I needed a matte black helmet by Thousand for my daughter's 4th birthday. The one I purchased locally ended up being too big. There was no phone number to contact Thousand and try to expedite shipment of the right size in time. However, a Google search led me to another local retailer carrying Thousand helmets. After explaining the situation to Scott, he got ahold of Thousand and was able to have it shipped so that it would arrive in time. He also offered to have it delivered to my house if need be. There was a lot of preparation for my daughter's party, so when Scott did call to say it had arrived, delivery was absolutely needed. Mike came all the way across town to deliver during rush hour traffic. That level of customer service really resonates with me. Shots and Sprockets have earned all my business moving forward and I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you guys!

If you need work done on your bike in Seattle, this is the spot. Scott and the team took care of my Rad bike with utmost care and professionalism. They offered advice on a weird problem and got me back on the road fast. I use my bike to do... everything?...and it's awesome to get help from folks that get how serious it is to have your bike worked on + lose your mobility. They also took the time and care to fix a dozen little annoying things on my bike without me needing to ask. That is way above and beyond. Now when's the espresso window opening up? 🤣

Found my new bike shop! I ordered an e-bike online and it arrived with the hydraulic brakes unusable. Other shops were booked out for a month - but Mike was able to come by the very next day. He was honest about some of the challenges and set expectations for when he should be able to have it fixed. While awaiting information from the manufacturer, Mike and his team were able to get the bike working and quickly got it back to me. Really happy with the service, great communication and promptness of everything. Now I can get out and enjoy the weather!

Awesome company. I do not know bikes well and I had originally signed up for a bike service with them that would have cost me more money but after Mike reviewed my needs he recommended a cheaper option they had. They legit are looking out for you and not just trying to charge the most possible. Highly recommend 🤙

Brett, Scott, and Mike are fantastic!!! I was on a time pinch on a Sunday afternoon, and these gents went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and able to ride this week. The tube I needed wasn't in stock, so Mike dropped what he was doing and rushed home to grab a few from his work van. Brett taught me how to replace the tube, and they sent me out the door with their blessing. Awesome team!

Great service. Got a flat tire in the middle of a long bike ride and they replaced the inner tube, pumped up both tires, and sent us on our way in under 10 minutes. Excellent little spot and very convenient- will come back any time we are in the area.

Shots and Sprockets is the best. They have done great work on our bikes and are always super friendly and helpful. As women who are used to being man-splained to every time we enter a bike or outdoor gear shop, my partner and I agree that these guys are as genuine, helpful, and respectful as it gets. They also worked super hard to rebuild my partner’s shifter rather than just sell her a new one, which won’t be forgotten when we need bike service again!

They did a Seattle Scrub on my bike and took some really embedded gunk off the frame. Nice job! More importantly, they fixed a skipping issue with a new chain and cassette that another shop had put on the bike but never managed to adjust correctly. Scott took care of it!
