, do to was suffering some pains in certain areas.) once there they made me an appointment with Robert, who since I arrive to the store the day of the appointment took care of me and my bike issues very professional. He change his lunch time with a co-worker to take care of me (Even dough i was 20 earlier) but after he adjust the bike, the cleats and everything, ridding has been a pleasant experience, he took his sweet time to explain why he was doing every step of the way, and gave me advices and tips to better ride. Got to give a BIG shout out to my man Gus! I have never visited this place or meet Gus physically. I went to the Giant bicycles website to purchase a 2020 Giant Propel, and there was only one left in my size. The closest store according to the website with this bike was Cycle World of Miami. I live in NC!! When I went to Cycle Worlds website, it did say "in store pickup only." However when I called and asked about the bike, the store representative handed me off to Gus. I told Gus my dilemma and he took it from there!! I paid for the bike via wire transfer on a Friday, I had the bike by the following Tuesday, and a local shop here in NC put it together in three days!! Thank you Gus for making this happen!! Seamless experience!!

I always get great service from everyone at Cycle World but yesterday they were out of this world. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I showed up at the shop on a very busy Saturday with an unexpected and major bike issue less than four hours before my race check in deadline...USAT Nationals no less. They promised to have it ready in time. And they did!!! But the story doesn't stop there. I didn't realize that I left my flat kit at the shop until I got home. They went of their way to make arrangements to get it to me in time for race morning. I qualified for Worlds and couldn't have done it without their help. Thank you to everyone at Cycle World.

My wife and I decided that cycling would be a great way to get healthier and have fun at the same time. We didn't know anything about bikes other than we both rode them as kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff was genuinely friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. We bought our bikes (giant sedona dx and giant sedona wsd dx) with Gus, who is a great and very passionate person who listens to your needs to help find the perfect bike for you. Since we bought our bikes a few weeks back, we have been back several times to buy various accessories with Valeria, Debbie, and Glenn. All of which are equally as passionate, friendly, and helpful as can be! Truly outstanding people! My wife and I have also visited their service center to have different parts of the bike adjusted or tweaked to match our needs. Tom and Robert are not only masters of their trade, they are also genuinely great people and love what they do. On my last ride, I had a flat and when I brought the bike in Robert had it fixed before I could finish telling my story lol. It's not often you walk into a store anymore and feel at home. I promise you, at cycle world, you will! It's nice that they invest themselves into their work and their customers. Being greeted by name is something that most people over look but it shows a level of dedication to customer satisfaction that is truly appreciated by my wife and I. The service provided here by the repairs department on my Electra Amsterdam was fantastic. My bike, which has some modifications on it such as a front hub electric motor and an 8 speed Shimano IGH in the rear, was in a bit of rough shape after I left it sitting outside for a few weeks. I took it in for a major tune up ($80) and was pleasantly surprised by the end result. The bicycle was thoroughly cleaned, all nuts tightened, gears and brakes adjusted, and a bend in the rear rack struts as put back into place. I really value my bicycle and it was unfortunate that I had to leave it outside for some time, but I'm glad I counted on Cycle World to bring it back to good conditions. Will definitely return.

My place to go. The store has a great variety of cycling products from single speed bikes to full suspension mountain bikes. They also have bikes for children. Accessories range from helmets to clothing, lights, bicycle car racks and more. Cycleworld also has an in shop mechanic for your needs. Great place.

june 3rd 2019 i have been a costumer for over 23 years, yesterday i got hit on my bike right down on 57 ave. three older ladies kept going, I came into the cycle world ,not knowing what to do well, wheel management. They treated me like a king. They made service to customers in another demension. These people made even god smile. The question I ask myself why does god bless me like this.

I needed parts for my Schwinn Paramount. I had a vintage 1987 model and surpsingly, they had them! They were very friendly. I looked at the other reviews and the poor criticism seems unreasonable for a local bike store. They can't help it if you got a cheap wheel. It only lasts so long no matter how well they fixed it in the beginning. You criticise the store for a bottle cage that bends? Go blame Trek, not them. And for the people that compalined about the prices. I think they are reasonable because you get a quality product. There is no comparison to the product you get at Wal-Mart and the product you get here.

Went a few days to buy myself and my gf a MTB weve never owned bikes before except for when we were kids. The staff was great. Helped us get the best bikes for us and at a great price he let us tested it and answered all our questions. Management was horrible. The bike was "on sale" 30 bucks cheaper at the register the guy told us that it mustve been a typo and that the correct price was more. I was a bit mad but i loved the bike. He told me helmets where half price off. The simplest one was 120$ everything was over priced. I checked oneline. I had to pick my bike up the next day and go riding with somefriends since it wasnt built. They did not call me the next day so i called them at 1 pm and the guy was like yea its been done for hours. When i left i was approached by a kid maybe 15 years old with an old bike and a flat tire asking me for a wrench so he could fix his bike. I told him to go inside and ask to borrow one. He told me they said no and to leave the store. Never will i ever buy from them again. Only reason i give them three stars was because of the young guy that helped us he was A+
