Cassandra is the best. My partner and I visited here and test rode e-bikes. Cassandra was full of information and generous with her time. No condescending mansplaining at this bike shop, yay! I ended up meeting someone who had the exact bike I wanted so didn’t end up purchasing from here but I wanted to leave a positive word.

I've been getting my bikes (both regular and e-bike) serviced here for years and completely trust Tom and his team. Recently, my bike was slightly damaged when I was hit by a car and they prioritized repairing it that day so I could commute in the evening. I'm sure it threw a wrench into his scheduled repairs, but I greatly appreciated his willingness to get me back on the road so soon. These guys are great!

I needed pedals for my new bike but didn't know how to put them on. Employee at the front desk came outside to look at my bike then brought me and my bike back inside to help me get the pedals on. It was a low price purchase but they went out of their way to help me out. Really appreciated it.

Tom is super awesome! As are Dave and the young guy with the ball cap in the service section (sorry, didn't get your name). I brought my bike in on a Friday late afternoon with some gear shifting issues. We were on Bainbridge only for 2 days, so I kind of needed speedy service. And I got it - and much more. My bike was ready before they even opened the next day and I got some great advice from Tom on what to do to make my "ride" even better. We had a fabulous ride on Bainbridge and will be back for more. And maybe those upgrades Tom recommended. Thank you, guys!

Tom and his staff are always very accommodating. I'm a commuter and they have always flexed their hours to help me with emergency and routine maintenance just to get me back on the road. "Just knock on the door and I'll let you in" is the standard line. The bike they sold me about 6 years ago is still going strong. 10K miles of hard commuting and a lot of good fun. Thanks guys . Update- Fall 2019-Moved to Kingston this summer and to the end of a gravel drive on a 10% grade. I needed some extra "help" to get me up that hill. BI cycle set up up with some lower gearing (new rear cassette) and two new gravel tires. Maximum effect with minimal cost!! Thanks so much.

Everything a "local bike shop" should be. Tom and crew are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have bought 7 bikes (kids, family, etc.) in as many years from BI Cycle and every transaction is always a pleasant experience. I never feel oversold. The service department is terrific. No reason to go elsewhere.

Great experience! While shopping Bainbridge Island on vacation, I found the bike I've been looking for. ....at B.I. Cycles. They packed it for me and I shipped it home. There was a ton of problems with the shipper (avoid Brown.....just sayin'). The shop had no obigation, but they went above and beyond to help me get my bike. Great guys, great purchase experience. Super happy with my bike!

Because of this group of fantastic peeps I am set for my first in a long time ride. Furnished all my accessories. From gloves, hat..whoops mean helmet😊, great jacket with zip off sleeves, bike rack, which set off my Suby safety backup and they to remedied that too, and tons of encouragement!! It’s 3 1/2 hrs from my home but no matter they are and will be my mainstay. Thank you Casandra, Tom and Brett.
