AJs Bikes has always been a great place to shop with knowledgeable staff. I picked up my Fuse Comp there last year and went back last week to upgrade my fork. Not only did they have forks in stock but they had a couple to choose from. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive fork but one that fit my needs/bike that was still a huge upgrade. They were able to install same day and also upgrade my bottom bracket and cranks. Cannot beat the timing to get it done and knowledgeable staff. We all know bikes/parts are expensive but you definitely get your money worth at AJs!!

It is ALWAYS a pleasure when I come here! The staff are amazing, friendly, super knowledgeable. There has not been a single time I’ve been in the store and not have had a good laugh. Great people! Maintenance or install, other shops quoted me weeks wait time and AJ’s had a few days wait or even same day for me! They do not discriminate on bike brands!

Excellent bike shop and just a great group of people working at AJ's. Purchased a couple of bikes from them and each time they have taken care of me. Thank you to Ryan and the guys for helping me customize my Santa Cruz. Did excellent work and it exceeded my expectations.

Have visited the shop for parts in the past but first time having a tune-up for my Orbea, staff was always friendly, and even as slammed as they were they made room to take in my bike with a quick turn-around! Shop is 15 miles out of my normal traveled roads but will definitely return again and again. Stay awesome AJ’s!

I was looking for a bike and I was lucky enough to order a bike from another local shop. I shared this with my coworker and he recommended that I visit AJ’s for all the accessories for my new bike. I took some time and went to AJ’s bike shop. There Jovina waited on me and the service was superb. Great patience and also great selection for my new bike. After we went over my list I felt compelled to inquire about their bikes. Long story short I bought a new bike and all the accessories from her. Customer service was beyond my expectations and I went back and order some Carbonfiber wheels and lots of all other thing. Casey in service was awesome, this is the level of dedication they have. I took the bike to get the wheels and other things on. Casey was off but, he stated he will come in and work on my bike to get it done before the weekend came so I could ride it. Wow if that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is. Strongly recommend them they will have my business for life. To all that work there THANK YOU!!! 💪🏼 Pete Nazario

I walked in to buy a Specialized Stumpjumper and ended up buying a Status 140 instead. While the geometry wasn't exactly what I wanted, the parts on the bike were worth the trade off. The staff were great. Answered all the questions I had. My bike wasn't in stock so it had to be shipped to the store. Shipping took 10 business days so slightly more than usual, no biggie. Would buy from them again.
