I’m super late on writing a review, but I enjoyed renting bikes from y’all. Now I forget the guys name, but he didn’t have to much faith in me and my girls on how long we were gonna be riding for, but he was right cuz it was to damn hot and we were definitely outta shape lol🙆🏾‍♀️😮‍💨 But overall great experience and even better conversation after we returned the bikes

I highly recommend Bae’s Bike Rentals! Service was great and fast. We didn’t have a reservation, just walked in and rented two bikes. They also gave us a route recommendation - it made for a great first evening in New Orleans.

They were courteous by calling before my appointment to confirm if I was still available to make it. I had a great time and so did my daughter and niece. I would recommend there service to anyone who visits New Orleans like we did. Great way to end our last night.

My experience here was marred with issues primarily due to incompetent and dishonest staffing. However, those issues were promptly addressed personally for me by higher management. The lady i dealt with at the store failed to provide quality service in multiple regards (potentially intentional overcharge and flat tires), but luckily she was terminated the next day of my review being posted with an apology, full refund and future discount from management. Despite my issues, I am happy to confirm that those who run the business care deeply to ensure customers are treated to the best of their ability. Be aware of what you're paying for, keep receipts, and if you feel like you've been truly done wrong, those in charge are willing to listen and correct for their mistakes.

Gentleman working the desk was so polite and nice! Gave us greatvdirections for a nice ride on the esplanade and to the park. The bikes were very nice and easy to ride. Came with optional lights, a bell and a basket as well as a lock! Super comfy seats! Cute little hidden gem of a store. Would rent here again. Family of 4 - We had a blast. Roads are a bit scary though. My kids are 13 and 15 and were fine but you get kids it would be risky due to crazy traffic.

Quick, friendly service! Booked full day rental morning of on a Sunday. Bikes were great and the baskets were really helpful for our stuff! Only wish they had road bike style seats instead of cruiser style for the full day rentals. We didn't ride at dark, but the lights were nice to have (and a fun addition) in case we did!

Very nice bikes. Loved the lights . Makes it safe riding at night. Very good locks that are safe and strong. They even give you a Bluetooth radio! The owners are a cute couple that are super friendly and nice! We had a issue with a pedle and they exchanged the bike for us easily. We also lost a lock and they didn't over charge us. Great company and we will definitely use them again in the future just for the amazing service!! You need bikes in new Orleans to get around easily!! Thanks so much!

Bae's was a great place to rent bikes. They were so helpful, easy to reserve and communicate with, and the bikes were in great shape and just as expected. The gentleman at the desk was so friendly and gave us great directions to the Lafitte Greenway. (The Greenway is a 2.6 mile pedestrian & bike path that goes from the French Quarter to the cemeteries. A fabulous ride!) The icing on the cake is that Bae's is also a luggage storage location, so we were able to drop our luggage there and ride before having to catch our flight home. Highly recommend Bae's!
