An older man who has not used his good bike in years. I wanted to give it to a private org that is getting items to those in need due to Hurricane Ian. I took the bike in and explained why I needed it updated. Lenny, the mechanic, got on it quickly and in no time cables were replaced and adjustments made. I can't thank Lenny & owner Sal for their quick attention when they understood it was for someone in need. Big Momma's Bicycles has my complete loyalty and recommendation to anyone that needs either a bike or service. These are people of good character and integrity.

Stopped by today. I was having a gear issue on a used bike I just bought at Goodwill. The bike was stuck in low gear.. Sal was great. He immediately assisted. He checked out the problem and was able to do a work around so I could get to mid-gears. He didn't even charge me. I will definitely be coming back soon to get a complete tune up on the bike. I highly recommend this place!!!

5+ Stars! Outstanding Team! I brought in my son's bike tire to see if they could help with placing an O ring fastener on the back chain sprocket. A very kind gentleman took the tire, grabbed a tool and put the ring in place...and handed the tire back. Very grateful. The store has all things bicycles. Great store and incredible service. Low key rental shop offers the BEST service and great quality bikes. We rented 4 bikes for 2 weeks and it added so much to our family vacay. Dont use the "other guys" , they might offer a fancy storefront but their service has gone way downhill.

Awesome service. Came in to have them look at my squeaking break and they worked on it for a good 20 min. Changed the pad, clean the wheel, oil it and voila fixed! And they didn’t charge me either. Honestly great people, best service.

Sal and his team were the most cordial, helpful, and efficient repair technicians I’ve ever worked with. Came in with a bicycle with unknown issues, and they quickly diagnosed it, repaired it (mostly gear lines and brake pads, with other minor adjustments) and had me out in under 30 minutes. Easiest 5 stars ever. Came to Naples for the week and rented a Bianchi road bike for the week. Walked in and picked up the bike (same day rental). Pricing was very reasonable and on the cheaper end. Bike was clean, could tell it was serviced, and had zero issues. Staff was incredibly friendly, answered questioned on good paths, and made the overall experience super easy and enjoyable. Will absolutely rent again from Big Momma’s!

It had been 20+ years since purchasing a bike and I didn't have a lot of product knowledge. Hunter was knowledgable, patient and was able to give me choices in my price range. After I chose a bike, he walked it over to the technicians who did a final inspection, shined it up (it rained during my test ride) and Hunter delivered it to my home later that day! I brought in an old trike I had redone but was having trouble installing a new chain and front brake. Sal and Lenny went above and beyond helping me with it. They fixed the issues but most importantly they showed me how to do it. They were SO nice and didn’t make me feel stupid cause I didn’t know how to do it (I’ve experienced that at other bike shops). I asked a lot of questions and they were more than happy to answer them all. Hands down the best bike shop I’ve been too and I’ve been to a lot, as I like to ride and redo bikes. I will definitely be back for any of my bike needs and if not just to say Hi and thank them again and prolly ask some more questions. Outstanding customer service, thank you both SO MUCH!!

Fantastic service. Brought my bike in to be reconditioned on a Saturday, got a call Sunday morning stating it was finished. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They even took time when I picked the bike up to make adjustments while I was there to ensure I was comfortable with the ride. Highly recommend them!

Can't say enough about this place. absolutely the easiest part of my Naples trip. working with the people at this place was like a cool breeze. got a great bike and it took about 5 minutes. it cost less than I was expecting. bike was awesome. brought it back on Sunday and as it turns out I was late by about a half an hour and the place was closed, so I locked it up outside and left a message and got no extra extra charges or hassle. instead of ringing me up for a few extra bucks, they did the right thing and now I will sing their praises forever. long live quality and customer service ... you should definitely visit BM if you are looking to ride in Naples

This place was great when we discovered it 5 years ago and I was delighted to see that they still are thriving. They pay attention to detail and provide value added service. While they noticed my wife's bike needed cleaning and brake adjustment when we were there they gave us the code on how to navigate the bike paths to the beaches along the gulf. We were used to the continuous paths in NJ and Amelia island. Instead they showed us why we kept running into so many dead ends and how to navigate this area. Glad to be back permanently and have such a a helpful and responsive shop

I took a broken down bike to them to see if it Could be repaired. They called me the same day to let me know it was on recall and they even gave me the name of the company to call and talk to them. The company told me the exact same thing that Sal, from Big Mommas bicycles told me. They charged me nothing for doing this and will also recycle the bike for me. I would highly recommend them because they are very fair and very honest. I will be taking my other bike for a tuneup.

