Trek products are always of supreme quality and what makes the experience even better is that the team @ Trek Redmond is PHENOMENAL! Everyone is so knowledgeable, committed and excited to help you get what you want and even what you don’t know that you need to have a safe, comfortable, quality, stylish (if that’s your jam—it definitely was mine!) ride—wherever it is that you may be adventuring! I am forever grateful for Jay and crew for their patience, technical prowess, instructional guide, trail suggestions, aesthetic recommendations and just genuinely being amazing people to hang with while I color coordinated everything on my bike. It rides great and looks even better!!!!

Despite living in the area for over 30 years, this was my first visit to Trek Bicycle Redmond. It was a wonderful experience. The appearance of the store was clean and spacious. I was helped in a very professional manner by several people, including the store manager. I thought the days of personable, interested, and patient service were long gone. This store is a throwback to earlier days of small, service-oriented businesses. I will definitely return when it's time to purchase a new bike. P.S. I've ridden Trek for the last 20+ years.

I really want to say thanks to Jason! Thank you help me get my first bike 🚲 it’s awesome and I did a 9-mile riding in CKC right after I got it with rain 🌧 and wind 💨 haha. Few things: 1. He’s very informative and patient. Sent me through all hybrid road and mountain bikes in store. From how brake & shifter & paddle & more works to all the model and tire size etc. 2. Even when I’ve already made my decision, he suggested me to give a trial ride and he realized it’s not the perfect size for me. So he suggested several ways to help me get a bike fits me perfect. He adjusted the seat even the angel, cannot name it… 3. It was a very nice experience to have some one teach me all the terms and how bike works and even cycling skills or tips. I would say it’s much more fun like I’m talking with my friend and I really Enjoy it while get my perfect bike. 4. Thank you to spent 4hrs with me from with patience! 😆 Love it so far probably want a Domane few months later : )

Brought my son's bike for service. Great customer service, took the time to explain in details what they will be doing to the bike. I mentioned that my bike was doing some noise when braking. Told me to bring it when I'll pick up my son's bike so they can have a look. And so I did. Again was very helpful and patient and actually did fix the bike on the spot. I was really impressed by the quality of the customer service and care provided to the bikes. I highly recommend!

I got my Trek Speed Concept here a few years ago, and everyone who works here has been so incredibly helpful and nice whenever I need any services or gear. Some bike shops feel intimidating, like needing help with your bike maintenance is an annoyance, but Trek Redmond is the opposite of this! Even when they are busy (because they are popular) they will take the time to help, communicate timelines when needed, and make you feel glad you can count on them for your bike needs. Besides the great service, I also really love my bike.

As a long-time, knowledgeable female road rider (but not quite a mechanic), it was so great to walk into this Trek store and NOT be condescended to. I came in with and idea of what bike model I might want, and associates asked me legit questions to help me find/confirm the best bike for my multitude of needs. We had good debates about what accessories I could add that would enhance my experience vs. ones that wouldn't. It took about 3 months and 5 trips to get everything ordered and properly installed, but they let me take the bike home with a deposit that very first day. Collectively, it ended up being pricier than the next level up, but I ended up getting exactly what I needed and wanted for my needs: a daily grocery/work commuter that can also pull my dog trailer for overnight tours, plus the ability to ride my local MTB trail and fire roads. I'm happy and look forward to continuing to do tune ups and visits here in the future.

I had a great experience at Trek Redmond. The store has all the bike essentials and the products are nicely displayed. I came in to get a new tire and ended up picking up some other stuff as well. The various routes suggested on the wall will make you excited about all the fun you can have going out for a ride.

I can't say enough good things about this shop! I needed to send my bike trainer to Wahoo for a replacement. I went to the Redmond Trek store to see if they might have a box I could use for shipping. Not only did they provide me with a box; they removed the cassette for me, packed the box and, using my shipping label, included my box with their outgoing Fedex shipment. This saved me SO much time and effort and kept me from lugging a heavy box to Fedex. As I purchased my trainer from a bike shop in Ohio, the Redmond store had no obligation to help me with it at all. Definitely above and beyond level of service!

