The bike mechanics at Trek Issaquah are awesome. I broke a rear derailleur and hanger on a Saturday and called them in a panic because I'm training for a big bike trip. They replaced the hangar and derailleur that afternoon while I waited. Thanks for the skilled and timely service!

I really appreciate working with you. Sam - best all around new guy on the floor, really a pleasant, helpful and responsive guy. Finally - Great job in the marketing department! I've noticed so many improvements since my local shop became company owned. For example, I'm so impressed with the co-branding on the Superfeet inserts. What a great upsell and really makes me feel pampered. In 2014 or 2015, I met a local ride organizer by the name of Mark. He and I became friends. He shared with me that his job was to make the mostly amateur riders he supported feel like rock stars, because that's what they dream the life of a pro rider is like. Well, you guys at Trek are definitely doing just that - making us cyclists feel like rock stars. Keep up the great work!

Very awesome people here. They took my bike in right before closing to fix a flat and then went above and beyond to take care of other things needed, like replace brake pads, apply chain lube .. etc. All while smiling and sharing friendly chats. Gave me a free water bottle. Asked if I needed water which I could refill or they could for me. I mean they're just awesome.

Went to the east side to get out of Seattle and decided to stop in a bike shop since I just started biking since I have this idea that I will do a triathlon next year (literally went on my first ride this morning). Was able to get parking right up front, the store was easy to find. The atmosphere was super laid back and not intimidating for a newbie like myself. Looked at a few things and then an employee approached me. Asked me great pointed questions and gave me a few tips and solutions to what I was encountering. Ended up with a cool jersey and some gloves. Although slightly out of my way due to Jacob (associate) I will bring my bike in there to get some help and guidance with. Overall, wonderful experience.

Christina and Julie were very helpful in my bike purchase. I appreciated their knowledgeability, especially Christina's expert opinion and focus on my needs and priorities. I appreciated being able to take extensive test rides on several bikes, which enabled getting fitted for the proper size frame, which was a problem with my bike purchase last year (at this same Trek, different sales folks). I utilized the trade in program which made the upgrade easy and affordable. The 30 day tweak period and 1 yr free service are valuable services.

During the COVID-19 situation, I was having trouble finding a bike of my choice. Luckily this store had a piece and they helped me with reserving it until I could try and pick it up on the next available appointment. I was helped by the staff through out my appointment: from test ride to showing how to put the bike into our crossover car! They fit the accessories for free when you buy them during the bike purchase. There is not a lot of brand choices, but there is a fair selection if you are sure about your budget. > The first maintenance within 30 days is free. 🙌🏽

I am happy to recommend Trek Bicycle in Issaquah. Collin greeted me at the door. I already had a bike in mind after shopping online. He asked me questions to make sure it was the right type. Fortunately, the bike was in stock despite supply challenges across the industry. Collin fitted me for size and let me take a test ride. After I decided to make a purchase, we went through the accessories. I never felt pressured or swayed in a certain direction during the entire visit. The service dept quickly added my accessories. Collin introduced me to the service manager, and they explained what my bike included in the first year. The other employees in the shop were friendly. I'm a long-time retailer and appreciated the store's cleanliness and organization as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I couldn't ask for more.

I bought a Trek bicycle in September, when the inventory was low. I ordered a bike without getting to try it. I recently picked up my bike and after trying it out in the store it didn’t seem like the best style for me. The salesperson totally helped me choose the perfect bike and try it in store. He taught me all about the bike because I last bought one 30 years ago! Went for a ride yesterday and I love my new Trek bike!

Trek Issaquah has been nothing but helpful and kind during my shopping experiences. The staff helped me pick out two bikes for my kids (and installed the drink holders/bells for me), then researched bike racks when I called back a couple days later. I had been super overwhelmed and worried I was picking the wrong kind for my car, and they took all the guess-work out of it. After ordering, I was pleasantly surprised when they called back to ask if they would like me to assemble it (yes, please!). I picked it up yesterday, and they installed it/showed me how all the levers work, and I was on my way. Thanks for everything!

Such a great experience with staff offering to put together my bicycle rear view mirror and install it for free. They also helped fix my kickstand for free. All unsolicited, meaning they initiated the offer instead of me having to ask. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

LOVE this bike shop! Manager and staff are friendly, above-and-beyond helpful, and honest. We've bought our kids' bikes here for years, and recently needed to size up all 3 of my kids. They helped us find the most affordable options for all 3 kids and allowed us to trade in their old bikes for a discount on the new ones (even though technically they should have denied us, because we were past the deadline for trade-ins). Because of the bike shortage, we needed to pre-order 2 bikes (and we decided to just spruce up one of the older kids' bikes for our youngest). Staff communicated really well with us at each step, and the bikes even arrived early! Collin also helped us with some quick repairs for my daughter's bike same day, and had helpful, knowledgeable suggestions for us. He even ran in back and found some handlebar grip plugs for the ends to make it a safer ride. My kiddos are seriously thrilled, as am I -- thanks guys!