My sons and I have rented bikes from Big Mamas before and have always got great bikes at a good price. This year over Christmas we rented 4 bikes for a week. Rob fitted us all well for just what we needed. Bikes all worked great. Location is very convenient to Lauder Milk Beach and the Venetian Village area. Exceptional service! I used to have a home in Naples and bought two bikes there and always received good service. Good recently turned to exceptional after I moved to Miami and my wife needed a new longer seat post for her Biria bike. It has a 30mm post which is very hard to find. I went to 4 bike shops in Miami who could not help or did not try very hard. I emailed the company and got no response. In desperation I called Big Mommas where the bike was purchased.4 years ago,. They had no business reason to help other than being nice people. But Rob went to work on line, located a seat post and mailed it to me in Miami at no extra cost. You cannot put a price on this quality of service. It comes from inside and the way you value people and relationships. You can trust this business and its people.

I had a bike at my rental property, but the tires were really worn-out. I looked online, and found the great reviews for Big Momma’s Bicycles, and decided to drive there with my bike to get the tires replaced. I am so glad I did. Sal is the shop foreman, and he has about 5 bike repair people. There was no waiting, and Sal assigned my bike to Len, which was very fortuitous. Len helped me take my bike out of the back of my SUV, and was immediately able to diagnose what needed to be done. While I walked around in the shop, Len quickly went to work replacing my tires and tubes, and then made sure the gears and brakes worked correctly. After he was done, Len helped me get the bike back in my vehicle. I took the bike out for a 13 mile ride yesterday, and it felt better and operated like a brand new bike. Kudos and thanks to Len, and for the team that Sal has working for and with him. The shop also rents a large number of bikes by the day or longer. Do not hesitate to go to Big Momma’s (right behind the Hertz) for a quick and well done repair or tune-up.

My wife and I bought two great bikes there but upon riding them that day, we discovered that they weren’t for us, as the style was not compatible. I drive by two closer bike stores to have my bikes serviced at Big Mommas, Ray is a genius bike mechanic, and I appreciate the friendly vibe and courteous service. I recently purchased an E-bike that needed assembly, and once again Big Mommas came through. Most bike stores will not touch an E-bike they don't carry, yet they don't have anything in stock to buy. Ray assembled the bike and traded parts with another of my bikes to make it fit me. I highly recommend Big Mommas to all my friends and family!

Wow! Great service, friendly, and fast! I was visiting relatives and took my recumbent bike to Big Momma’s Bicycles to have my back brakes adjusted. The nice gentleman checked my front brake also and found that it was broken and needed to be replaced. I think Sal at Big Momma's Bicycles in Naples Florida created the customer-service benchmark that all businesses should try to achieve. I rented a bike from Big Momma's Bicycles so I could explore the downtown Naples. Sal wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the rental. So he asked which bike design I wanted. I mentioned that the first bike that I test rode wasn't a perfect fit but I could use it for a few hours. He stated that I should try another bike. He put air in the tires of a second bike which was a perfect fit. I overheard him talking to two customers and noticed that he wanted to make sure they got the bike to meet their needs and did not try to oversell. Big Momma's Bicycles reminded me of the businesses on the Andy Griffith Show that have the small town feeling and focus on customer service.

We recently moved to the area, but prior to the move we rented from Big Momma's while in town renovating the house. They always provided us the best bikes, trailers, and helmets for the kids. They suggested trips for us to take with the little ones and even extended our rental periods without having to give notice. Once we moved here, we actually purchased bikes from them because we enjoyed the cruisers so much. When I came into the shop, they repaired my existing bike at no cost because the movers had put it together wrong. Such good people to have around the corner and do business with! Highly recommend!

I’ve been riding around Naples my entire life and have never had a problem with snow birds until about a month ago. One of these 90 year old New Yorkers pulled out without even looking and I ran into the front side of his car. Thankfully I’m alright but my bike had seen better days. My brakes and handle bars broke and need to be replaced and the front rim folded like a taco. The head mechanic, Rey, was amazingly able to bend my rim back and replace a few spokes and saved me money on buying a new rim! I thought it was going to take forever to get repaired but within 24 hours, I was back on the road! All of the work and parts for under $50! I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone how wants to be treated fairly and get quality service!

Excellent service for a 2 hour rental. Very friendly and helpful. Bikes worked great! We parked across the street in the shopping center lot because the Hertz dealer next door had taken over the lot. Will definitely rent here of back in town. Rode to the beach access down the street to see where it was for later, then south along the ocean. Nice bike lane for 4 miles or so.