This store is amazing, since it is not a franchise and a direct representation of TREK (as i was told). They were most professional and at the same time very friendly. I am definitely coming back as my training continues.. They don't upsell will patiently listen to what your needs are and take their time to tell you the ones that you need I loved how the team at Redmond Trek came together understood my needs and helped me buy the right bike for my pursuits.. customizing it with price and performance and goals in mind. The best part about buying from Trek is definitely the interactions with people at the Trek store. I ended up buying a Trek Domane SL6 with etap SRAM force and red components. They let me demo several bikes and patiently answered all my questions, helping me find just the right bike for my needs. My wife and I ordered new bikes, but understood that due to supply issues they would take several months to arrive. During our wait we visited the Trek Redmond store several times, sometimes just dreaming other times looking for something specific (gloves, bells, helmets) to use with our older bikes. Every time we were continually pleased with our experience and their professionalism, friendliness, and seeming to actually enjoy helping people. Our new bikes arrived and the level of customer care remained EXTREMELY high. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our car’s bike rack so by the time we’d fixed those issues we were picking up our bikes in the middle of a beautiful (weather-wise) Saturday afternoon and the showroom floor was extremely busy. As we were being assisted, I watched and as busy as the store was with customers, they were greeted and helped quickly and efficiently. The staff was busy but there wasn’t the slightest appearance of anything other than enjoying each interaction with the public. This store could be a study of how to be effective and offer friendly customer service. So, believe the extremely positive reviews this store is truly excellent. On a personal note, I’d like to let Seth and Curtis know that I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and look forward to working with them and the rest of the Redmond Trek staff in the future.

Honest, super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went in for what I thought was to get a new tire on my mountain bike. They explained that all was needed was additional sealant for the tubeless tire which they did right there on the spot and for free. This will be my new bike shop for anything bike.

In springtime of last year, I bought two e-bikes from Trek. Since then, everyone at Trek Redmond has taken incredible care of us. Twice, they've looked over our bikes for small issues, made everything right, and ensured that our investments (and wow e-bikes are an investment!) are in good shape. I had bought my wife an electric bicycle for Christmas which she assembled at home. We ran into a couple of issues that required a professional eye and touch. I called Trek today, and Curtis who answered let me know when I asked that I could bring the bike in to have it looked at. I brought it in to the store and I received immediate attention from the moment I arrived. Paige, one of the bike techs, put the bike on a holder and went right to work on it for me. Within 15 mins she had corrected the issues with the bike. When I asked about payment, I was told I would not be charged for the "quick and easy fix". Excellent bike shop. I drove 2 hours from Blaine, WA at the U.S. / Canadian border to Redmond, WA. Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and really knows a lot about bikes. The staff is very professional and courtesy. They agree on Tuesday to hold the (2) bikes I wanted until Saturday when I could drive down. They easily could have sold those bikes to someone else, but they honored my phone call and held them for me. They had both bikes built and waiting for me with my name on them. The salesman even called me Saturday morning to let me know they were ready. It's very difficult to find a Verve right now, let alone two in the same size. The mechanic that did the final on our bikes even showed my wife and I the proper way to clean and lube the chain. I drove for the bikes, but the service was 5 STARS. I highly recommend this shop.

Our first time to the store today. In our current new-normal of the pandemic, the Redmond location is not requiring appointments for in-store shopping, but to control the number of people in the store, they have the front doors cordoned off with line markers, and store staff greet you outside and escort you in once they have room to bring you into the building. The store is clean, has a great layout, a nice selection of bikes and accessories, and the ability to do custom orders as needed. Our salesperson today was very knowledgeable of the Trek line, in addition to being very courteous and professional. Overall, a great in-person experience of the Trek brand, and a great first experience in the store.

I purchased two Roscoe 7s here in the fall, since this purchase I have had some minor issues with both my derailleur and cassette. These issues were all manufacturer based and were handled beautifully by the shop. Chris Sharp provided the best customer service I have ever received. He educated me on the ins & outs of the bike and reassured me continuously that he would get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks to Chris, my bike is riding like it's brand new. Just got my first road bike (not from here) and went in to get a helmet and all the accessories. One of the folks at the store went isle by isle with me, got me fitted with a helmet, showed me everything I need, and even showed how to install a few things and how to use some accessories along the way. Even got a free inner tube with the repair kit. Really nice and helpful people all around. Will definitely be back for things as they come up and future service, and will pick up my next bike here too - definitely sold on this Trek experience.

