These days you can shop for the best deals on merch everywhere and online. But if you appreciate service above all else, then Mike and his manager Shane are the ones to go to. When I needed bike rentals for an extended week in NOLA to scout and explore the area for a group cycling event, Mike measured me and my girlfriend for a great pair of hybrid bikes (new!) with lights, cable locks, helmets (which we didn't need -- we had our own) AND conveniently swapped out the pedals for our own sets that we brought from home. The rental transaction was easy and Mike graciously waived the requirement of a credit card, opting to accept my debit card without complaint. And when tallying the rental total he fairly assessed the rental time allowing for a partial day's use and early return. SERVICE MATTERS and I recommend him highly. Mike: We will return again as promised!

Shout out to mike and the gang. Super quick and easy. Good spot to bike in the area. We biked around the park and ate at the local spots. It was a beautiful day. I recommend staying on bike lane as much as you can. Inside streets are extremely bumpy lol.

I brought my bike (Schwinn hybrid) in for a tune up and now it rides like a dream. I’ll probably bring it back every 1,000 miles or whatever the recommendation is. They ask that you get it in before 1 and pick it up before 5. They don’t keep them overnight. I was a few minutes past the drop off time but they were able to accommodate me. Next time I’ll definitely have it there on time. They have a new life long customer.
