Me-Anie HopeI always saw this bike shop along my trail and finally needed their services. I was able to come by and get my inner tubes changed in a short amount of time. Everyone was friendly and the repair man even suggested that I get a taller bike for my height which I appreciated. Great service, polite and quick.

Vikas AwasthiThe people at Citrus Park Bikes are the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever find. I have rented different bikes 3-4 times as I decide what kind of bike to buy. Scott, Miguel and Tracy have been very helpful with tips and guidance. Scott went out of his way to adjust the bike exactly to my needs. Strongly recommend you try them out.
Michelle JahrenI had such good customer service today. I took my bike in because I had 3 broken spokes on bike wheel. The Bike tech Miguel suggested I replace the rim. I like the fact he offered me a used rim. Let's face it my bike has some miles on it and I did not want to spend a lot of money on the rim.
He charged me a reasonable price for the rim and labor.
They sent me a text to let me know when my bike was ready.
When I picked up my bike I was greeted with a friendly smile. I will definitely return for any future bike repairs.

Scott is one of the most attentive guys you could meet, he actually cares if the bike works for you and answers all your questions, makes adjustments, and is "nice" the whole time; a rare thing these days. i consider myself lucky to have a local bike shop that helps us average riders get better and get the right equipment at a decent price. Laura FranksA gentleman named Scott helped me out today and I must share that I have not had customer service that good in a very long time! He did a repair on my bike and made sure that it was just right. He also made sure that I understood how to use the bike rack that I got and gave me a really good price on it. As someone who has worked in customer service, I recognize when someone goes above and beyond for great customer service!
Tracy MurphyScott was a delight!! I had attempted to assemble our bikes myself, the key word there is attempted. When I realized it would be better to have a professional take a look, we called Citrus Park Bikes. Every step of the way, Scott was kind, clear and helpful. He never once talked down to either of us or made me feel bad for trying to assemble the bikes on my own, which is something I often dread when in a specialty shop. We'll be returning to Citrus Park Bikes for all of our bike needs for as long as we're in the area!
Charles OlsonMiguel is awesome! He put together a 92' GT Vertigo I bought and had shipped. They pick up and drop off your ride if you can't fit it in your car also.