I bought a bike used online and took it in to have it checked out because it was an older bike and thought it would need some repair. The staff was incredibly helpful - I hadn’t ridden a bike in years, and they helped me get up to speed with all the questions I had about bikes, gear, etc. They made it fun, fixed the bike I brought in (needed tires and a new chain), and adjusted the seat for a more comfortable ride. Now I’m excited to get out and ride with confidence! *Note, the bike I brought in wasn’t even a Trek, but you wouldn’t know it from the enthusiasm the staff showed in helping me out. I highly recommend this store and its team of experts!

They took the care to explain to me what they did along with a document detailing all of the components on my bicycle and their status. 5 Star Service!!!! I brought my bike in after being in a dusty parking garage for at least 4 years and they explained the tires get indented because of being out of air for that long. I asked how much air is and they laughed and said "well, air is free." Hahaha!! So he took it in for 10 minutes or so and removed a broken reflector for me and put air in the tires. I rode it in the parking lot and it's good as new! Someone next to me at the service entrance also complimented my bike and they seemed like frequent shoppers and were very nice! I bought the bike at the now closed Performance Bike, so I was nervous finding a new bike shop. Gregg's cycle would have been closer for me, but was not taking service orders at the moment. Trek has a new customer!

The best bike shop in town! Trek completed some maintenance work on my Trek bike a few months ago and now after heavy riding my back brakes were mushy. I took it down and Chris their service manager took the 15 minutes to adjust the brakes on the spot and showed me how to do it myself. Truly excellent service. If there is one thing that is special about this store, it is their Exceptional Customer Service. More than any other local bike shop in the Seattle area. Especially so when compared with other bike shops in Redmond. I visited this Trek store more than 10 times in the last year for various reasons- to enquire about purchasing the bike, to get various bikes fixed etc. Each and every one of those times, i came back satisfied. My questions were answered, concerns were listened to & issues fixed - All in a very respectful & friendly way. The technical staff are truly exceptional and can fix any problem in your bike. My Domane had a seat post slippage and I was very concerned if they will cover the warranty as it is expensive. To my surprise, they really took care of the problem - replaced the seat post without charging me a dime. Highly recommend.

Great customer service here. Just got my first Trek bike from this store. The buying process was super simple and the staff was very helpful. I worked with Jim, the manager, and he had all of the answers, including sizing me (I'm tall) for a frame. On pickup, no kickstand was installed so I requested that one be attached. Zach helped me right away to get it done. Unfortunately, on installing the kickstand, a bolt broke off in my frame. They tried for quite some time to remove it and eventually gave up. They gave me the option of either getting a new frame shipped or getting a different style of kickstand. They even compensated my lost time by throwing in the kickstand for free. I've taken my bike in 2 rides so far and it is a great fit. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the guys at the Redmond Trek Store!

Ordered a Powerfly FS 4 in October and was told due to limited supply it probably wouldn’t arrive until March. Bike arrived December 10th! When picking up the bike, Curtis thoroughly explained the features and dialed in shock settings and seat adjustment. Curtis also at my request, removed the plastic reflectors and “dork disc”. Very happy with the bike and the buying experience .

Not only is this place one of the most dangerous candy stores in town, it’s also run by a bunch of honest people who love biking more than anything. I have bought multiple bikes from the Trek Redmond store and every single time I have been there, I was treated like my time and questions were important and they answered them clearly and directly. U either get a review when I have a bad experience or an outstanding experience. I have been to two other Trek stores and I did not have the experience or treatment I got here. Mark and Jake both took their time to help size me and answered all of my questions. They were honest and did not push me one way or the other. I just bought a new bike online but it had a clicking noise from the derailleur. Took the bike to a local bike shop and was told that the bike needed a new derailleur but they couldn't fix it for another 2 weeks due to their busy schedule. This morning, I called Trek and they asked me to take the bike in for an assessment. I took it in and one of the staff looked at it, adjusted the derailleur arm (not sure what to call it), adjusted the cable tension to make sure the gears engage correctly, ... and all of that for free. I call that an awesome service! Guess where I'm going to take my bike from now on. Thank you Trek. You guys are awesome!

