Been waiting a long time for this store to open so I could get my 2020 Remedy serviced. I met Alex, the store manager at an enduro race and felt confident to leave my bike with them. I told them the services I wanted and Alex suggested the service package best suited for my bike. I added on additional items and left for vacation. While out Alex messaged me to let me know the status and kept me updated when a delay occurred. After the bike was finished a test ride revealed a minor shifting issue, but they were able to take care of it same day. Prices were reasonable for what I wanted, communication was prompt and informative, and the team at Trek Bikes Silverdale are awesome, they personally invest in your satisfaction. I will be continue to shop there and highly recommend them to all my friends.

Great customer service and the entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of Trek products. We dropped off my husbands 2020 Allant +8 to have a cable replaced and we were written up by Adrian, he was very thorough in listening to what service was needed. Add to that it was so nice that he noticed another repair that he showed us that is a known problem with the key tumbler and that there was a bulletin out on that bike and they would also be taking care of that matter under warranty. After a quick 24 hour turn around the bike was done and looks great. Thank you Alex, Adrian and Cale we look forward to seeing guys again soon.

What a great addition to the Trails complex. The workers are amazing. Alex was very informative and helpful beyond belief. I will always go to the Trek shop for any bike needs. I drove 20k miles across the United States over 4 months and stopped at every bike shop I could….this is hands down the best place I visited! The entire team is so helpful and super knowledgeable! I would highly recommend going out of your way to stop in and check out the selection of bikes or take your bike in for service! Thank you all 🤘

They have a great selection of bicycles and I found the team to be extremely helpful and friendly. The staff didn't pressure me into making purchases and they were prompt in setting up different bicycles for quick test rides. I'm fairly new to cycling but have put in over a thousand miles this year on my CTY 1.1. My new Trek FTX 3 is an amazing upgrade. Same lower gear, twenty percent slower on the top end but the crank is extremely stiff and responsive and no hassle in changing between sprockets on the front. I love how the clutched derailleur prevents chain noise going over bumps. I will find it hard to ever take my previous bike on a ride again, it's that much better. I asked the team how to get a more aggressive stance from the FTX and they suggested flipping the stem which made it much more comfortable to ride aggressively without the drop bars. I would have loved to get drop bars but couldn't justify spending more and making it a more valuable target for theft. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

The entire staff at this location was so helpful, friendly and fun to work with. I brought in an old bike to be assembled and they were so thorough with everything through the process and I felt very taken care of, even with an older bicycle. Definitely recommend.

I got 2022 trek rail 9.8 GX. Over an hour driving but 3 trek crews helped me like a family. My English is not that great but they made me feel comfortable and explained detail stuff about bike. Big chunk of money but I didn’t hesitated to buy my bike from them. If need new bike or services just go to trek Silverdale.

I took my bike in for their second level maintenance service. While performing it they broke a motor bolt. It took them two weeks to fix it. During the first commute ride I noticed that the chain ring wasn’t catching all of the gears. I contacted the shop and they apologized for delay, fixed the problem with the chain ring, and other problems not noticed and were able to deliver the bike for me.

My sister brought in her ebike for a small repair and adjustment. They took care of the problem without charging her. We have also come in and asked questions before the store was even open. We met Alex and he answered questions for us. A lot of my family have ebikes. We will be regular customers.. . It’s great having you in Silverdale. Thank you and good luck.

I was pleased with the staff and the atmosphere, they were not pushy and simply asked if I had any questions and left me alone when i declined, but were quick to get back to me when I did have a few inquiries. The manager was who I dealt with mainly and seemed very knowledgeable. Store has a wide selection of the Trek line up of cycles and quality accessories to go along.
