Great service, good stock for bike parts. My di2 battery was toast 4 weeks before my race, Mt. Baker Hill Climb. I was searching an internal battery for Shimano di2 system. I called 15 shops in Seattle including big shops like REI, Gregg's and high reviews shops like Montlake, Counter Blance... No one has that specific battery in their stock also Shimano factory is way behind since Covid. I was about gave up then Woodinville Bicycle shop has last battery what needed. Thank you, thank you!!!!❤

I went to 2 bike shops today. Woodinville Bicycle being the second and they hit it out of the field on helpful friendly staff and service. I turned up 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday. The staff here were super friendly and helpful. They let my 8 year old try out the bike to make sure she was happy. We didn't feel pushed into buying. A great experience and one my daughter will remember. Highly recommended.

went in for some quick repairs on Sunday afternoon and the helpful staff member (didn't catch his name) managed to fix the play in my headset in 15 minutes, all the while helping any questions I had on the bike without any of the snobby attitude some bike stores in seattle have very happy with the price of the labor - $20 for headset adjustment/installation

If you like an exceptional, personalized and great value service, this is the place to go. They really went above and beyond to help me get a bike for my kid's birthday even if there was not much coming in. Sequoia, Mike, Pete, Sam, Erik and the rest of the team are awesome. When you go in, ask them about their great extra services which come with a bike purchase that the other bike shops do not have.

After having a bad experience at another bike shop down the road from Woodinville Bicycle, my new bike (mainly front fork) was in pieces and I desperately needed help putting it back together. These guys said they were quoting out 2-3 weeks due to the busy season (and local race events), but they were super awesome and reassembled my bike the same day (and I think they worked late for this). Super friendly and helpful which was a breath of fresh air after my last experience.

Fantastic store. My wife and I went here in search of new mountain bikes. We not only found great bikes but had easily the best customer service we've ever experienced. Shannon, Jason and their colleagues really know their stuff. They skillfully devoted a lot of time to ensuring the right fit and were incredibly accommodating of the unique time and packaging constraints my wife and I had due to being based overseas. I can't recommend this store enough, and if we ever move back to Seattle areas it'll definitely be our go-to choice.

I have purchased a couple bikes there in the past and have had my bikes serviced there as well. Including bikes I didn't even purchase there. I recently got a Specialized Roubaix from Woodinville Bicycle and had a very positive experience. The staff was very willing to take whatever time was needed to help me find the best fit and the bike most suited to my needs. They had lots of advice about what might be practical and well suited to my commute while listening to my wants. They even suggested ways to save money and avoid buying a product, suggesting a better less expensive alternative. Despite the hassle of pulling stock from all over the store I was able to ride around 6 different bikes and take the time I needed to choose what I liked. They also spent over an hour with me trying over 10 different saddles to find a good fit. In the end they suggested I break in the current saddle a little and return if I still wanted to swap out for a different one. In summary the staff were excellent listeners, well informed, helpful, and willing to devote whatever time was needed to ensure you find a good bike for your needs. I am extremely appreciative and will be back numerous times in the future despite the 17mile bike up to the store!

I am a regular pretty much at WB, and how can I not be: the service these guys give, from the owner (Mike) to the entire staff, is just plain exceptional. Every time, they bend over backwards for you. Which is why I shop there often, buying little things to 3 different bikes over the years: they're pros and they treat you like a valued customer every time. Can't recommend more highly.

Over the last 4 years, I have had 4 bikes built up and then routinely maintained by this shop, and the service is so fast and so expert, that I cannot withhold my 5-star, top-shelf recommendation. It's a complete shop, making spot on bike/component recommendations followed by expert tech/repair advice when needed. I had the front/rear cassettes and chain replaced at Woodinville Bicycle. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly and they completed the repairs right on time. The phone was down when I called to check if the repairs were completed (thanks Comcast), I sent them a message through their website and two separate people called me on their personal cell phones to update me on the repair status. It's not the closest bike shop to me, but I will definitely bring my bike back when further repairs are needed. Thanks!

As a teenager trying to learn how to care for my bike, their help has been invaluable, and one of their employees lent me his personal tool as I was trying to buy my own copy. Very worth the trip

This is now my default shop for service, quick fixes and essentials. Every time I've gone in here, I've walked away happier and more knowledged than when I came in. A recent visit was due to a faulty install of an S-Works crank and power meter by another popular local shop, which led to the crank failing while on the trail. Managed to walk in on a busy Saturday morning and was out in 15 minutes and back on the trail with a new-feeling bike due to their professional knowledge and accommodating attitude. I regret not coming to them in the first place. These guys are awesome.

Came in for some brake and shifting issues and thought I would need to leave the bike for a few days. Surprisingly, the cool guys there quickly replaced the pads, adjusted the brakes, and fixed my shifting issues right away. I was in and out quick. Great service.

Knowledgeable service staff, but for a high price. Coming from Olympia with a background in Portland, bicycles are a big part of who I am. This business, like others in the area, is here to make money first and foremost. Be wary when asking them to 'fix' things wrong with your bike. The local library will lend you a book on how to adjust and replace parts at no cost to you.. Other than that they have a large selection of new and older items, and they're certainly friendly.