Great customer service! I recently bought a new Emonda and absolutely love it! I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Redmond. I've been buying Trek since I started cycling and racing in 2014. I came into the Redmond store with my husband to buy a new bike for my 50th birthday. Due to low inventory, there wasn't much in my size. However, David went above and beyond. A Project One bike (Madone) that had just come in. We wanted to see it, so he drove to their offsite warehouse to bring it back so we could take a peek. It was in the box and needed to be assembled. We put a deposit on it, and came back to pick up about 10 days later. When I arrived to pick it up, there was another Project One bike (Emonda) that had just been put on display. David set me to test ride both. I decided on the Emonda, which I absolutely love! David and the others Trek team members we're incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I'm new to the cycling world so after visiting several shops trying to figure it out on my own it was a relief to get some really helpful insight from the guys at Trek. Jake was the man and helped me through the whole process. He heard me out, asked the right questions, laid out several options and helped me pick out a killer bike. I was a little skeptical going into a corporate branded bike shop vs a local shop for fear of being pressured into their world (just the way it is sometimes) But I didn't feel 'sold' at all, he even helped me save money by being straight up about what I needed to get started and cut out the noise and marketing jargon. My tire needed a new inner tube after it was replaced I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home which is only 10 mnts away. The person who repared my tire insisted that it is not worth it for me to go and come back he said after all it's Christmas. Took in a women's bike that was boxed up and mailed to me from Utah. Since it's pandemic time, Trek employee met me outside and removed my bike for me....told me it'd be 7 to 10 days before I could pick it up. I was quoted $100 to have it put back together. When I picked up the bike 7 days later, a different Trek Employee helped me get my bike, even before the store was open! And the cost turned out to be $75 since it was more put together than they initially thought. Very impressed. Excellent customer service. In addition, I bought an electric bike from them last year and their customer service was again excellent. Highly recommend!

I have test ridden and evaluated a lot of different brands and models of bikes before choosing the Trek Checkpoint. There's lots of quality, suitable bikes in the marketplace to choose from, but for me the fit, range of uses, components and attachment options offered in that price range led to my decision to purchase the Checkpoint ALR5. At higher price points I was giving serious considerations to choosing an e-bike option instead.The staff, in particular Jake, were very knowledgeable and patient in helping me understand the characteristics of these bikes and not just pushing for a sale. Had a great experience while buying a bike from here. First of all, I really appreciated their safety pre-cautions regarding the covid-19 situation. They had hand sanitizers on premise and encouraged customers to use it, which made me feel safe. I have made couple of visits first to do research, then to do further research, next to do test ride and finally for my purchase. I never felt pressured towards one way or another. At the same time the associates were patient and helpful to answer my questions. One small addition that I think can improve the store experience even better is that currently the store doesn't seem to provide bike fitting services. A bike fitter service would really improve my experience.

In the many bike shops in different states I've been to, this Trek Bicycle store is one of the best bike shop to which I've ever been. Bikes and other merchandise set up is great and the variety of the options is fantastic - I was definitely provided with what I needed. Was able to get my bike fitted amazingly (had a fitting at another shop that wasn't right but at this shop, they measured and made the changes so now biking is better for me physically as well as more enjoyable). I recently had them install custom handlebars that I ordered for my old bike, and there was some unexpected labor once they got the handlebars in-store. I set out to find an Emonda SL7 in a size 56 during this pandemic and found 2 in the entire greater Seattle area. One was at the Trek in southcenter, but someone had crashed it during a test ride.. so that one was out. The other was in Redmond. The customer service at this location was fantastic. As someone who has worked in 4 different shops over a span of 10 years I really appreciated that all of the sales guys I talked to just enjoyed talking about cool bikes. I had such a great experience at Trek Redmond. I had brought in my bicycle, which was a way older model, to be repaired because someone had stolen my back tire and damaged a lot of other moving parts in the process. I previously brought this bicycle to another bike shop up the street about a year prior to just have them spruce it up. When I brought the bicycle into their shop I was met with rude comments along with the final consensus that the bicycle wasn't even worth their time. I definitely did not receive this response at Trek! Zac(h) helped me price out everything I needed and made sure that I didn't go over budget for what I was looking for. My management company was paying for damages and Zac(h) was extremely thorough and not only printed out separate charged/ double copies of receipts for my records, but also emailed me confirmation to send over to my L.L. The whole time he was understanding, kind and overall excited to work on my bike, regardless of the condition. I just picked up my bicycle and couldn't be happier. It's in great looking shape and I can't wait to ride it around for the summer. Thanks Trek and Zac(h)!

Stellar service dept. I had been trying to fix my front derailleur for about 4 hours with no luck. Took it into these guys, I think Chris. Rock solid, he told me it was either gunk in the shifter or it might be something more severe. It was not a tension problem as I suspected.
