The gang at Franklin Trek are tops. Very knowledgeable. Very fair minded. It's not just about making the sale with them. The want to be sure that every customer loves their bike. That was my experience anyway. I had lots of questions. They were very patient. They let me try out a bunch of bikes and helped me pick out just the right one. When the Frankin store did not have the right size for me, we found one at the Blacksburg Va Trek store. And it was perfect! I ride my bike all the time now. Feel pretty fit and healthier, and am super grateful for the great service provided by the whole Trek family, and especially the guys at Blacksburg and Franklin!

What a fabulous experience!! I would give 10 stars if I could! Both of the gentlemen were extremely helpful in assisting me in purchasing a few electric bikes for my family in Tennessee. They went above and BEYOND to help me. Kyle even hand delivered the bikes on the SAME day (after hours) to them with extreme enthusiasm. He really added to the experience of receiving their gifts. He even went completely out of his way to another store to get bows for the bikes! It’s really great when someone loves there job so much like Kyle and truly cares. I honestly have never had a better buying experience with such a kind person! The world needs more people like him. I’m still BLOWN away! On top of all of that the Trek bikes are out of this world. I don't typically write reviews for businesses, but felt that this particular bike store deserved one. My wife bought an e-bike and was not completely satisfied with her choice of model. We contacted Trek in Franklin and chose to swap for another model, which was the closest dealer to Knoxville that had that particular model. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Kyle Pitts (manager). Kyle was the most pleasant and helpful associate one could interact with. The rest of the staff were also knowledgeable about the inventory and eager to assist with questions about greenways and trails in the area. It was totally worth the 3 hour drive to Franklin.

The employees and atmosphere are awesome! I went in looking for an entry level mountain bike and I had done my research but I still had some questions and they were able to answer every single one. Kyle was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, we took a test ride around the parking lot and I was sold almost immediately. He helped me pick out all the gear I needed, showed me how to use it and was very patient with me when there were some payment issues. He even installed the kickstand, bottle holder and showed me how to install the car rack that I bought. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at the Franklin Trek store.

Can't say enough regarding the customer service that Kyle offered! My Trek Checkpoint was unfortunately stolen a couple of weeks back in Boulder and I have been searching endlessly to find the same bike. I happened to be in town and saw that the Franklin store had stock for the specific bike I was looking for. After speaking with Kyle about my situation, he was very accommodating and helpful. Amazing experience! Bike flew off my truck and it was a totaled bike. They helped me with utalizing treks amazing 20% off for return trek customers with my receipt from my totaled bike! The staff are top notch and care about their work. They serviced my 25 year old Trek 4500 and wow, it is like new ! I will not go anywhere else. My wife and I will be purchasing new bikes later this year from them. They assemble the bicycles, at least the high end ones on site so regardless of sourcing are in a way, American made.

When you purchase a TREK bike it’s an experience. That’s how TREK Bicycle Franklin makes you feel. My Dual Sport 3 in black was a gift from my wife for my 40th birthday, but due to the popularity and demand for that model and color we couldn’t find one locally. Russ at TREK Bicycle Franklin spent over an hour with me one day until he found the exact Dual Sport 3 that I wanted. He found one at another TREK location in Delaware and had it shipped direct to Franklin. You see, my wife and I for my birthday are camping at Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains and Russ ensured that I had my Dual Sport 3 in time for that trip. Please take time to really read this message, and reach out to Russ and recognize him for the fantastic costumer service he provided. TREK bikes are not cheap, but they’re worth every penny and TREK Bicycle Franklin provides and experience that along we a great product that says thank you for choosing TREK. I will highly recommend TREK Bicycle Franklin to anyone looking for a great bike and customer experience. Russ also did not let me leave the store the day with my bike came in until I had the essential accessories that I needed like a helmet, bike tool kit, etc. But he NEVER tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Russ truly wanted me to have my bike on time for my camping trip and was truly excited for me to have a TREK bike. Thank you Russ and Trek for an excellent experience.
