Bryan H.I don't live locally, but Bothell shipped the bike I wanted to me. From the first communication, I had an owner call me back to talk about the process and how it would work. He totally sold me. Once the bike arrived, I was blown away at the care and level of detail in how they packed the bike up. Form fitting foam, rubber boots on metal parts, layered bubble wrap..... that Pivot was safe and snug. Bike came with the signed checklist they went through and all manuals/parts. Assembly was mostly complete, and they even had the tubeless tires/rims ready for just adding sealant and inflating. Wow. From start to finish, customer service to delivery, I'm quite satisfied. Thanks, Bothell.

Kuni Fitz-GeraldAbsolutely fabulous shop. Dominik (sorry if I butcher the spelling of your name) in particular really helped me get my new bike dialed in, and was very friendly and helpful.
As of April 2021, there isn’t a huge selection of mountain bikes aside from expensive boutique brands, but that’s the story all around the world.
Anything bike related, these are the guys to go to!
michael leekerGreat shop - quick service to rent a bike- great bike - great price at $40 per day and right next to paved trails !!! Highly recommend!! No helmet rentals though bring own or ride without . I would use this shop again for sure!!
Jake DI contacted these guys when a good friend of mine told me about the experience she had with them when they built her two custom Pivot bikes. I live in South Carolina but figured it was worth calling them to talk about getting a new ride when I heard about her experience. I just got off the phone with John a few hours ago when I just placed my order for my new Pivot Mach 6 Carbon. It was obvious Johns own passion for riding and a nice whip. He was super helpful and took the time with me to walk through a few different options on the bike and things that were worth while to consider. This is my dream bike that I’ve been working up to for a long and and I tell myself it’s the last one I’m gonna do,.. but should the need for my family of riders to increase one day in the future I’ll definitely be giving these guys a call back up to work out the next one. They share your passion for the ride, treat you right on the deal and definitely make the whole process smooth as Kashima. You won’t regret hittin them up for parts or your next setup!

thegrimschilkxxMe and my family just bought 3 bikes here today, I'm a hefty guy with strong legs and pedaled too hard up hill changing gears after I got home with the bike and broke a chain link. Luckily this shop is amazing and I brought it back and got a new chain.
Great customer service and they have a free maintenance clinic from 10am to 11:30am 1st Saturday of every month if you want to learn to do stuff yourself and replace your own parts.
I know I'll be showing up next time to learn.