My wife and daughter needed major help with there bikes and it was Sal to the rescue! Helped load and unload bikes and fixed and filled the tires!!! They were so happy! Do not go anywhere else for your bikes! I have used Big Momma’s Bicycles for over 10 years. They have always done a very good job with the regular maintenance of my Gary Fisher bicycles. Long story short after hurricane Irma my perfectly maintained bicycles were destroyed! I had hoped that the mechanics at Big Momma’s could make them road worthy again but was resigned to the fact that they would not look that great. Well after a couple of days I received a call that my bikes were finished. First off: the Google Maps navigation to this store is currently NOT correct! The nav tries to take you down a side street, but the store itself actually does front on Seagate drive, right behind the Hertz. (Obviously this is not the owner's fault at all, just letting people know so you don't get lost.) In any case, you should definitely go there because the store is great! I dropped by to get a back rack for a bike I already owned, but then I had trouble figuring out how to install it. Not only did the they install it themselves at no extra charge, but the tech actually shifted a brake line so that it fit better. He was very meticulous and it shows! The owner is a great guy too. Love this great place! They really took care of my needs. They can pick up your bike if it needs repair and deliver it back. They also have bike rentals they can bring you, or you get there. I fell in love with the rental bike. Rides awesome, you can go forever on it. It also has a basket, bell and super comfy grips. Easy location, too, right up from the Beach maybe 1/2 mile tops, near shopping, and sidewalks to ride on. It's tucked in, so you don't notice it easily from the road. There's a charming coffee house adjacent to it. Definitely go. Lots of good bikes for sale as well as accessories.

We wanted to start riding again and are clueless about bikes. We took both bikes to Big Momma's, open to buying new or rehabbing the old ones My partner tried 3 Cruiser style bikes and bought a Sun Drifter She received absolutely no pressure to buy new and is beyond happy. Tony gave her a great trade in value on her old Rockhopper. For me, I really loved my old Trek 820 and was hoping it could be rehabbed. Tony said it had quality Shimano parts and was worth the rehab. The cost of this was so fair, especially compared to the price of the used and new bikes I had been looking at. The bike looks brand new and Tony said if I decided I wanted a new one (in case I get jealous of my partners new one), he would give me a great trade in for my Trek. Tony even put a bike stand together for me. Without a kickstand my bike has been leaning in the garage for years. Now it stands upright and out of the way. Thanks Tony. Again, this is the place to go if you care to have a new or used bike and feel fully informed and involved in what you are purchasing.

Great and knowledgable service I brought my vintage 1977 Motebecane to another local bike shop who screwed up the rear derailleur and put a replacement chain that was too small which prevented the bike to shift at all. We bought a tandem bike that is also a trike, a three wheeler and a two seater all in one. This unique bike was for my wife and her disease, a subset of ALS, that is robbing her of the use of her hands and now starting to attack the her legs with muscle atrophy and nerve failure. She can longer ride a standard bike or even a standard tandem bike. The guys at Big Momma's Bikes are stand up guys and promised to assemble the bike even though they didn't carry that unique bike (unlike other local bike stores). I would gladly advertise for these guys and how they handled the whole deal. Tough times for businesses like this with Covid-19, but these guys are professional, courteous and just plain good people. Support this shop, whether you are local or tourist, they deserve and have earned it, in my opinion!

Stopped by store and was offered a variety of bikes to rent and to my surprise they even offered a road bike for rent. I got a "new" Bianchi twelve speed that was adjusted for me, given directions/map and spent 90 minutes on a beautiful ride along primary beach access road through Naples. The location of Big Mamma's a few blocks from a great ride along a safe and beautiful road with a bike lane. Went about 25 miles without any incident. I had a great experience there.

I can't say enough about these guys. We just moved to the area and this shop is down the street from our house. I come to find out my 11 year old daughter has stopped in and gotten her tires checked, chain tightened and they have never charged her. I find this out when my daughter crashed her bike and really banged it up. She walked it in there and they called me up and said they were busy but they see my daughter biking all the time so they will drop what they are doing so they can get her back on her bike fast. They say it really need new forks $160 but they can probably hammer it out and make it passable for $60 and it will be ready tomorrow. 3 hours later my phone rings the bike is ready and I said I will send my daughter in with my credit card is that ok? No problem. She comes home ear to ear smiling bike looking good as new minus a few dings and they only charged her $30. 30 bucks isn't much to most people, wasn't much to me 3 months ago, and probably isn't much to them. But we lost our home and jobs 3 months ago in the islands in the hurricane so 30 bucks makes a difference to me now. They had no idea what it meant to me or my daughter it was just them being the honest cool people they are and that's how they do business. When FEMA and insurance checks finally arrive I am buying all you guys a big lunch. You are absolutely the best people ever. Thank You!!!

Awesome Bike Rentals in Naples Florida - Our family flies down to Naples every year and for the last five years we have rented bikes from big Momma's Bike rentals. Every year I chenck the rental rates at the other shops before calling Momma's and every year I get a cheaper bike rental rate than at any of the other shops. They are very competitive and if you present them with a better offer they will match or beat it. We usually rent the multi-speed cruisers with the WeeHoo attachment for our kid. She loves it. Lot's of "Yahoo's" from he back seat, though I keep telling her it's a WeeHoo. THe bikes are always either new or in great shape. Always great service and little extras. they really want you to have a great time. Easily the best bike, service and prices in Naples.
