Seattle E-Bike has an amazing team that is very knowledgeable & accommodating. Mackenzie did an amazing job wrapping my bars with a wrap I brought in with gel inserters. Alex shopped and advised on new tires. When my preferred tires were not available through their distributor they had no issues with me purchasing from elsewhere and having the tires shipped to the shop. My bike was ready an hour after the tires were delivered. The cost was reasonable and transparent.

Really helpful staff and good assortment for a small shop- not just for elite, top of the line bikes. Very much an approachable neighborhood bike shop- community service in action. They didn’t push sales but were available and very knowledgeable about all kinds of questions. Very happy with my bike purchase- a very positive experience on all levels.

I had my Aventon Aventure shipped here directly from the manufacturer to be assembled. This shop called me as soon as the bike was received and confirmed all of my information. They had my bike done the next day! Very communicative and professional. When I arrived to pick up my bike, the staff got me sorted right away. I asked them about bike locks and they gave me a lot of useful and insightful information which led to a purchase of a nice Abus lock. They also showed me around the bike and the functionality and features of it when I informed them that it had been a while since I had ridden a nice bike. Upon inspection of my bike and after riding it home(45 minutes away), I can affirm that the quality of work the shop put into assembling my bike was absolutely top-tier. All in all I have had a VERY good experience here and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

The service here is amazing. I bought a used ebike on OfferUp and it needed a lot of work of course I didn't know that when I bought it. Alex and his team diagnosed many issues over many weeks but at the end of the day I got a bike I love.

Great service and some especially good prices on sale items. 3 month follow up: After having my scheduled maintenance and general tune up I rate them with 5 stars again. Great service on my Ebike and they are the place to go for sales just talk to Alex. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of electric bikes and more! Best ebike shop in Seattle! Great staff, knowledgeable and want you to have the right bike for you, no sleazy sales pitching, just good solid info about bikes. AND great support, bought my bike here a year and half ago, and I bring it in anytime I have an issue or just want a tune up.

Got a quick competent ad-hoc bike service to get rid of a clicking sound when I pedaled. Didn't even need an appointment, they identified and fixed the issue right away, and on top of that the charge was lower than what I would have been ready for. Will be happy to have our new e-bikes (which we bought online) serviced here going forward!

A friend and I went there for a screw that we needed for another bike and the guys also helped me make a decision on a future purchase I wanted to make , I would say they were very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. If I needed anything and we're in the area I would definitely see these people again.
