The sales associates were very nice. They gave me good advice and was very attentive to my needs. I was pleased with the work that was done to my bikes. Really wanted to make sure these bikes were safe and ready for the kids to go bike riding this weekend. Did a quick test drive in tje parking lot and everything felt right. Thanks Tread Bike Shop job well done!

Tread is one of The Bronx' fully stocked bicycle shops. They offer a range of accessories for both large and small units. And, also have a variety of visors for Tour de France types. Haven't I had not had the opportunity to use the service, but it appears to be a well-oiled ship. In the heart of Dyckman city center. The personnel are professional, competent and accessible. This is not a final destination for anybody with a custom/e-bike. But at least they can help with many important issues that frequently arise with the difficult terrain of the region. I'm definitely going back.

Top Notch Customer service. Went in to get some clips and shoes and Danny was a tremendous help. I’m new to cycling and Danny made this experience amazing. He even took time to make sure I knew how to Clip in and out on the pedals. I felt so comfortable after doing a couple lessons with him. His enthusiasm and knowledge is unmatched. Thank you 👌👌👍

I dropped my road bike off for a full tuneup and I got it back in less than a week. It rides better than ever! They did an excellent job retaping my handlebar and they even managed to fix an issue with one of my bottle cages. I really appreciate their work!

I bought a cheap craiglist bike at the top of the pandemic that needed more work than I could put into it. So I stuffed in into storage for two years and was only recently able to get back to it. Since both of the tires were off their rims I had to carry the bike into Tread BIke Shop. I asked for the total overhaul including new tires. A few short days later my fully functional riding machine was ready for me! Color me a happy customer.

My friend and I were riding the Erie Canal and Empire State trails from Buffalo to NYC when my rear wheel completely failed. We're from North Carolina and didn't know any bike shops when another cyclist stopped and recommended I go to Tread. Ozzie, Danny and the tech crew were incredibly welcoming while doing everything in their power to get me back on the trail to finish the last 15 miles to Battery Park... Found me a temporary wheel they had in the shop, prepped and installed it on my bike...we were back on the road in 1hr to finish our trip. Special thanks to Ozzie, Danny and the crew for support to the biking community and going out of their way to help some an out-of-towner! Highly recommend this shop!

The mechanic went out of his way to make sure I was happy with new pedals.... he set 3 different ones up for me and even shaved the final set down so that they would fit my new toe cages. In effect he customized my pedals at no extra cost and accompanied by delightful conversation. WAYYYYY above and beyond........
