Super knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. Brought my bike in after a few years of not riding it for a tune up, staff were honest and didn't try to upsell me on work that didn't need doing. Only needed a brake adjustment, gear tweak and lube, and I was out the door for under $30, instead of $50-60 or more for a full tune up.

Fantastic bicycle repair service and price. My bicycle had a broken rear axle and bent skewer. The bike shop guys had a few part bikes lying around and they were able to use those (at my discretion) instead of ordering a new axle. This saved me about 50% and the entire repair was complete in just a few hours. I've never had a bike shop offer gently used, but solid parts before. That was fantastic and I really appreciated it. My bike rides brand new now, I would definitely recommend. Dustin and Austin are really friendly, incredibly responsive, and tip-top bike mechanics.

I’m so happy with my bike tune up! I called them to see how much it would cost and was quoted at roughly $50. Once the bike mechanic saw the condition the bike was in, he told me to hang tight and that he could fix it on the spot! That made me happy; then the cashier told me it would be nearly half the cost I was quoted over the phone! They have a new lifetime customer. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Thank y’all so much!

The folkx in the bike shop always make time for repairs versus making you wait two days to fix a flat tire like some other shops ahem. I'd gladly walk my broken bike twice as far to get their great service, and I have and will continue to. As a newer bike owner, I appreciate Austin's patience and willingness to teach and answer my questions. A+ service

I took my bike in to get a new tire along with a new inner tube and got a pretty good price and I even got in-store rewards credit. My experience there was awesome. I give Massey's an A++.

I was about to order a couple of inner tubes for my road bike through Amazon, but I decided to shop local. My neighbor recommended me this shop because he is a frequent customer and sung its praises. This place has excellent customer service and all the workers were extremely pleasant. The gentleman at the door thanked me for coming in and asked if I needed anything, I just said “inner tubes?” and he gestured up the stairs and to the back. Their prices were cheaper than Amazon and the quality seemed comparable or slightly better than Amazon’s. The gentleman that rung me out thanked me for coming in and made small talk while checking me out. The store seemed to have a good selection of outdoor products too, I didn’t have time to walk around the store, I just wanted to get in and get out. I just moved to NOLA within the past year and I’m glad to say that I will be frequenting this establishment for all my future bicycle purchases.

Traveling from California we got the information for masseys from the internet. I needed a new bike rack to replace my 4 bike rack that cracked when I hit a big bump in the road. They went out of their way to assemble the new rack and they even took off my old rack installed the new one. Then they even loaded my bikes back on!!! I was sooo grateful. Good service is so hard to find, but excellent service should be rewarded. So do all your business with these folks. They are great! Thanks again! Jeri😎

They really help me out every spring when I get my bike tuned-up; I do not have the tools and space like I used to, so getting some fresh rubber and cable adjustments for a reasonable labor/parts price that matches the quote is a great beginning to the Season!

Just wish it wasn't so expensive. The hipster vibe doesn't bother me, especially because the employees are really nice one on one. The guy from the bike section is really informed and friendly. He's probably not being paid enough for his contribution to the store.

I went there to find bikes, to buy some parts and some clothes and i found help, kindness and creativity ( i needed solutions to organize a long trip!). I met Alex and Wilson and they were great! Ask for them if you go there for bikes

Great place for outdoor gear and bicycle the staff is great and out of the way helpful highly recommend if on a bike tour of the south or whatever you need help or equipment they are the go to in that area