Services were great! I brought in my wife’s trek roscoe that we just got 2nd hand. The bolts from the dropper post to the saddle was extremely tight where I couldn’t get it off myself. I’m so glad Trek Bike Shop helped me out with that without totaling the dropper. They also did pedals swap and a rear brake bleed and it was all reasonably priced! My wife is very happy with the bike and the fit, she feels comfortable on it. Great people and great services. We will be back 100%.

This particular Trek location will be getting all my bicycle related business for the foreseeable future. I visited Bellevue and Issaquah on numerous occasions for help selecting a new bike for my intended use. Both locations had super helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager, Jake, at Issaquah went far beyond reasonable expectations to help ensure I was happy with my purchase.

Love this place. Here's my story: It was the weekend of that wild heatwave (June 2021). I'd called ahead to inform the store that I was dropping my bike off for service that afternoon. Two hours later I arrive to the shop with my bike, but the lights are off and the store is closed. As I was about to walk away, Jake, the Store Manager, popped up at the door. It turns out that 30 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone the power went out. Knowing I was driving from Seattle with my bike, Jake waited in the dark, by himself (he sent staff home), without AC, during a record heatwave, in order to meet a customer's needs. I was very impressed; talk about hell (literally) or high-water! Also on a previous visit I had spoken to Claire, who runs the service center, and she is very knowledgeable, fair, and friendly.

I got introduced to Issaquah Trek when I collected one of the online orders from the store. I liked the local bicycle setup they have and the individual attention. This bike buying experience was simply great. I have been looking for this online for a while and then called up a few people and ordered it through the Issaquah store. I went in yesterday and Mike was an amazing rep! He explained everything I needed to know and all the benefits including the lifetime warranty on frame. I am yet to ride my bike but the buying experience was superb!

Service here is amazing! The derailleur cassette broke on my son’s bike while we were riding at Duthie Hill and we thought the day was ruined. So we popped into town and went to REI where they said it would take a week to fix. Did a little Google search and found the Trek shop, so we headed over. I walked in and was greeted by some great dudes. They asked me to bring the bike in right away and they quickly diagnosed the issue. After a quick check for the part they told me it would be about 20 minutes! Sure enough they finished in just about 20 and we were headed back up the hill to finish our ride. Whenever I’m in town, this is the only shop I’ll go to from now on. Thanks Trek Dudes!!!

If you want a new bike or get a newer bike serviced, and you don't have anything exotic or Campy, this is a decent option. But if you have a bike you want to service or get parts for that's 8 or 10 years old or more, you're probably going to be out of luck. Trek corporate increasingly doesn't provide parts to be able to maintain and service older bikes including their own Trek branded models. Rebuilding a Bontrager wheel with replacement parts for use with a Bontrager hub with caliper brakes should be a cinch at any Trek store nationwide. Not anymore. I estimate there at least 2 million bikes that are Trek branded that can't or won't be serviced by any Trek shop. Call me crazy but I think keeping a used 2007 Trek 2100 bike purchase for $350 on the road and out of the landfill is worth more than having to drop $13,000 for a brand new Trek Madone limited edition that any track shop nationwide will gladly and certainly be capable of servicing. When cycling becomes a hobby that is inaccessible to the masses, the category becomes too narrow and will collapse. And $7,000 e-bikes from Trek aren't the solution for the masses either.

The absolute best bike shop I’ve ever been to. I stayed away from bike shops for years and learned how to service my bikes myself because I always felt like I was looked down on by the employees for being less experienced or having an inexpensive bike based off their own wrong impressions. This shop has welcomed me with open arms and been nothing but kind and helpful. They host a Sunday night mountain bike ride every Sunday and after purchasing my Trek Remedy 9.8 from their shop months ago I’ve only missed the Sunday ride once, and I’ve gained many many new mountain biker friends who have pushed my skills to a whole new level. This shop is a gem, and I hope more people start to recognize this amazing resource as time goes on. Zach, Nicci, Igby (the dog), Hughie, Chris, and Mike are all big time skilled and knowledgeable cyclists with no ego about it. Come and see for yourself, and I’m sure you will want to become a regular too.

The Issaquah store staff—Dylan, Nicci and (one more, darnit, I’ve forgotten his name) knew the Trek products, know a lot about biking, asked me the right questions to help me discern what I need, spoke from personal experience, and they listened. They realized I needed some accessories to transition my gear from a 1989s Trek road bike to trail, knew that I needed advice, but they didn’t overdo it or try my pet peeve of upselling. I was super impressed by them after visiting REI and another local shop. The Trek people turned me, and I left the store with a cool Roscoe MTB bike that I’m very happy with. They rock!

I'd just like to shout out Stephanie, Logan, and Sam. I bought a frame their a few months ago and have had a few problems that needed warranty support. While this stunk and I had to have some time off my bike because of it they were amazing in the support they provided. And when there was a longer period of time I'd have to give them the bike for they got me an awesome loaner to keep me rolling in the meantime. Thanks again for all the help hopefully I'll be back soon for positive reasons not warranty reasons. 🤞
